Welcoming owners! Enjoyed our stay responsibly priced value you for money! Large rooms and spacious! Breakfast was awesome value for money. They even said was expensive but $20 got 3 middle bacon scrambled eggs 2 sausages 2 hashdrowns 4 tomatoes! Delicious!!! Close to city. Even a bus stop outside. Thank you 🙂🙂🙂 I'd stay again definitely!!!

Found out at the last moment that I needed to stay in Palmerston North and liked the look of this place. Turned out that this place was great. A very helpful gentleman checked me and showed me to my room. There room was very tidy, comfortable and warm. The room had an air conditioner, free WiFi (very fast), and a good layout. Loved the shower, heaps of hot water and great pressure.

Friendly staff and good rates. One issue was the shower had some mold around it but the staff sorted this promptly when it was pointed out.

It's been great staying here, I believe owners have changed in the last year or so so the 2 year old reviews no longer apply. Very tidy rooms and the hosts are excellent, wifi is now 100gb per 24 hours which for most people is basically unlimited. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Massey University or 20 minutes to town, which is slightly longer than listed on the website however buses run regularly and pick up and drop off from right outside. Heatpump included which hasn't been used as the rooms are quite warm as is.

Room was a liitle dated however, it was spotlessly clean. Hosts Keith and Bronwyn were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The cooked breakfast was served piping hot it was filling and almost too large. We returned each day to a spotlessly clean room after it had been refurbished. Would recommend and stay there again.

Pretty good, fair pricing. The cleanliness was a little lacking. Shower needed a good scrub and alot of dust was in the room. I would stay again if I were in palmerston north again
