Comfortable but a few repairs are required. Large unit with 2 bedrooms, bathroom has shower over a spa bath.

We needed accomodation that we could have our small newly spade dog inside in her crate and we found this place. Old and in need of refurbishment but perfect for us. Large end unit with separate bedroom we didn't need and being near main road intersection very noisy. Had small benchtop cooker microwave cooking utensils so useful for dining in on a budget. At 126 wasn't too bad. Would use again.

New owners are lovely way better than last ones, cosy and quaint. The only place that dosent have size limit on yah dog.

Honestly only giving it a "fair" rating at 3 because of the nice staff and the price/location... But as anything in life I guess ya get what you pay for.... Very cold room with paper thin walls so you hear EVERYTHING. My car park kept getting taken by random cars that weren't guests and the reception is short hours with little to no security etc... Again you get what you pay for it was cheaper but I guess the above reflects why...

Good location for a family with kids as it's close to town and a walking distance to the Esplanade. The family units are quite spacious with skytvs and a spa, but the only problem we encounter is their WIFI need upgrading, too slow.

Standard motel. Clean and tidy. The owners were very nice and helpful when we arrived 2 early and also when we couldnt get the tv working (had forgotten to put the key in the power slot). Everything you need for a nights stay.

This is a motel slowly rebuilding its reputation. Some minor issues and badly in need of decorating and love. .. VERY CLEAN .. A lovely host who is working very hard to make the necessary upgrades. .. Good value for money... at the cheaper end of the market.

Nice and clean units. A little bit dated but still works well. A bit disappointed that the spa bath doesn't work and if you are having a shower make sure no one turns the cold tap on in the kitchenette. Bed is soft but comfortable and the staff are really helpful. Will stay here again.

The lady in reception was very nice, love her smiley face! We got a two bedroom units for three $165 Not too bad. Quite spacious. Pillows are way too soft. My neck felt tired from it. Heater is on one hour timer , and you need to do it manually, which was inconvenient.. Washing is free, dryer for $2 , this is very friendly.

Not quite the experience we expected. After a lot of back and forth we received a $30 refund. The owner has pointed out that the cost per night per person for our stay is only slightly more expensive then a backpackers so asked that we take that into consideration with regards to thier standard of housekeeping and only providing tea, coffee etc on the first night of stay only...... also the family studio has a spa bath that is listed on the booking confirmation but it doesnt work. Perhaps the owners will begin informing guests booked into that room on arrival or just put a sign in the room telling guests it doesnt work and apologizing for any inconvenience. This might prevent further negative comments around it.

The rooms are clean and tidy room 17 is the best of the lot and are pet friendly I enjoyd the stay based on the room I would re book again in the furure if around the area and need aplace to stay

Tidy, clean, quiet, in a good location that's handy to parks and an easy stroll to the CBD. The beds are comfy and the showers are hot and strong. Friendly and efficient staff. Recommended.

Great place to stay in, reception was wonderful an always easy to talk too, only one thing that needs to make changes and that is another lounge seat lol as the one we had was very hard to sit on.But other than that, it's a very lovely motel and easy access to everything. I highly recommend this motel cause we sure are coming back ;-)

The rooms are pretty average, pillows are super soft and provide no support. The bed is super average and the rooms that are opposite reception furtherest from the conference room have the slowest wifi which is unusable. Overall super average motel.

SHOCKING.....Disgraceful customer services would NOT recommend this place at all give your MONEY to a motel that is genuine. This business defrauds everyday people simple as that. BEWARE.....
