We enjoyed our 5 nights very much. Our room was really nice and comfortable. We found all of the Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful at all times. The Hotel is in an excellent position in Queenstown enabling us to walk around the town …
H.
WOW, by far the flashiest place I have ever had the privilege to stay. The facilities and decor were mind blowing. The service throughout was extraordinary, thoroughly professional, but also polite and friendly. The location in Queenstown is excellent. The food and service in the restaurant were also excellent. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again sometime in the future.

I am so impressed with their communication . My son accidentally booked accommodation through booking.com. They are really kind enough to cancel the reservation without any charge in the given short notice.I truly appreciate their kindness. All the best to the entire team. The receptionist was very kind too.
L.
Fantastic hotel! I'll definitely come back. Comfortable and spacious room, and wonderful breakfast. The staff/baristas were thoughtful and lovely.
R.
The imagery of this hotel is high-end and prestige.
The facilities are alright, but we had to bag for the stuff to give us basic things like shampoo and soap which you couldn't find in the room upon our check-in.
Took a long time to understand how to operate the bathtub (come-on people? why making things sophisticated in the name of luxury?)
The jazz bar down stairs is great, with good food and wine.
L.
Loved the breakfasts we had every morning. And the staff there were friendly and helpful. Made our stay even more enjoyable.
W.
Great location right in the middle of Queenstown. So easy to access the Luge, Shopping, Restaurants, or get picked up to go further afield. Staff, rooms were great as was breakfast each morning.
C.
The staff at Sofitel went above and beyond to make my partner’s birthday special! The room, location, and facilities were great. Would recommend to others and will definitely stay again in future.
D.
Sofitel can definitely do better. I was more impressed with their other branch not this one. Room had torn curtains. Need more upgrade.
두.
Very nice stay. Good location and luxurious room. Stayed on the top floor with a beautiful view. Helpful staff, sadly couldn’t enjoy dining at restaurant. FYI, Jervois is not the restaurant of hotel. 🙂
C.
Luxurious and lovely place - we had the best experience staying there. food was great and fast service, spa was amazing, bath tub was a great plus. Handy location. Amazing FOH. Some construction work around atm.
R.
A really lovely place to stay. Luxurious atmosphere and friendly staff. A special thanks to the wonderful lady that served us breakfast, she was so welcoming.
L.
Partner came out of 1789 bistro saying it was the best dining experience she's ever had. Food was really great and service top notch. Thanks Ralf!

A gorgeous hotel in what can only be described as the perfect location for walking around town and accessing everything Queenstown has to offer. A very nice breakfast was included in left bank restaurant and the drinks in the club lounge were also of a great quality. We had a junior suite which was a fantastic size and felt like a little apartment. The only disappointment was the restaurant 1789. I would give it 0/10. Overpriced and poor quality food. We had a terrible experience there with an allergy and the lazy way it was handled by the chef. Completely opposite to every other restaurant we visited in Queenstown. The serving staff were all lovely and tried the best they could to help but it was clear no one of any seniority in the food and beverage team was willing to step up and support their team or us as the diners . We did not pay for her meal but frankly would have rather been able to talk to someone about why it was so bad. Sadly in a very non Sofitel way no one was interested. So the missing star is for the restaurant . By all means stay her as the hotel is great, location is perfect , waiting and reception
Teams very friendly but the food in the restaurant should be avoided at all costs!!!
P.
Will definately be back to this lovely Hotel. The staff were so welcoming and always had big smiles on their faces. They would do anything for you and for me this is a huge plus. We loved Ralph at the bar he made the best drink in town 😉, and he was such a sweetheart. The breakfast every morning was amazing!!!. The rooms were so comfortable and immaculate. Totally recommend the Sofitel in Queenstown 5 plus from me xx.
F.
My husband and I stayed for one night and it was great. Amazing bath, the bed wasn't that confortable and fridge make a loud noise. The high light was the breakfast because we were served by Padjma. He is very nice, friendly and funny. Make our stay a way better. I recommend it!
s.
Had an amazing stay cocktails and food was delightful and staff we very accommodating and polite.
H.
Lovely room, bed was so comfortable.
Service was amazing and friendly staff.
K.
We came here for our family holiday and we were not disappointed. Friendly, helpful welcoming staff. Our room very comfortable, king-size bed and relaxing spa bath to soak in after a thrill adventure days. Very clean and our breakfast was scrumptious. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and the skyline. This place is fabulous and we are looking forward to return again next year.
G.
We loved our stay here in the superior room. The jacuzzi bath was great to relax, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was amazing! We were constantly greeted with smile and helping hand by the friendly staff. Location in the city was spot on. Will be back!
F.
