G.Amazing attentive staff and a very comfortable stay. Loved the location, so close to town but still felt very private across the park. Very fun having the bikes available for guests to use, when we went down to get these Lenny (sorry if I spelt this wrong!) had already picked us out 2 bikes and adjusted the seats etc to be best for us to use, then recommended places to take them.
Great to meet other guests at the evening complimentary drinks & nibbles also.

k.Cannot recommend the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel highly enough. Not only does it offer beautiful accommodation so close to the town but offered so much more. The hotel has wonderful friendly staff who do everything possible to make your stay special. A lovely gesture offering drinks and canapes in the evening which gave a chance to enjoy time with other guests. Thank you for making our stay very special.
N.We stayed at this place for 3nights and it was a wonderful experience. Owners are so warm, the staff is amazing and will help with everything that’s possible immediately. Lenny is a good friendly and chatty person in the team who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had inclusive breakfast package which was yummy everyday. They also provided complimentary bike and helmets which was useful to go around and experience nature at your own pace. Thank you to the team at Queenstown Park Boutique, highly recommended!!!
G.We had 5 nights stay here for Christmas holiday and we absolutly loved it. The location is great, everything is within walking distance and they even have free parking onsite which not all the central hotels offer. The free breakfasts are amazing, room facilities are very new, most importantly the staff are all very warm and welcoming. We will definitly choose to stay here when we come back next time

A.Absolutely excellent stay. Great location with free parking so we could easily walk into town. Fantastic hosts who were extremely hospitable. Wine/canapes hour was social and a good way to meet other visitors. Very comfortable room, perfect shower facilities and the best bed I've ever slept in while away. Delicious cooked breakfast. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back the next time we visit.
L.Being in the luxury lodge industry my standards are high, and the luxury touches of great beds, beautiful bathrooms and personalised service at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel exceeded by expectations. The lounge has a lovely atmosphere with a great fire. The evening guest drinks and canapes is an extra touch for guests to meet.

V.Impeccable service from booking through to check out. We had an amazing room with gorgeous views of The Remarkables. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, easily the best service I have had in any hotel.
The complimentary breakfast was absolutely exceptional, and a great way to start your morning.
N.Great hotel, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and the most friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Both the communal spaces and our room were spotless and the pre-dinner drinks and canapés are brilliant, and Ken is the best host.
We'll be recommending this place to our friends and we look forward to staying here next time we're in town.
J.Well, we're still here and have at least another night to stay (lucky enough to be here for a while week, so this is a real time review)
There are many things that make this place memorable, but the main one for our family is the care and attention from Ken (Hotel Ninja) - this guy literally is the heartbeat of the hotel, and the reason we'll come back again. His knowledge of the area and the region is first class, and nothing is too much trouble.
Other highlights are the amazng breakfast service and quality, room is well appointed as you'd expect
Location is good and pretty close to the centre and good views of the mountain ranges
J.I love returning to this super property. The new Junior Suites are definitely worth the extra $. Do it. Spacious with stunning views. The team lead by Francisco. Supported by Lia, Marika, Lenny and Chef Andrew are all superb. They lead by example and are always on hand to ensure your stay is seamless. The breakfast is perfect. I love the evening inclusive cocktails too. In summary. I’m a happy guest and have no hesitation in recommending the property to other travellers.
A.All staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Our room had a heated floor which was such a nice feature after returning from a day's skiing. Beds were soft and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and made to order - I wouldn't expect better from a Cafe. The location was a short walk from the town centre which made getting to and from the hotel so simple. Under cover parking was provided and a locked drying room for wet ski equipment was adjacent the car park.
Fantastic experience. I will be coming back!

S.This place is awesome. The room was very comfortable. As far as the quality of food and wine is concerned, the happy hour consumption section here is the best happy hour consumption section I have ever experienced. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel is conveniently located, but at the same time it is much quieter than living in the town centre.
K.If we get the chance to return to New Zealand, it would be very hard to not stay at this hotel! We loved everything about it! From the second we walked in, all the staff was very welcoming. It was our anniversary and we so appreciated the little desserts when we got into our room! The complimentary happy hour is just amazing! From the view and the fireplace to the beverage options and the delicious canapés, it was hard to leave the hotel at night! We had plenty of space in our room and it was convenient to the city center. Would definitely recommend!

