S.We booked this hotel due to location. Everything is nearby from this hotel. Room view is very nice. When we were booking the room, there was no enough pictures of the room. When we check in the room, we have found room is very small and bathroom is extremely tiny. Shower is extremely small and shower pressure is soo bad. I have enjoyed the view and have not enjoyed the room. I feel like we have not received what we have paid for. Unless someone is looking to stay near the city, I would not recommend this hotel.
M.When in Queenstown, stay at Novotel as your home away from home. It is at the heart of the town overlooking the much-acclaimed lake. It has wide carpark, friendly staff, and a choice of preferred drinks and meals. It accommodates both single adventurers and large road trippers or thrill-seekers like family, friends or colleagues.
Pricing is perfectly right if you're looking for comfort, satisfaction and money's worth.

Brekky was epic and the bar as well. Shame it closed at 9. Was way too early.

A.Exceptional in (nearly) every respect. So the building is getting on and showing some signs of the hectic life its led, but this was very minor and everything beyond that was excellent - from check in to check out. Friendly staff, clean well appointed rooms and great service. The location could not be better, out the door and only a few steps to the lakes edge or town centre... A perfect weekend. Thank you
V.Great location and very short walks to most activities in CBD. The room was clean. We had breakfast there every day. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Good valued!

A.Great value and location. Comfortable, clean rooms with balcony. Helpful and friendly staff always willing to accomodate any request. Kids loved the school holidays kids buffet in the cinema - great idea while adults enjoyed the fantastic food at Elements restaurant.

b.Great place with great staff. Great location to everything in queenstown. Is a nice cosy place . Came for skiing but only negative is the spa has been out all week with no idea when it will be fixed ??. When you come to ski you need to the spa ! .

R.The Novotel Queenstown Lakeside is a hotel I could recommend to anyone. The position is quiet with great outlook over the water. It is only a short walk to all amenities.
R.I would give this hotel 10 stars if it was possible. Enjoyed every moment of it from check in to check out. All of the staff were very attentive and friendly. Location is perfect.
Even though the hotel doesn't have it's own dedicated car park, they did advised a nearby street where we can park for free which wasn't very far.
You guys made our stay very very pleasant, you all deserve a pat in the back and a hug. Well done Novotel Queenstown Lakeside!
r.Very comfortable with the accommodation rate negotiated including an excellent buffet breakfast. Centrally located so all of the must visit restaurants within easy walking distance. Will return.also a very good do your own laundry available
K.We stayed here for a week. Was initially worried about the valet parking as I have had bad experiences with this in the past. Need not worry here, we would ring from our room and by time we got down the lift the car was waiting. Everyone we dealt with were helpful and friendly and our requests were attended to immediately. I have read a few comments on tired rooms but ours was immaculately clean and view was great. Will definately be back again due to the above and location.

L.Amazing location and friendly, accommodating staff. There is a bookable private jacuzzi which is a nice amenity. The only downside is the interior of the building (including the hotel rooms) which is a bit dated.

S.This was a fantastic place to stay with our 8-month-old. It was clean and very comfortable. The people were really kind and helpful. The beds felt wonderful after our hiking. They provided a portacot for our baby.

F.Friendly and very clean, staff responsive and their kitchen (Elements) served great food and on time.
To improve: bathroom fan wasn’t working, everything was humid and wet in the bathroom after a shower which was inconvenient. Nothing in the mini fridge to consume, need at least complimentary water.
A.Really great service, they gooutod their way to help. Location is excellent and righting the middlwoftown. Also has a secure valet service and secure room to store skis ⛷
