S. D.A good basic hostel offering nice Clean rooms and a shared kitchen. Parking is hustle but If u don't get a spot def ask the manager and he'll help you out. The view from the balcony is good. Great value for money so extended our stay. The host is a real cool person.
k. p.Loved tha place, helpful and friendly staff, great place. Stayed in a double room with living room and lounge to share with other two rooms. The views are nice as its uphill, the parking space is not the greatest but there is always a solution, enjoy it
S. F.We stayed here two nights and really enjoyed the place. It was clean and the bed in our double-bed room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The fellow working the desk is very nice and helpful! If you book an activity with them you get unlimited internet, otherwise 300MB (we booked mountain bikes for the day). Internet is fast here. The only downside is walking up a bit of a hill from downtown to get here, but good for the legs. Also, our door is strangely hard to open with the spring return system, but it definitely ensures it will shut behind you I suppose.
C. v. L.The hostel itself is quite basic, and it's a little walk uphill with your baggage. However the view is stunning over the city and the mountains and the lake behind. But what really made the diffence for me was the kindness of the owners. Thanks a lot for your great hospitality Holly!
S. C.The view is excellent from the lodge. However, if you don't drive, there is a deep slope and stairs you don't want to climb before reaching there. The mattress sinks. My room was next to laundry. Inconsiderate people did their laundry till midnight. If you can overcome these, it's a good choice.
A. B.Awesome location, and awesome spaces. The beds are comfy and clean, kitchen is clean and well equipped. Small problem is there's a hill that you have to climb to get there from Queenstown, and parking is pretty limited (probably just 3 spaces, usually taken). Prices are very good, and they have laundry but you need coins for it.
M. P.Perfect hostel, very friendly and nice manager. She even makes phone calls for you, if you want to book something or need price information on any activity.
Rooms are clean, prices are okay (28$/night, 4$ washing machine).
P. G.Really nice view on the lake in the morning. Warm welcomed, had the place just for us with a kitchen and bathroom. Clean and quiet. Good value.

J. K.It's not bad. As a relatively clean person, this was a decent place, with one exception, the drains. It seems that some of the drains are terrible, and the showers flood above your thongs. This grossed me out, but I found this with a few backpackers in QT.
Also, the hill is quite big with a fully loaded backpack, but it's quite close to the centre.

L. I.Basic but has what you need. Nice crowd of people easy to be sociable. Photos taken from the dining area, not a bad view for breakfast! Onky down side is up a steep hill but i mean most places in queenstown are. And internet is not unlimited. This is annoying for a backpacker as we do everything online and dont always have access to internet on our phones.

A. Z.The facility is decent enough, but can we talk about the location? The hill to get up here is steeper than any of the inclines at Roy's Peak! Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a tiny bit, but being out of shape, I definitely found myself needing to catch my breath every time I came up here.
B. A.Stayed only one night and had a really good sleep. Clean and cosy, with super friendly staff. Free parking also available. Would recommend.

J.(Translated) It's a backpacker hostel with a mix of unsophisticated people, so there's nothing wrong with it. After all, it's important whether it's worth the price, so when it comes to this hostel, 3000 yen is an ant, and over 4000 yen is out.
We stayed in a quadruple room for 7 nights. Especially the corridor and the musty smell of the room. Beds are worn out and there are no amenities such as towels. There is no coffee or tea as well as breakfast. Can it be cheaper without having to do anything?
On the morning of the second day, I was very surprised to see a big kid sleeping in the middle of the floor of the room. It seems that two English kid who are roommates invited him without permission. When it comes to the cheapest 8-person room, long-term residents seem to be annoyed. It seems better to choose a room with as few people as possible.
On the other hand, the kitchen is cleaned every day, and the refrigerator is tidy. A washing machine for $ 4 is also a great deal ($ 1 for a glass of detergent is expensive). Baths and toilets are acceptable, but unisex. In the first place, the room is unisex only.
Located on a hill overlooking downtown, you'll have to climb a heart-breaking steep slope. The buildings are scattered around the cliffs, and it's a good exercise until you reach the room. The parking lot is small, and you may be forced to park on the road (free of charge) during the high season.
The owner Miki (♂) is a mixed race of Japan and the United States, and his surname is Nishihata. I can't speak Japanese, but anyway, it's a nice guy.
It's a hostel, so comfort depends on my roommates, and even considering the splendor of the owner, I thought it wasn't worth more than 4000 yen.

洗練されていない人間も混じるバックパッカー用ホステルなので、問題点を挙げるとキリがない。結局、値段に見合っているかどうかが大事なんで、このホステルについて言えば、3000円ならアリ、4000円超ならアウトという感じ。
4人部屋に7泊した。特に廊下、それに部屋のカビ臭がきつい。ベッドはボロく、タオルなど各種アメニティーは一切なし。朝食はもちろんコーヒーもお茶もない。何もないならないで、もっと安くできんか?
2日目の朝、部屋の床のド真ん中に図体のデカいガキが堂々と寝ていたのには、すごく驚いた。ルームメイトの英国人ガキ2人連れが勝手に招き入れたらしい。一番安い8人部屋になると、長期滞在者がウザいらしい。できるだけ少人数部屋を選んだほうがよさそう。
他方、キッチンの掃除は毎日行われ、冷蔵庫の整理整頓も及第点。洗濯機4ドルというのもお得（洗剤1杯1ドルは割高）。バス・トイレは許容範囲だけど、男女兼用。そもそも部屋も男女兼用のみ。
ダウンタウンをすぐ間近に見下ろす高台にあり、心臓破りの急坂を登る必要あり。建物は崖に張り付くように点在していて、部屋にたどり着くまでこれまた結構な運動になる。駐車場は狭く、ハイシーズンは路駐（無料）を余儀なくされることもある。
オーナーMiki（♂）は日米混血で、姓はニシハタさん。日本語は話せないが、とにかくナイスガイ。
ホステルなので、快適さがルームメイトに左右されるのは仕方ないし、オーナーの素晴らしさを考慮に入れても、やはり4000円超の価値はないと思った。

四人房的房子只有三個房間

這邊也是皇后鎮CP值比較高的住宿了重點是view很美很放鬆
