The pool and spa are beautiful and clean. Close to the supermarket & Cafe.
100m to an Absolutely stunning beach front.
Very convenient to the mount without paying the mount prices.

C.My family and I absolutely love the beach house motel and couldn't ask for a better place to stay during out holiday over in Papamoa. The motel has all the great qualities a motel should have and I couldn't say one bad thing about the motel and the people who surround the place. The units are always so tidy and are ready for us when we arrive, and overall the beach house motel is in a great area, as it is in walking distance to the beach, supermarket and even local restaurants. This year would have counted as our 15th consecutive year at the beach house motel and over the 15 years we have stayed, my family and I have grown to love Gina and Pete and their family's. I love looking forward to going down to the beach house motel every year and overall we could call the beach house motel our second home and our second family.
M.Very friendly, welcoming owners. Rooms comfortable. Little touches,eg private outside tables, face and hair products etc.. Would definitely stay again

However stayed 5 nights ,bed not made once and on the last night bathroom towels were still on the floor ,hand towel in bathroom was dirty after day 1 and never changed
S.Absolutely loved my stay at the Beach House Motel. The room was spacious, clean and had lovely, modern decor. The private patio area was an extra bonus! Loved the pool and spa outside. The owners were super lovely and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here whenever I come back to Papamoa :)
A.Not bad , I didn't know ,no room service, or I missed something, overall friendly, bit noisy coz close to main road .
c.Very helful lady when we realised we had booked the wrong weekend at another place, she went out of her way to accommodate us. It was very clean and a supermarket a few minutes walk away...would recommend this place...great value for money and opposite the beach.
A.What a wonderful place to stay!!. We were so well looked after and made to feel comfortable and "at home" from the moment we arrived. Pete & Gina are the worlds BEST hosts and couldn't have been more accommodating. Nothing was a problem.
The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed and the beds really comfortable.
The property was well maintained and our group of 16 ladies really enjoyed having the opportunity to be together in the games room. The spa pool was such an added bonus. (Although it was a bit too cold to try the other pool lol)
The neighbors had a party one night during our stay, but once you got back into your unit, you could barely hear them.
We highly recommend the Beach House and definitely hope to get back there again soon.
M.Very clean and tidy motel. Hosts were lovely and made us feel welcome. Had no problems whole we were there. Very close walking distance to a restaurant and grocery store. Spa pool was definitely a bonus :) This will be our first choice the next time we go to Papamoa.

e.We stayed here at short notice for a family bereavement and the hosts were AMAZING. They were so helpful and flexible with all our last minute requests etc.
Really nice unit, kitchenette had everything we needed. Spa pool was a treat and the free laundry service was handy.

M.Nice place to stay, extremely close to the beach , stores and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable room you can relax in. Accommodating owner was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and return.
M.Really lovely, helpful and friendly owners. Dealt quickly with some noisy neighbours. Rooms were really hot at night but swimming pool made up for it. Use of washing machine and drier was free (yay). Would really recommend this place. Nothing like a personal touch from the owners. Thank you!
B.3 nights stay,position was great,eg bus stop right outside. Room very comfortable and spotless. Spa bath the best ever. Host and Hostess really welcoming and helpful. Would be our first choice if in that area again. Well done
