Perfect for business accommodation. Clean dry and conveniently located. Very helpful owners.
P.Place was very clean, easy to find. Arrived on a rainy day and as our room was an upstairs unit, when going up stairs we found them very slippery and I thought dangerous. While our stay was brief ,I would not stay again.

M.Ver clean and well equipped unit, large comfortable bed, and enjoyed the spa bath. Lots of very hot water. Everything we needed was supplied. As we were there 2 nights the one and only challenge was well meaning staff wanting to service at 9am when we were having a slow start to the day.
P.We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean, the staff were very friendly and the amenities were fantastic. Having a washer and dryer was so handy especially as we were travelling with kids. We know where we will be staying next time!

service. I was really impressed with the level of cleanliness and the shower is amazing. The river and local gardens are a 10 minute stroll away and the middle of town 15 minutes. I would definitely return.

F.This motel is amazing! The staff, the breakfast, the sparkling clean floors, walls, bathroom, bedding. I cannot say enough about my room (No. 16, a 1-bedroom studio I think it is called). There is no dust, you could eat off the floors, and the room is solidly built and keeps out the noise. Wholeheartedly recommend 100%!

A.By chance we have stayed here many years ago, it is only a five minute drive to town. Units are spacious and reasonably modern. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.
P.I stayed at the Comfort Inn for one night with my family. We booked a 2 bedroom room. The room was very well presented, clean and tidy. The room had modern appliances, microwave, seperate oven, dishdrawer dishwasher and a full laundry (washer and dryer) which while we didn't use, would have been useful and convenient if we'd been staying longer. Margaret and John, the hosts, were both very welcoming, with lots of useful information, and recommendations for a place for dinner, and fantastic local knowledge. Plenty of parking, walking distance to town, and very close the The Esplanade, definitely a great motel for a night or longer in Palmerston North.

This place however is very clean, but what got me to write this review is the very homely and warming reception I received by the staff (owners?). They are lovely and i will happily stay here on every trip to palmerston north

A.Everything was perfect. Great hosts, very clean, contemporary rooms, fast WiFi, comfortable beds. Good quality items in bathroom (shower wash, moisturiser, shampoo, exfoliating soap etc), lovely coffee.

S.This was our stopover point for our drive from Rotorua to Welligton and it was perfect. The room had a great kitchen and a washer and dryer. Everything was immaculate and David (the owner) was super friendly.
H.Can get noisy sometimes. The wash room also only has a couple machines so high probability of other guests handling your clothes unless you keep an eye on them.