D.Amazing in every way. Start with the location - just a short 2 blocks from all the action, but separated by a large park so that it's quiet at nice which makes it perfect for sleeping. The included breakfast every morning was something we looked forward to - made to order eggs including benedicts, bacon, potatoes, etc, plus continental bread and fruits and cereals. Perfect start to the day. Then each evening a wine and beer hosted happy hour with small canapes. The staff was completely enjoyable and very accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. It was a 5-star treatment at a reasonable price. A+
S.We stayed two nights at the hotel in a Gondola room. Beautifully furnished, great amenities and gorgeous view. The room was a fantastic size and had everything we could ask for.
The complimentary evening canapés and wines were lovely - the staff hosting well and lovely to chat to. A nice chance to chat to some of the other guests too.
Location of the hotel is superb - walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant areas and most importantly, the lake.
Recommend highly and looking forward to our next stay.
T.Amazing service. The rooms are great but the real distinguishing factor is the staff. They will sit down with you, give you a beer and snack, and help you make whatever plans you need. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We got several food recommendations that were very good. Would stay again , for sure.

The small touches such as the complimentary canapés and drinks every night and breakfast cooked to order set this hotel apart from every other hotel in town (not to mention our ride to first tracks!) It’s perfect location, amazing helpful and friendly staff and unique offering make this hotel a must stay in Queenstown. T.How hotels should be. The staff takes time to get to know your likes and dislikes. They make recommendations on things to do like a normal concierge but go beyond to find ways to help make your life easier. The location is also fantastic for having piece and quiet while being walking distance from the action.
E.Recently stayed 4 nights and can't recommend it enough! Room was modern and attractive, comfortable bed & very spacious. Excellent location, an easy walk to the shops but away from the noise of bars and restaurants at night. The staff went above & beyond when our cruise was cancelled - they were incredibly helpful, contacting the tour company and helping us to rearrange our plans. They even referred us to a car rental company (also run by the hotel owner) who got a car delivered to the hotel for us in less than 2 hours, at a great rate. We ended up having a fantastic time and felt so well taken care of. Thanks QPH!
B.Great all inclusive hotel. Very comfortable. Only two minor marks against: 1. Toilet seat want fully bolted so it lifted crooked and didn't stay up and 2. Towels and bath robes were rough and scratchy material (should have been soft for this price point).
T.Location was perfect and only a 2minute walk right into town. A nice person from the staff gladly helped us, but it was a little bother. Had breakfast which was very good. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel andwill most definitely stay there again on our next visit.

T.A well appointed motel with a touch of class. The staff were so friendly and knew absolutely everything there is to know about Queenstown and its activities. We especially enjoyed happy hour with Fran who gave us great suggestions on what to do and where to eat while serving local wines.

Evening canapés with wine by the fire from 6-7 were always a great segue into the evening. With just a short walk into town across the Rugby field, would definitely recommend the QPBH.

T.The location was convenient and walk-able from the city center. A nice welcome touch was the fudge in a little bag waiting for us in the room and the pre dinner drinks and canapés served at 6pm. Yummy chocolate covered strawberries and local fudge awaited for us in the room. Staff All fantastic.
T.I was really impressed with the service we received while staying at the Queenstown Park hotel. Location nearby the gondola and on the fringe of town provided a 10 minute a 10 minute walk to anywhere. Note: They allowed us to leave our bags while we hiked the Routeburn Track and that was super helpful.
A.Large rooms with a taste of luxury. My room had a balcony facing the road. The bathroom has a glass roof, last time I stayed I could see the mountains as I showered. Short stroll around the park is downtown Queenstown.

T.The location itself is great as it is pretty easy walking distance to the main part of town. Nice to chill out in the evening with a glass of wine and some canapes and look out over town. Luckily i was prepared and brought my ear plugs so that was fine. He's the best.

T.Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel is simply a wonderful place to stay in Queenstown. The room was very comfortable and the location was perfect5 minute walk to the centre of town. For us the fact it is not in the direct center of town is a plus as we knew it would be quiet.
N.Staff were extremely nice. Room was very good- my only gripe is that the bathroom gets a lot of heat from the open skylight. Canape hour is amazing.

L.We stayed for one night after hiking in Fiordland and absolutely loved our stay. Amazing service, this hotel truely goes above and beyond. We didn’t get in til quite late and as they were wrapping up the drinks and canapés service however they promptly served us a welcome drink upon arrival before escorting us to our room. The bed was lovely and large and comfortable. The highlight of the room was the large skylight above the shower- nothing quite like showering under the stars.
The breakfast was devine and they accommodated a late check out of 1.30pm with no additional cost which was so appreciated.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thanks so much for having us

Bardzo dobrze położony butikowy hotel. Stylowo urządzony, bardziej przypomina luksusową rezydencję. Pokój duży, jasny, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Smaczne śniadania, zaskakująco duży wybór potraw. Personel bardzo miły, pomocny. Unikalne popołudniowe poczęstunki z winami i przekąskami. Pobyt w tym hotelu był dużą przyjemnością.
