A.A friend and I stayed at Aspen Lodge for 3 nights in November.We had previously stayed there and found it very comfortable. My friend and I are in our 60's and appreciate a bit of comfort, but on a budget. The lodge was spotlessly clean. Our twin room was in a quiet part of the lodge. Kitchen though a bit dated ,was immaculate. Mandy the lodge hostess was very helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit!
B.Well presents accomodation with very friendly staff whom are happy to help an answer any questions I had. Beds a very comfy and on the cold days and night sitting around the fire place is amazing and it’s a great place to meet new friends. I would highly recommend staying here. Central to everything
m.Excellent place.and wonderful Host ! Sally is the best and lovely really passionate in assisting everyone. Great place to stay no need a car.to be right in the centre of Queenstown. Her knowledge about anything you wish to do in the area it's Fantastic, from Dining to Activities. What makes the place special is the Host, cleanliness and courtesy.
M.The hostel itself is great! Nice common areas, cheap laundry and dryer, 2 good equiped kitchens.
Stayed for 3 nights and those were our worst during a 8 months travel. Couldnt get any sleep because of our long term roomies who couldnt care less about 2 new people in, obviously, "their room"! Absolute rude behaviour in any time of the night and in the mornings.
That is definitely no fault of the hostel but I just needed to write this off of me. And also something to consider
H.Expensive when compared to places of same price. The room is spartan. No kettle, no shower soap, shampoo. Only one bedside table, so my watch, jewellery, glasses ect on the floor. Appears to be an easy access room, although not much space around the bed.
Can't lock the door from the inside.
Really is basic. Room, bed, bathroom.
Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Good location near town center.
M.I spent more than 2 weeks at the lodge. Really quiet so ideal to work remotely.
Also super clean and friendly staff. I felt at home.
D.I really liked this place. The owner is a really cool and reasonable chap, and I met some great people there. Facilities are good and its a great location in town. Only downside for me is there are many ground rules/curfews that seem a bit over the top, and one of the staff who enforces them can be a little rude, but I guess she's just doing her job. Didn't take away from the place too much and I still really enjoyed my stay there
J.We enjoyed our stay. Mandy at reception was very nice and extremely helpful. The rooms were reasonably priced and very clean. It is centrally located with an easy walk into town. We would choose to stay here if we were ever to revisit Queenstown!

This place is like my 2nd home and I always feel welcome. Short walk into town, amazing accommodation and great place to meet new friends from all over the world
R.I don't put 5 stars just for one reason, need more power point in rooms! After backpacker clean, staff very nice, toilet and shower in the room, wonderful view on mountains to the room and for breakfast! I think I forget nothing! 😉
M.Basic hostel in good location with low prices.
The 10 Bed dorm was quite messy, noisy and way too small. For one night a good stay.
S.Great hostel with friendly staff. The location is really convenient and it's always clean.
G.Kichen was very clean nicest so far.. however I cant say the same for the room.. Stains on the sheets etc... the bathroom was ok though location was good (I had a signle room with shared bathroom)

B.Good enough. Bit outside of town, but town is within walking distance. Place itself is not extremely cozy, but clean.
T.Basic but good hostel. Stayed here for a longer time. You can rent and watch movies in the cosy living room

Gemütliches Hostel ziemlich Zentral in Queenstown. Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Küche mit TV sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Man kann auch DVDs ausleihen wenn das Wetter mal schlecht ist.

정말 급하게 숙소를 잡아야 할때가 아니면 안가시는게 좋을듯. 딱 잠만 잘 수 있는...
L.(Translated) In itself nice hostel, also gives free wifi. My room was very dark, the beds shaky. Unfortunately, the room and the kitchen during the day extremely heated, so it was incredibly warm at night, which of course makes sleeping difficult. Added to this was the very noisy street where the hostel is located.
In spring, autumn and winter, the problem should not exist;)

An sich nettes Hostel, gibt auch free Wifi. Mein Zimmer war sehr dunkel, die Betten wackelig. Leider hat sich das Zimmer und auch die Küche tagsüber extrem aufgeheizt, sodass es nachts unglaublich warm war, was das Schlafen natürlich erschwert. Dazu kam noch die sehr laute Straße, an der das Hostel gelegen ist.
Im Frühling, Herbst und Winter sollte es das Problem aber nicht geben ;)