Beautiful hotel, comfy bed, huge bathroom wish there was more of a view otherwise amazing how central and close it is to everything in the town area, breakfast was amazing, customer service was awesome so welcoming. The room service ladies were beautiful and so lovely to chat too. We definitely enjoyed our stay here in the Sofitel and we can’t wait to go back to Queenstown 🤍
P.
We absolutely love staying at the Sofitel Queenstown. It always feels like 'arriving home'.
C.
Went for dinner at 1789, food was great! To compliment with that Ralph provided the best service.
C.
Loved our stay here. The bathroom was absolutely amazing and was perfect to unwind in the jetted tub after a long day of adventuring. Comfortable beds as well. Great location and central to everything but bear in mind that if your room is faced a certain way, a 5th floor view is essentially ground level on the rear side. The nespresso pods were a great touch. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
T.
Wonderful,l well appointed hotel in heart of Queenstown. Rooms nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff were engaging, friendly and helpful. Faultless service. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
T.
Best location, easy walk to town, room had view of town very spacious. Only issue was housekeeping wasn't done (first day) until 4.30pm and both times we had to call the front desk to check where our bottle of wine was. But these are only minor things. Breakfast was good quick service and staff super friendly. We will always stay here now, stunning bar too. Had a very cool vibe. You pay alittle more but we thought it was worth it.
s.
Amazing stay at Sofitel. Very classy and luxurious with awesome friendly service. Nitesh who served us drinks at bar and then breakfast the next morning was amazing and made our stay so memorable with his friendly personality. Highly recommend!
P.
We had an amazing guest experience at Sofitel Queenstown. The General Manager Jeremy went out of his way to call me before my arrival and greet us when we checked in. It was really nice to come to a hotel and have guest loyalty recognised.
c.
Fantastic meal and staff shame we where the only guests they had
Come on NZ get out and support all the restaurant's
M.
This is an amazing hotel. It's beautiful with beautiful people who provide outstanding service. We were so impressed. A great weekend. Thank you Sofitel.
G.
Only stayed 1 night. We were greeted with a very nice welcome. The room was clean, refreshments stocked etc. Cafe had good food, coffee and staff were very nice.
B.
Lovely French styled hotel. We have been to Queenstown numerous times, but this was our first time in this particular hotel. The staff were very friendly and inviting. Also extremely helpful with our check-in, showing us around the amenities and the room features. It's located back from the lake, but still within 5 minutes walking distance to the water. It's very close to restaurants and cafes. The room we had was clean and tidy, with a generous sized ensuite with a bath. It had a dining area and a sitting chair so it was easy to relax in this room without feeling cramped. The jazz bar was also a great place to unwind and the breakfast buffet was easily one of the better ones we have eaten at. Fresh food and the atmosphere was bright and clean. I would definitely say that we would use this hotel as our Queenstown base from now on.
B.
Just stayed at the Sofitel Queenstown. The moment we entered we were welcomed. Fantastic location. The staff at reception, in the bar, restaurant all went out of their way to ensure they gave a high quality service. You cannot mention staff without acknowledging the great work the Housekeeping staff do. They take pride in their work. Thank you for the most enjoyable stay. It was special to me as it was a Birthday celebration and I could not have wished for more.
S.
A fantastic hotel and spa. All of the staff are very polite and helpful, the room I had was very spacious and clean. 1789 Wine and Jazz Lounge is a great place for a drink, Ben is exceptional, a real asset to the hotel. Left Bank Cafe was putting out some great food. The Spa is a lovely place, definitely worth a visit. I look forward to returning.
P.
The stay was very comfortable and amazing, the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and just a call apart from you. It was a very nice experience. All cafes and bars were just a two minute walk from here. The location is very nice. Whenever i will visit Queenstown again I will definitely stay here.
M.
Excellent stay! We were very pampered. Lovely staff and very quick to help you with things. Room is very spacious and hass all amenities you will need. Even a mini sewing kit and a posh paperbag for out of the blue needs ✌
l.
Great location, friendly staff and lovely rooms.
j.
Thank you guys for looking after us , I am highly satisfied with my stay at Sofitel Queenstown. Thanks to reception team for warm welcome and great service . Another thanks to Pankaj and Nitish for Great service in restaurant. You guys are the best. Will come back soon.
M.
Thank you Lisa and the team at Sofitel Queenstown for making our wedding anniversary an amazing experience. The rooms are always immaculate, staff are very friendly and attentive. We had a great time and highly recommend as the best place to stay in Queenstown.
U.
The hotel staff were very professional, polite and very helpful and informative. The room and facilities excellent. The only drawback was the cafe/bistro. Although polite were unable to make a cocktail at 2pm in the afternoon. The reason being no qualified barman. What is the duty manager there for then? From there on it went down hill. The food took over 30 mins to arrive although we were the only ones there, a part from another table of 2 that were finishing their meal. When the courses arrived.... very unimaginative. The cafe needs work.
