Very spacious & comfortable unit for us (5 persons). The views was amazing & it’s located just a short walk to town center. The hosts were very helpful & kind. We will certainly stay here again.

Sadly this is our last day here! Our room was excellent and has modern decor and views to die for. The Managers and very friendly and helpful with great local knowledge. Alexis apartments are definitely worth booking when planning your Queenstown holiday! Thanks so much guys for making our stay memorable. Sean & Linda

Always a lovely stay. Modern spacious rooms, heat pump to keep you warm. Sit out on the balcony in the summer and look at the beautiful view. Good kitchen if you choose to stay in and cook. And there is always a warm and friendly welcome by the owners

Had a fantastic stay with my family. Very friendly hosts.Had a one bedroom unit. Superbly clean inside, the bed was great had a good nights sleep. Lovely & cozy inside as well, plenty of storage. All the amenities you would need. Immaculate grounds and gardens. Super close to town, very quiet, great views of the lake in the morning. What a view! Highly recommended. Will definitely be coming back, for a much longer stay next time. Thank you 😁👍🏻

Perfect for our stop in Queenstown. Nice view of the lake, conveniently located and covered parking on site. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The water pressure in the shower is awesome! Warm and quiet too, we both had great sleeps. Highly recommended

My partner and I were upgraded to a lakeview studio which was great! The views over the mountains and the lake are spectacular. The hotel is a little bit out of the main town center, but a walking distance. It's a quiet place with a lot of character. The room came with a spa bath tub, which was great and relaxing. The host greeted us on arrival and was very nice and welcoming. Absolutely recommend.

Photos don't do the place justice. Close to the city centre, great views and very comfortable beds. The host is also very helpful. Highly recommended and far exceeds expectations.

A great family motel, plenty of rooms, nice view and very comfortable. It was basically our home for 5 days. The only downside is the short ceiling next to the single beds upstairs. I bumped my head many times there.

I had to book a last minute trip to Queenstown to attend a urgent meeting. All of my other regular Queenstown Hotels were completely booked out. Desperate, I booked a room at the Alexis. Upon checking in, the lovely lady in reception informed me I had been upgraded to a panoramic lakeview room, from my standard lakeview room which I paid $150 for. The room was super spacious and well appointed. Had a kitchen with hobs and a convection microwave. The unit was spotless and had a nice view across the lake. Easy walk into town, and easy walk down the hill to the lakeside. Undercover parking for my car. Was surprised at the lack of road noise being that this place was on Frankton Road, the busy 'highway' of Queenstown. The double glazing definitely played its part in allowing a quiet nights sleep. No issues with noise from other guests that you often find at other hotels. Comfy bed, but i did not like the pillows overly much. All in all though, a good stay. Thanks for a awesome stay :)

Our family recently stayed at this apartment for 4 nights. Can not speak highly enough of this apartment. Views are breathtaking with modern facilities and everything you need which included a washing machine and dryer. One slight disappointment that there was one bathroom that had everything in there so tricking with a family of 5. Great location within walking distance to the foreshore. Can highly recommend this apartment.

The room was nice and view was absolutely beautiful. We booked a room with a spa bath and didn't have it in the room. We went to tell them about it and they said there's no rooms with baths left. Fine whatever but they could've apologized and make it up to us. Lady at the reception was also not that friendly. Yoilet seat in our room was coming off it's place as well. Otherwise good room and good location.

Had a lovely stay here. A few rooms might have a great view of the Lake, ours didn't and I don't think they all do. The terraces outside the rooms are communal spaces with limited seating. Location is superb, a short walking distance to town centre and other attractions. There is underground and on street parking. Room was large, well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. There is a laundry available with washing machine and tumble dryer. Most importantly there was high speed internet available, with great upload and download speeds and there wasn't any stupid limit on your data usage. I kind of want to give a 4 1/2 rating as we didn't feel the view was as advertised but the Internet speed and the help the owner gave us when we had a problem with our washing means I will give it a 5. Would I stay again... yes.

Perfect base for your Queenstown holiday, very friendly and helpful staff we had two units, both were very clean would give them 10 out of 10 way better than most we have stayed at. Very comfortable and well appointed furnished to a very good standard. Also there prices were good, would recommend Alexis Motels Queenstown 100% for your next visit to Queenstown

Great views of the lake and Queenstown hill. Large and very clean room and bathroom with spa. Could stay here for a while. 10min to walk to town alongside the lake.

