Q.We stay in a two bedroom apartments. It is spacious and the rooms are all well presented. The apartment provides all the facility you need for a "home". Considering the price charged, the cleanness can be improved more. For example, there are body hair left on the bed from previous guest (which may imply that the bed sheet is not changed at all!). The cups and spoons in the drawer are not properly cleaned. There is no off street parking in the building but apparently there is a car park for the resort guests. The instruction for parking the car is not very clear. The slope from the car park to the apartments may be a challenge for the person that is not fit. The village is literally in front of the lake. The walk alone the lake bank is very pleasant. Overall, I like the stay in the village and hope the management team can make it better.
T.Apartments are a great size and fantastic for groups/families. The rooms are a decent size. Facilities in the hotel were very good. The showers were a comfortable pressure. Sky TV, and free wifi. Top rooms have amazing view of the lake and mountains. A hotel well worth the cost.
I.The apartment was well kept, beds are comfortable and bathrooms have great lighting but mild water pressure. Easy arrival and all relevant information sent to your phone prior to checking in perfection. Carpark in the garage ample for two cars. All the comforts and great gas fireplace. Will definitely be back in the future as perfect location out of town and accessible to the airport.
T.Stayed in the penthouse apartment for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ***y nice amenities in the room. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the door*** with a warm welcome. Public transport is readily and easily available. We did get our money's worth as far as rate goes.
T.We got a great price for the room. The best feature is the convenience. Queen size bed in all rooms and very comfortable to sleep. The views are breath taking. Lovely site by lake. Parking for cars is on site however larger vehicles need to be off site. Will definitely recommend this place.
A.Nice roomy apartment. Very spacious. The service was mediocre and there was a lot of bugs on the ceilings. Other than that the hygiene wasn’t too bad. Nice access to nearby Frankton attractions and very nice view of the Frankton Arm.
E.Nice apartment that's good for family vacation.
But the software is sad.
Dirty teacups w dead mosquitos, used teapot not washed in the cabinet, no dishwasher detergent provided, no herbal tea selection, dead light bulb @ nightstand, and NO screen w bug infested area. We were suffocated in the room but couldn't even crack open the window to let in fresh air.... Ceiling is full of bugs in one of the bedrooms the second we open the window up.
T.Its very worth the money we'd paid. The room is very clean and had quality amenities. Access to units is by secure electronic door catch. Our needs were taken care of. A note to all travelers heading down to Queenstownchoose to live in Village Queenstown as it is the best accomodation.
T.The location of the hotel is very good, kinda in the center. The location of the apartments is fantastic and 10 mins drive to Queenstown. The room was very clean upon arrival. I felt like the really took care of me during my time there. A great place to stay.
T.Close to the water taxi and local pub this place is a must. Meals are available at Hilton Hotel however each unit has full cooking facilities including ful sized oven and cooking top and dishwasher. Staff is there to help you to enjoy as much as possible during your stay.