G.
Sofitel is a wonderful place to be spoilt the minute you enter the lobby. We stayed 5 nights celebrating my husbands bday and our 29th wedding anniversary. Rachad in concierge is absolutely wonderful, we can't thankyou enough for all the special surprises we would find when returning to our room. The breakfast staff were also wonderful. This will be the only place to stay for us on our trips to queenstown
G.
The staff at the Sofitel in Queenstown were brilliant. They've made our stay very relaxing and trouble free. The only complaint I would have is the adjustable bench in the gym is super high. It feels like it was made for NBA players haha. Not really a problem at all.
g.
so close to town with great service from all staff!!
highly recommended
S.
This hotel was fantastic. This is where we stayed when in Queenstown as part of our NZ honeymoon. It was the off season and we got some discounts on our room because of it. That said, the service here is really impeccable. We also truly loved working with the concierge, who helped us plan great day trips and book wonderful restaurants at night. The breakfast buffet is perfection, and the evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres are really a treat. The rooms were well serviced and well stocked, and very comfortable.
T.
Such an amazing hotel and staff! From check in the service has been out of this world. The room bathroom has a heated towel rack and floors, our bed comes with a pillow menu, and comes with a travel adaptor. The breakfast buffet includes an selection of juices, house made Greek yogurt, teas, etc. Every last touch has been thought of; the tea was served at an immediately perfectly drinkable temperature instead of piping hot. The house keeping replenishes complimentary water, including little touches like a pillow spray to keep your sleep absolutely perfect. My wife and I are dreading leaving, and will relish our last 3 nights here. Wow.
J.
Will definitely stay here again. Beautiful room. Awesome staff and breakfast was spot on.
h.
Loved staying here, room and bathroom are huge. Breafast bar was good lots of options. Also enjoyed a drink at the bar with live music. A yummy dessert platter for my Birthday was a nice welcome
S.
Andrew was a delight!
We came to Queenstown for a nice holiday and it was our first time.
We arrived at Sofitel and Andrew helped us with restaurant recommendations when we started our night.
The team was really helpful, we enjoyed our start very much.
A big thank you to Andrew, he made our stay.
We will be back for the ski season.
B.
Just Stunning... the rooms are fantastic, the service is 1st class. The closeness to town, and the services on offer are great. Lovely staff and they would do anything to help. Have stayed many, many times and will do again without a doubt.
R.
Loved it! Amazing location. Genuinely friendly staff, but could impove service a little. I do recommend this property though. My issue was we booked several site seeing and thrill junky packages through them, but one day whem we went down to talk to the in-hotel tour/activity specialist about chartering a helicopter and heliskiing, and parasailing and bungy jumping, but they kept us waiting talking to a couple that it was obvious weren't in a hurry to buy anything. Instead of waiting we went in town and found a better deal. When we came back the concierge searched us out to apologize. I kindly asked her if the people they were talking to (& and that she could have said "excuse me I have to finish a booking I started with these people - look at this brochure for a minute") spent any money with her, & she said "no" I said too bad as we saved $500 buying our package in town that was more expensive than our week at the hotel. I would still stay there, just check a few local tour agencies for best deals on the tours and activites in Queenstown
D.
Nestled under the grandness of The Remarkables mountains is this beautiful hotel designed with plush French feel. All the mods and con including a TV in the spa tub to watch while you soak after a day of skiing. Centrally located within walking distance to town. All the staff are immaculately dressed ,say hello & let you take the lift first. Room service is as fine as any restaurant.
Well worth the money.
V.
It was very nice hotel wid nuce staff . Location is at the heart of queenstown . Every1 should stay here bcz u can walk anywr widin 5 minutes from dis place . All activities and restaurants wr max 500m far . Hotel rooms wer nice wid nice mini bars . Breakfast was very nice . They have special lounge access. Do take it . It helps . They give free food amd drinks if u have dis access. I just felt bad wn dey did not help us properly wid car parking . There was 52$ hotel parking and evrywr around also high charges for parking which we wanted to avoid so i asked their staff to come wid us amd help but they didnt come . Odrwise it was perfect . Highly recommended.
I.
A delightful luxury hotel. Large and very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, well prepared breakfast (a la carte and buffet). Positioned in the main business area and just 3 minute walk to the beautiful lake front. There is a small club lounge which offers a limited range of food and beverage.
M.
Nice fancy hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. As a 5 Star hotel they are on the pricier side but that is to be expected. The rooms are amazing with heated bathroom floors, spa baths, dual shower sprays and the location is perfectly central everything.
H.
My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Queenstown earlier this year in May. The staff at Sofitel were amazing and we had a relaxing time during a 7 day stay. The restaurant was also fantastic and service was impeccable. We also enjoyed the spa, which is conveniently located at the ground floor. I loved my Manuka honey facial.
