C.Really close to the airport. The rooms modern and comfy. Has a mini kitchen (stove top, mini fridge, microwave) which we used to make breakfast. Also has a washing machine and dryer. Has a good view of the mountains from the room. Franks eatery in the ground floor makes great food and coffee. Only about 5 minutes walk to New World and more shops and bus stop just outside of the hotel. Only little negative is that we wanted 2 single beds, but got given a double bed, but no big deal.
J.This is a great place to stay. The location is spot on. Right next door to Remarkables Park Shopping Centre., Queenstown Airport & very close to Five Mile Shopping Centre. We had a two bedroom apartment and it had everything that we could have wanted. Two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for our weekend getaway. We will definitely be returning here.

K.Had a very pleasant stay here for three nights in July. The room was warm, comfortable, exceptionally clean and amazingly appointed. This is the first time I’ve had a room with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine AND a dryer! Mad, but totally awesome.
Check in was quick and easy, the service was friendly and the views are amazing from all rooms. Frank’s eatery downstairs is delicious and highly recommended, especially the Kill Bill burger from Franks and Go.
Loved the undercover parking - a godsend in winter. Would definitely stay here again.
A.I want to give a huge thank you to James at the front desk who was very pleasant during a very stressful time as our international flight was cancelled and most hotels were booked in the city. He was then again very pleasant as our flight was rebooked without our notice and we had to cancel our reservation with very short notice. He understood our situation and was very helpful and pleasant. I can't speak to the rooms but the customer service was spot on after the COMPLETE disorganization at the airport. Thank you James
p.Stayed from 8th March and checked out on 14 March. Good room with good facilities. Near to airport without the noise. Great view of the Remarkable mountain range. Easy access to supermarket. Will stay again if coming this way again
R.It was indeed a Ramada. I got a complimentary upgrade and a late checkout. The check-in was super easy. The rooms were ready and I could just walk and pick up the keys. No dramas of ID proof checking etc. Needless to say, the (upgraded) room was well equipped and clean. The bathroom even had a washing machine in case the guests needed. The property is right next to the Queenstown airport which made our departure very convenient.There is only one external restaurant operated which means you are sort of forced to use the same. Because they know the guests are well off, the menu is considerably expensive. That being said, the food and service is amazing. Also the exhast fan in the bathroom wasn't working, which was a bit annoying, considering you expect it to work in a 5 star hotel.
B.Staff was excellent and very helpful. The room studio suite was just the right size and the bed was very comfortable. The views were great and the parking garage worked out nicely for our stay. And while next to the airport, was surprisingly quiet.
J.We arrived after 9 o'clock and the front desk was closed so we had to access a lock box to get keys to our rooms that would also unlock the front doors. It was a little confusing but we made it in just fine. The rooms are nice sized with a full kitchen with 2 burner cooktop, refrigerator, and kitchenware. There is a nice living space, a comfortable bed, and a bathroom that includes washer and dryer. Our stay was very comfortable and the location is extremely convenient to the Queenstown airport.
R.What an awesome hotel to stay. So neat and clean. Staff was AMAZINGLY helpful and always smiling. Will definitely visit here next time in Queenstown. Also they gave us free upgrade to 1bedroom from studio so another reason to love Ramada.
R.Really good experience at Ramada in Queenstown, although there were definitely some areas where they could improve.
The suite was well equipped, comfortable and very quiet, which was surprising, given how close it is to the international airport. I slept very well and the drapes kept the room dark.
The room and bathroom were very spacious. On arrival I noted that the room had not been vacuumed particularly well and that the carpet was frayed where it joined the tiles around the kitchen. The door handle to the bathroom was loose and the drain pipe for the clothes washer/dryer was visible, showing a clumsy repair.
The price was very good and overall I was very happy. I will consider Ramada again for future visits.
D.Had a fantastic visit, thank you! A great, clean hotel. Stayed for 15 nights and really found it to be conveniently located, great price and saved a lot of money by having the in-room kitchen. Spend your money on the great Central Otago wine and death-defying fun activities!

S.I highly recommend this place. Not only is it convenience to the airport but to supermarkets. It's only 15 minute drive to town.
We had the studio executive an stayed for six days. The fridge is small but we replenished it everyday as the supermarket was close by (4 minute walk). We also had flowers an customer service was happy to lend a vase. We were greeted every morning an night everytime we returned to the hotel. For the value it was very good. Housekeeping was good to hotel was service everyday.
Customer service: Top knotch and was very accommodating to our needs.
Last note if we were to ever return I would go back here once again an recommend to all my friends.

C.The Ramada suites were fantastic. Had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights. Very close to remarkables shopping center. Absolutely stunning views and very close to the airport. They do have gym facilities with one treadmill, one elyptical, two spinning bikes, boflex and yoga mats. The pool is about a 5 min drive from the hotel but I believe it is free to go for guests. They also have a restaurant attached to the hotel called Frank's + Go. We did not eat here however the menu looks amazing we just had previous plans for dinner. The room was very clean and all dishes, cooking utensils we're provided. They have laundry pairs in the bathrooms which is extremely convenient. They will book the taxi for you to go back to the airport the night before for 18 dollars. The front desk is only there from 7:30 a.m. to 10:p.m. We dealt with Rod upon check in and he was extremely knowledgeable about the area as far as explaining the bus routes and where to find certain things around town. Thanks so much for the very pleasant stay!
P.Very nice new hotel with underground parking. The studio apartment we were in was very well appointed with cooking facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. At present there is no restaurant facility at hotel but there are plenty of nearby cafes a short walk away.
Management and staff were extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again when and if we are needing accommodation in Queenstown.
M.Great value for money hotel. We got a studio room and I was very impressed with the quality. The views are also amazing if you can get a room facing the mountains. I would recommend requesting rooms 217 or 218 if you are getting a studio, as these have the views!! It is a short 20 min ride to Queenstown city, this accommodation however would not be appropriate if you do not have a car and wish to check out the beautiful city.

