R.Could do with a bit of an update, nothing major it was just a bit tired. Good location and it was nice and clean. The spa was lovely, the bathrobes were a really nice touch and the staff were friendly. We had an upstairs room on the corner at the end and there was a lot of road noise.

A.Clean and tidy spacious rooms. Quiet even though is on a main road. Handy to central part of town. Large king bed in our unit but was a little soft. Has all Sky channels and free wifi which is always good. Would stay again.
S.*stayed 2nights* We had such a lovely stay :) room was very clean and presented well. Toiletries, and coffee/tea choices made it that much more sweeter. Staff were very welcoming and owners were very professional and warm. First stay was a pain as upstairs spa/water usage could be heard throughout the stay until 3am but we received an apology and problem was taken care of very professionally. Overall a 10/10. We would more then happy to recommend and stay again!! :) Thank you for making our trip to Palmy that much more memorable!!

J.Amazing accommodation. Service is friendly. Price are reasonable for what you're getting. Always pays to book a few days in advance as it's very popular with business travels. I can't say I've ever seen it without a no vacancy sign.

N.Me and my partner stayed here and we loved it! Walking distance from the township, great customer service. The room we stayed in was just what we wanted and felt nice and clean, we loved the spa bath! Definitely recommended.
V.Friendly service and a great central location! It only took me 10mins to walk to the square, whilst there were a fair number of dining options within 5mins.
The room was very clean (with the exception of under the bed where I accidentally lost my shoe, and fished it out to find it extremely dusty). The quiet heat pump, selection of hot drinks, black out curtains, bathrobes and spa bath were all great touches. Was surprised to find a fully equipped kitchenette, which would have been very useful if I had needed it. Each day the room was cleaned and tidied well, with amenities replaced as needed. Only improvements would be the rather old and slow hair dryer, and the coffee plunger which failed to keep coffee grounds out of coffee (was pretty gritty so I gave up).

If you have any mobility problems getting up stairs I advise getting a ground floor room.

1.One of the best places I have stayed. Large bed, plenty of room, a place to put your bag to get to your clothes, very clean and tidy, little noise etc. I will definitely stay there again.
P.Great place to stay. The spa is great for massaging sports muscles. Good sized rooms. Nice enough kitchen. Easy walk to food places around the square. Easy walk to pak n save.
Y.This is simply the best place to stay in Palmerston North. My studio is so amazing, the hosts are just delightful, it's so clean, spacious and comfortable. The big round spa bath is just to die for. Amazing.

A.Very pleasant but alot of road noise early in morning but only because of single glazed windows which are normal in NZ! Spa bath lovely to relax in at end of day and location makes exploring Palmerston North on foot from here as a base very easy. Solid WiFi and free parking.

P.OMG the bed was the best bed I have ever slept in, I did not want to get out! There was a spa bath in the lounge in front of the tv! Very reasonable price.
