D.Stayed for two nights a couple of weeks ago. Was only planning a one night stay but the room rate was so good we stayed another night. Room was perfect and clean. Location is awesome with a two minute walk seeing your right in town!! On-site parking is a bit limited but if you get in early it’s not an issue. Have stayed there twice in the past year, couldn’t fault it during either stay.

C.Excellent location, just 5 mins walk to the city centre and the beautiful Queenstown Gardens. Very friendly staff, Jasmine and Amy were very helpful and accommodating to our requests. Quaint rooms had a cabin lodge feel. Good base to explore what Queenstown has to offer. Would stay here again if we come back to visit.
L.Nice small hotel with very spacious rooms located within a 2 minute walking distance from the centre of queenstown. Its location means you avoid all the noise from the town centre making it very quiet while also being in walking distance to all activities and bars/restaurants. The hotel has free wifi in all rooms making it very handy keeping online as well as providing other amenities such as underfloor heating in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful in addressing any issues and keeping the rooms clean! Definitely recommend!
K.Clean, quiet, no-nonsense place. Rooms are spacious, including a fridge. Internet is for free and sufficiently fast for standard use (e-mail and web browsing). Conveniently located close to the town center. Staff is friendly and helpful.
A.Wonderful hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I loved every minute of my stay here. Easy walk to the city center and close to everything. Room was large and the balcony was a plus.
C.Spent 7nights in room 10. It is spacious has all the amenities you could ask for, heated bathroom floors and a stunning view. 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown means you can sleep in a little before walking to the pick up point of any activity you book. Free Wi-Fi is a bonus too. Would like to thank Emily for being an excellent member of staff while we were there. Highly recommended.
T.AMAZING accommodation, the heated floors in the bathroom were great for the cold mornings, and the view was amazing too, it’s also really close to town. The staff are really friendly and kind as well!
S.Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Convenient Location, Great WiFi
We stayed in room number six (6), which seems to be setup for handicap access. The room had everything we expected. The location was really convenient to the city and just ~400 meters or so from a reasonably priced supermarket. The staff helped arrange our tour of Milford Sound (must see). The public bus drops you off at the top of the street and it is a short, down hill walk from there to the lodge entrance. We bought the bus weekly pass (you can buy it in the bus that picks you up at the airport, #11) for $52NZD. We used it to go all over the place (like a tour bus). Three of the drivers were extremely friendly and described the places that we were passing! We love Kiwis. What friendly people. What a beautiful country.
The free WiFi had a strong signal and decent throughput.
j.Great Lodge very nice design and it felt homely. Also the staff are great and ready to help with anything. They organised us a few activities even it was lovely.
V.Good price, location and service, lovely tidy rooms but lower ones have no veiw..walk to town via the gardens..2 min walk to town waterfront and 5 mins to town centre