U.A nice new apartment hotel located just 5 minutes drive from the airport with a nice view of the mountains. Its clean with all amenities you expect from an apartment hotel. Still in the process of upgrading facilities though. A lot of restaurants and New World Supermarket just 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

i quite enjoyed the gym in the hotel too, being on holidays i like to keep up with my gym routine so this was an absolute bonus!

J.Handy location but is close to the airport so you can hear planes at times. The walls are a little less sound proof than other hotels I've stayed in can even hear my neighbor turn their light switch off/on. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The cleaners seem to let things completely run out before they top them up. Ran out of body wash last night, or maybe they just forget the small things. Wi-Fi is inconsistent, drops out frequently both my partner and I use Wi-Fi at home with our devices and never have issues, but here we both seem to have trouble getting a stable connection and have slightly low speeds. There is underground parking and drying racks for ski gear, views of snow capped mountains are everywhere and room kitchens are well equipped for cooking some small meals. Bathrooms are on the small side with not much storage and a single sink. Beds are comfortable and warm, and the room has plenty of room to move. The room has a washer and dryer, the dryer is probably the loudest I've ever heard and lint goes everywhere and I felt a little guilty having it on, knowing that the other guests would be stuck listening to my laundry.
Overall, with some shops and restaurants close by and a short scenic drive into Queenstown it does have everything you need and has been quite pleasant.

R.The hotel is part of a new development within Frankton just outside Queenstown. There's a great bus link into Queenstown itself which runs every 15 minutes all day and takes about 25 minutes. The hotel itself is brand new and has everything you need. There is a fully fitted kitchen and the rooms even have a washer dryer. There are great views of the Remarkables and the rooms are spacious and very well finished. All in all a great place to stay when visiting Queenstown.
G.Clean and classy airport hotel. I was upgraded to a 1-bedroom unit which was compact but well laid out, comfortable and included a good kitchen area and a small dining table and chairs. It also had a good sized ensuite bathroom which included a washer and drier. Staff were very friendly and helpful and Wi-Fi was included with the room.
J.Stayed there before and this visit was just as good. Had a great view of the Remarkables out one window and Queenstown airport out the other. Would have given 5 stars but for the extremely noisy dryer. So noisy that reception knocked on our door to check if everything was okay
G.Loved this place. I thought with it being so close to the airport that you would be bothered by the noise, not so - a bit noisy every now and then during the day and no noise at night. S.A great stay - the room had everything we could need from hot chocolate mix to a full laundry. Bed was comfy, nice linens. Shower was strong and hot. Customer service was lovely and friendly.
K.Place was alright. No windows so the air felt super dry. If you're had OCD (as my partner does lol) then you'll notice that the rooms aren't symmetrical. Also, the plug under eath the desk looked like it was a bit of a botch job and was not level. Iunnp it was just a bit weird. Looks nice but was all a bit botchy. Staff were nice though.

M.This is a really good hotel, the Reception Staff from Saturday to Wednesday were very nice ladies, very helpful and really nice friendly people, the rooms were very clean so my compliments to the housekeeping staff. We were comfortable and greeted with a really nice smile, I will stay here again without a shadow of a doubt.
D.This place had everything we were looking for in a hotel at the last minute: gym, washer and dryer, and kitchen. We even got an upgrade when we booked directly with the hotel. There was safe parking and the location is right next to some great shopping centers.

A.Brand new building with not many of the surrounding facilities complete. We were in room 308A, which turned out to be a loft room up a big flight of stairs. There wasn't enough room to stand up in half the room. Reception was only open 7:30 am until 8pm
N.Got updated for free and got a nice apartment/room. The hotel is clean and convenient. We walked to the airport with the suitcase and it took us about 15-20 min.
T.Nice and new. Frank's place downstairs is a great place for breakfast.
V.Good place to stay if you have a flight to catch and want to be close to the airport. Reception closes at 8:00pm though. Not great if you want to enjoy the city in the night as the city center is a good 20 minute drive. Also, it is expensive for what it offers (No airport shuttle)

Apparently the hotel was already opened, before everything was 100% finished. For example, for breakfast you have to walk five minutes to a nearby restaurant. I think that will not last forever. The hotel is a bit away from Queenstown and too far to walk into the city. But there is a bus that leaves near the hotel and takes you to Queenstown every 15 minutes. A single trip costs 5 NZD. But you can also buy a so-called go-card for 5 NZD, which then has to be charged with at least 10 other NZD. With this go-card every ride costs only 2 NZD. So it's already worthwhile, if you drive to the city and back again for two.

Das Hotel ist nagelneu und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten inklusive stabilem, kostenlosen WiFi. Offenbar wurde das Hotel schon eröffnet, bevor alles zu 100% fertig war. So muss man zum Frühstücken zum Beispiel fünf Minuten zu einem nahe gelegenen Restaurant laufen. Ich denke, dass das nicht für immer so bleiben wird. Das Hotel ist ein wenig abseits von Queenstown und zu weit entfernt um in die Stadt zu laufen. Es gibt aber einen Bus, der in der Nähe des Hotels abfährt und einen im 15-Minuten-Takt nach Queenstown bringt. Eine einzelne Fahrt kostet 5 NZD. Man kann aber auch eine sogenannte Go-Card für 5 NZD kaufen, die dann mit mindestens 10 weiteren NZD aufgeladen werden muss. Mit dieser Go-Card kostet jede Fahrt dann nur noch 2 NZD. Lohnt sich also bereits, wenn man zu zweit ein mal in die Stadt und wieder zurück fährt.
