M.The apartment was superbly clean and well equipped. The pool area was beautiful, tranquil surrounded by mature palms with lovely lighting at night. Andrew and Sharon were so lovely, kind and accommodating of my desire for peace and quiet. I spent a fantastic few days there relaxing and unwinding until sadly they were invaded by a bunch of entitled and disrespectful young people with unruly young children who took over the entire pool area and complex without regard for anyone else staying there. It is sad there are people like that who have no concept of shared space or respecting other peoples right to enjoy what they also have paid for.
They literally treated it like a holiday camp ground, rather than the beautiful luxury accommodation that it is.
If you see any negative reviews around early Feb 2022, it was probably these people as they were told on a few occasions to behave.
E.This is not a review of the property, because, unfortunately we weren't able to stay because of a death in the family. We had to cancel at the very last minute. They were within their rights to refuse my cancelation but instead , they graciously accepted. So great to know there's still humanity left in this troubled world. Thank you and look forward to staying with you in the future.
K.So clean and tidy! Everything you could possibly want from washing machine to towels to use in the pool area. Everything has been thought of so you can just jump in the car and get away for a weekend without packing the earth. Very friendly and knowledgeable people to recommend the most amazing places to eat within walking distance! Will definitely come here again and again.
K.Fantastic stay. Clean tidy, modern and new. Spa bath is awesome. Pool and spa onsite with towels in unit to use rather than byo is fab. Friendly and knowledgeable about the area and where to eat at great local restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

J.Fantastic location. 2 minutes to the beach and a fab playground for children. Yummy cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. The kids loved the heated pool in June! Staff friendly and accommodating.

S.The accommodation is excellent with a great, sheltered pool area - a real heat trap! Only gripe is the lack of daily cleaning of the apartment. Cleaning is limited to restocking.
A.Lovely setting, clean and quiet. Great parking and restaurants near by. Furniture is wanting. Stuff you can buy at a op shop needs a juz. Otherwise great value
N.A very good place as a stop over. It was out of season when we stayed so it was quiet. I am not sure how quiet it would be if most of the units were occupied. It is very close to the beach but most of the rooms, if not all of them would not see the beach as there is a small grassy hill between the building and the beach and most of the rooms do not face towards the beach. The unit was spacious but a bit dark on a sunny day.
K.Perfect we didnt want to leave and will now be one of our regular stops. So close to the shops and the beach. The pool area is to die for and the rooms themselves are amazing. They have thought of everything you might need. You name it's there for your use. I can't amp this place enough. It's well worth it and the managers are absolutely lovely.
S.A luxury stay when your away from home. Being on the road for nearly 20 days having a place like this and a laundry in your apartment it is truly wonderful.
T.Staying here during Covid-19 level 3- rang before I turned up, My unit was opened up for me, great communication from Host Paul & Erma, advised that unit had been serviced well in advance before I arrived, nil servicing during lockdown, but communicate with reception and requests will be delivered upon request via non-contact drop off- absolutely great host's, unfortunately the pool was closed due to Covid Level 3 protocols. Thanks guys for the great distanced 🙌 hosting. Recommended highly !!!!
X.My partner and I have stayed here on numerous occasions and thoroughly enjoy it. All the mod cons, as well as an outdoor spa pool and swimming pool. The beach is only a 5 minute walk and is also in walking distance of local restaurants, cafe's, Four Square etc.
The rooms are always clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfortable. This is our favourite go to place when we need a break without driving all the way out of Wellington District. The owners and the people who work here are fabulous. I highly recommend Raumati Sands!
S.Nice but spa bath didn't work.
M.Our 2nd visit and we liked it even more. Excellent wifi..extremely spacious and with 2 heat pumps it was very warm. Wonderful kitchen if you want to cook, but great restaurants nearby. And everything was really clean! We'll be back.

2 story unit with bedrooms upstairs. Beds seem ok.
Heat pump struggled with cold night.
Car park was very tight. Corolla hatch had problems getting in and out.
J.We stayed in the wheelchair access apartment, which was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the place very much, but with one of our party in a wheelchair, the only bed to sleep in is the pull out sofa in the lounge, which is workable. The sofa bed just needs a toppa pad stored somewhere in the apartment to use on the sofa, as you can feel the hard springs in the thin mattress and is difficult to get a comfy sleep. Otherwise I will definitely book another stay.

L.Positioned close to the beach and local shops and amenities. These two level units offer two upstairs bedrooms and a bathroom, with kitchen, lounge and dining downstairs. Also an additional toilet downstsirs. On-site managers are welcoming, friendly and very helpful.
T.Plenty of room for a family of 4 and visitors, great indoor/outdoor flow and pool is a great size and depth for kids.

V.Ok it's really good but the internet is not the best becuse you disconnect from it for no reason but I like the Raumati Sands Motel :) Rated: 7/10 ! Not best but really cool there
