P.Super friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They even let us move our tent to a more shady spot out of the hot sun. Excellent clean and tidy facilities. We will definitely be going back. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Papamoa, then look no further. This place is the best.
B.Flash new facilities. Lots of room, great place for our school camp. Really friendly and helpful staff.
Although be wary if you leave a window open at night the parks cats like to make a late night entrance. Scared the children half to death :p

C.Its a lovely quiet, clean & tidy place to camp. The owners are very helpful & friendly. You get your powered camping site, wifi, showers, use of kitchen & b.b.q, an you can also have a spa all in one great price, i dont know of anywea else that will give you all that for one reasonable price, oh an that was for 2 adults. Love this place, we will be back 😁.

Clean, friendly staff, great showers, nice extras like a hot pool.
Only downsides would be the small kitchen, but they are expanding at the moment.
And there is a no alcohol policy, which we didn't mind at all.

F.Update: I'm revising my review as they refunded me twice where I got notified yesterday however when I cancelled the booking and spoke to them they said it'll be done in a few days. Now receiving this notification more than a week later is disappointing and very untimely due to what I was told on the phone. Luckily for me, I received the first refund before this however that took 6 days in itself which isn't a "couple days." all other comments stand in regards to the staff being friendly but I might second guess staying here now. 3 stars.
I'm giving this a 5 star purely because the staff were helpful through the whole process of me booking their place and all the questions I had. They were always friendly and polite while talking to them. Shout out to JL who I mainly dealt with and shout out to Pacific Park for being so very kind and understanding when our event was cancelled 4 days before we were due to stay, while also having a death in the family the same week. I'm very appreciative of that and that you were able to help us with a refund when we were down on our luck and needed it most in our time of need. Although we didn't get to stay this time, the delightful experience I had dealing with the team will definitely bring me back to book with you when we are next in tauranga. It was definitely the most affordable of places when I was looking for 7 people. Thank you very much for the bottom of my heart.
D.Based on previous reviews, we were expecting a fairly basic campsite. It turned out to be a well-appointed park, close to a lovely beach. Generous pitches, long hot showers (unsegregated but private), mini golf, table tennis, and a hot tub in a pretty garden area. Just don't expect a bar - alcohol is prohibited!
A.Lived there for 2 weeks during my kiwi farm work and it was lovely. They have a lovely black cat living there who sneak sometimes in your car to sleep with you haha. Love my time here. Everyone was nice and amenities were great.
D.Our Whānau’s first visit to Pacific park was unforgettable. Our church wanted to have the outing here and it was an amazing experience. Apart from the fact that it’s beautifully nestled close to the beach and the facilities are spot on, it made our weekend the best. Rooms were tidy with clean sheets. Ample car parking for visitors. Since we had the best place to stay at, our church community could relax, spend time knowing each other and making this a wonderful experience. Definitely will recommend this place.

Villa superbly equipped with full stove and pots large enough to cook in, two bathrooms and enough space for everyone. Clean crisp rooms, superb shower pressure. Fully recommend the hot pool! A fabulous place for a family holiday.

The theatre was awesome and big enough to hold team meetings and the kitchen was perfect.

J.This is the first place our family lived when we immigrated to New Zealand. This place will always be dear to us. We always remind each other when we drive past. Just a lovely, enjoyable and nice place. Tick all the boxes.
X.Book online in advance as this is a very popular place especially in the holidays.
Camping grounds are well maintained tidy and clean. There are powered and non-powered sites, certified power cord are available to rent $7 per night.
Entertainment includes mini putt putt $2.50 per ball and a refund of 50c with return. The family spa is open to all customers at no extra cost open from 5pm-9pm. There is a games room with tv and couches, air hockey and table tennis. There is a playground and trampoline outside for the kids. And of course the papamoa beach across the road.
Facilities are very clean and tidy there is even a built in baby bath in the women's toilets. The showers are no extra cost, they are on 6min timers, with a 2min wait.
There is a kitchen and bbq area for campers to use, make sure u bring your own utensils. Food can be stored in the fridge or on the shelf as long as you mark it with your name on the stickers provided. Countdown is a small drive away there is also a bus stop and a dairy located outside the front of the building.
A+++ highly recommend

E.5-minute walk to the beach. Relatively quiet and laid back area away from the tourism hub of Mt Maunganui beach... but near enough for dining and shopping. The facilities have everything you need and the operators are very friendly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a holiday away on the Bay of Plenty.
