P.This place gets a 5 due to gentleman running the place and the rest of the team. Super friendly and accommodating. Can't fault how clean the rooms are. Helping us with upgrading to a bigger room. Not far from restaurants etc. Short drive or walk. Parking for car. Great motel plus cheap.
Have heater in room, fan for summer even umbrella and kitchen area. No view from lower level...view of mountains but also overlooking school.

C.Excellent location. I booked a room for myself and my child so we could go to the Luma light festival. It was no problem to have the room made twin share. Small room but we'll equipped and beds were very comfortable. Off street parking a bonus too. We'll be back to stay.
S.Reasonably appointed room and amenities, though only room for one suitcase on the frame. Great shower height and strength, though water squirts into main bathroom floor. Comfortable king size bed. Effective wall heater in main room and smaller one in bathroom. Has all that one needs, though my lady partner did not like the brown decor colouring of the bed coverings and furniture

S.It's located quite close to city centre, with about 6 minutes walk from the motel, and about 5 minutes walk to Skyline. There is also one market around, so it's pretty convenient for everything. The room itself is not larger, but it has everything you need. Although the furniture may seem a little bit aged, but it's clean. The receptionists Josefina and Erin are pretty friendly and hospitable, and they are eager to help you with any information you may need. The motel also provides late night self check-in service with notification to them in advance. If you are aiming for a cozy room with convenience access to Skyline or city center under reasonable price, this is the one.
h.Excellent stay in central Queenstown. Great off street parking, and a short walk to town. Tidy room, excellent wifi for streaming, 10/10 would stay again. Can’t be beaten on value!

Room was very clean, warm, and comfortable.
Our room had a small, well stocked kitchenette and a full size fridge which was helpful.
Would certainly stay here again and looking forward to planning another trip to Queenstown.
M.Walking distance to town. Totally clean and inviting. Self check in no hassles. But make sure you book and pay in advance to self check in. Cleaner's are very good and thorough.
B.We were so happy with this hotel. It’s very affordable, and yet the room is perfectly comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location perfect. Beds are very comfortable and the showers especially are marvelous. There is no reason to blow extra money elsewhere as this place is delightful.
A.Wonderful stay! Great value for clean updated private room! I enjoyed having the microwave and fridge and there are two grocery stores right down the road! Free parking and the staff is really helpful and sweet! Very short walk to town and Jucy Milford sound tour picks up right out front!
Y.The hotel is situated less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The manager, Shaun was really helpful, provided information we needed spending his valuable time. The room was average sized, the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was tidy. Check in/check out was easy, although they do not have 24 hour reception. Laundry facilities are available, which was a big relief after a north island tour. No much views etc from the room we stayed. As you could feel you are walking on a picture the moment you step out from the hotel, we did not think much about the views from the hotel. Really worth for the money we spent. I would stay there again.

A.The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the heart of Queenstown - close enough to make it easy to get to town but far enough away to give some respite from the craziness. The room was great - we had a king suite with a kitchen. A small amount of kitchen equipment was provided so we could cook some small meals. Overall the Bella Vista was a great choice!

It would be great if it is cheaper! Staffs are highly effective, nice and have a good smile Facilites - 5 stars ( room 4 iron is not okay at all, please check it.) other then that, it is good spacing for car parking, coniventent for parking area which is very close to room, good sound proof from other rooms and outside, good observable lighting signal for driver to notify the motel locaiton Just the shower room is a bit too hot and the air seems not flowing when taking shower after closing the glass door

A.Comfortable bed and very clean. Only issue I have when I compare it to other Bella Vista I have stayed at is that nobody greeted me at reception when I checked in (although I could hear them chatting in the other room as the door was ajar). Usually I can get a continental breakfast at other Bella Vista which I was hoping to do this stay, but I found no way to raise anyone even to ask, as the instructions at reception on using the phone to get someone's attention didn't work....so I basically selected my name from a few pouches left on the reception desk that had my key in it and found my way to the room I'd been assigned. I've never stayed at a motel for a night without ever seeing anyone representing that Motel in any way. TV channel selections weren't very good - nothing in the room telling you what channels you actually had and how to find them. After struggling up the stairs with my oversized bag, a luggage rack would have been handy when I got in to the room. There was one there but it was on top of the wardrobe and I couldn't reach it to get it down. I would stay here again if I couldn't get accommodation elsewhere as I did have a great sleep :-)