I stayed there with my Partner . Nice , clean , tidy rooms. Our stay there was very comfortable. This place has some breath taking views. even better when you go there is winters. Service was great and we were looked after very well. I would highly recommend this place .

King studio with lake veiws Room was amazing double glazing on the windows which made it warm plus quite. When we checked in the room had been pre warmed for us making the room an amazing temp. Bathroom was good size with a really good spa bath. Only suprise there was no extraction fan, but open the window fixed with steam issue. Beds where comfortable Veiws to die for with both mountain and lake veiws awesome way to relax on hoilday

Stunning views from our room overlooking lake Wakatipu, Queenstown golf club and a bonus view from the kitchen window of the Sky Gondola. Room furnished to a high standard and modern bathroom. Very comfortable apartment and a warm welcome on arrival, all added to our awesome experience in Queenstown.

Alexis Motel and Apartments is a beautiful motel in Queenstown with great views. It's a short walk from town where all the restaurants are. The rooms are clean and spacious, and have a little kitchen with everything you'll need. They have an extraordinarily friendly Persian cat named Scooter (he'd let you pet him for an hour if you wanted).

Very nice and spotless hotel. Great service and room. Very convince location. Walk about 10 mins to town. The room gets all we need for cooking even salt and pepper!Would definitely return or recommend others.

One of the best places to stay in Queenstown. The room was well serviced and was very clean and tidy. Amazing views from the room in addition to a convenient location very close to town centre (10 minutes walk). The place is very quiet at night. Owners are very helpful and provided any assistance possible. Free Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Alexis is simply the perfect Queenstown accommodation. Located within easy walking distance of the town it has undoubtedly the best views of the lake with every facility one could ever need on holiday. The units are tastefully decorated with good quality bed linen, china and cutlery. There is a heated towel rail in the bathroom and a more than adequate wall heater which keeps the unit warm and cosy. Downstairs there is a well equipped guest laundry, ample parking which is very easy to access and, for those who need them, ski lockers. 24 hour wifi is also useful. The tariff is reasonable and Kelly and Adrienne could not be more friendly or helpful. All in all, Alexis has everything and we will certainly come back again and again. This was our fourth visit and we cannot think of anywhere better to stay.

Incredible rooms and views for the price. Close to Queenstown, yet still cheap and avaliable at 8pm day of. The owner got up to give us our keys after the reception was closed, so I would give an extra star for that if I could.

I totally rate this place. Great value, rooms are nice and modern and the staff/owners are really nice and friendly. Easy walk into town, either via the lake or foot patch. Will be back.

Owner Kelly and Adrianne has the best place to offer at their Inn. Their place has a great 360 view egree of mountains and lakes. The stay itself has a pretty neat rooms. Both staff and owners are very friendly and accomodating.And its accesible going down to the city. Definitely will visit soon again.

(Translated) Good mid-range motel, a bit pricey. Positive: cleaning service was good, as was the WiFi. The room has a nice view and was very spacious. The motel is a little out of the center, but with a great view of Lake Wakatipu and the mountains. I recommend walking down the steep road to the lake and walking into the center via Queenstown Gardens (20-30 minutes). I had forgotten clothes that were sent to me in no time - thank you! Negative: the room was very cold on arrival and cleaning and the electric heating took 2 hours to get comfortable. The bath shower has seen better days. Accommodation, like all of Queenstown, is significantly more expensive than any other city. (Original) Gutes Mittelklasse Motel, etwas teuer. Positiv: Reinigungsservice war gut, ebenso das WLAN. Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Ausblick und war sehr geräumig. Das Motel liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum, dafür mit tollem Blick auf den Lake Wakatipu und die Berge. Ich empfehle, die steile Straße zum See herunter und via Queenstown Gardens ins Zentrum zu gehen (20-30 Minuten). Ich hatte Kleidung vergessen, die mir in kürzester Zeit nachgeschickt wurde - Dankeschön! Negativ: Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft und der Reinigung sehr kalt und die Elektroheizung brauchte 2 Stunden bis es angenehm wurde. Die Badedusche hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Unterkunft ist wie ganz Queenstown deutlich teuer im Vergleich zu allen anderen Städten.

(Translated) The heating didn't work well and I didn't get cold. The floor of the shower room was said to be turned on even though the heater was turned on, and it did not warm, so it was cold enough to freeze the shower room.