The hotel is also located in the heart of the city so very easy to get around without a car.
Thank you Sofitel for such a memorable stay.
Hannah

Sofitel never lets you down. Amazing suite with two balconies, spa bath and full Sky TV, memory foam king double bed and unobtrusive aircon.
E.
I have lived in Queenstown for over 5 years and I have been a frequent customer of LEFT BANK restaurant - Sofitel. For many years I have called it the restaurant with "Beautiful food but poor service".
OMG POLINA & HEIDI have changed my mind completely. Since they joined the restaurant I have been dinning here more than I can ever remember. Breaskfast, Lunch and Dinner. I have brought my parents, my friends, and recommended it to everyone in town. HUGE THANK YOU TO THOSE TWO LADIES THAT MAKE OUR DINNING EXPERIENCES A PLEASURE. Their customer service is unbelievable amazing and if I could take them on my team at another company in town I would happily take them from Sofitel :)
THANK YOU LADIES, FOOD INCREDIBLE AS ALWAYS.
J.
Very nice hotel. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, spacious very well equipped. Location was excellent. The restaurant was definitely worth trying, the food and service excellent. The parking was overpriced $50 per night, the crown plaza only $17.
The service was excellent and professional. I would stay there again.
C.
This is the only place I would stay. It is luxurious to the max and right in the heart of where you want to be. The area of queenstown is spectacular and reminds me a lot of other places Ive travelled in Europe. Its well worth the extra money if you can afford it, and make sure you take time out to enjoy the facilities of the hotel. Cannot fault the place.
M.
I planned a surprise 40th Birthday Party for my partner at 1789 Wine & Jazz Lounge at Sofitel this July and I can't possibly recommend them enough.
It was so perfect in so many ways. From friendly attentive staff to the cool french decor and thoughtfulness from my very first call to the end of the event. Ashlee & Susannah were super helpful and friendly and really went out of their to way to make sure that everything was planned accordingly. They even made a signature cocktail and printed out an adorable description of the drink with a picture of my partner. Throughout the evening, they made sure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. Our guests raved about the tapas as well as the fantastic cocktails and how awesome the staff were; which made me look really good! :) I was really nervous, hoping desperately that everything would work out as planned. Julie was instrumental on the night of the event along with the wonderful gentleman who arrived with 2 of the signature cocktails and handed them to us as we walked in the door. Just Wow!
I originally struggled to find a venue in Queenstown with people not getting back to me; or when they did respond it was without any type of care or customer service.
So when I reached out to 1789 it was like a breath of fresh air and I immediately knew this was the place for this special event.
Even if you simply pop in for a glass of Bordeaux or a hand made cocktail, it's absolutely worth it.
Thanks again to the whole Rockstar Team at 1789 & Sofitel Queenstown!!!
S.
A charming hotel in the heart of Queenstown and easy access by foot all around the CBD. Modern contemporary room which was spacious and comfortable. King size bed was massive. Overall service was exemplary and in-room dining was delicious and prompt. Only flaws were in the bathroom with the joy stick type tap at the wash basin which spewed water all over the counter and took a while to master. And the deep bathtub did not have handles for getting up safely nor a handheld shower head for rinsing off. Otherwise a very comfortable experience.
T.
Heated floors in the bathroom is a nice touch in the winter months. Staff was excellent. Everything you need is a short walk. We had a massage in Le Spa and it was well worth the money. Thank you for my birthday platter, I was very touched and blown away by this outstanding surprise.
C.
Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms. Nice food.
R.
Thank you Sofitel Queenstown Team for making our Honeymoon even more special! You guys were so lovely, making us feel so special and welcome! Highly recommended hotel, awesome location and best employees!
P.
Fantastic staff. Interior getting a little tired as nothing appears to been done to the rooms in over 10 years.
J.
Probably the best hotel in Queenstown. Not only for facilities and service but also for location. It is in the center of everything. A short walk to Skyline, across the street from Fergburger and smack center of downtown. The views of the mountains and the city center are amazing
The Steak house at the hotel is superb and the breakfast at the lobby is really good. I rented a car and valet parking is pricey. So just park around the block for free.
T.
All staff make you feel important and we loved the buffet breakfast. The most comfortable bed ever. We were allocated suite 314 and it had to be the noisiest room we have ever stayed in. Upon arriving we were greeted and checked in by a fantastic female receptionist, whos name we do not recall, apologies.
R.
The best service I could have hoped for. Rooms were spectacular and the food was amazing. Our package included breakfast and happy hour daily, it was well worth the price. The location allowed us to quickly enjoy everything Queenstown had to offer.
Our experience was made even better with the help of the concierge Samus. We cannot day enough good things.
S.
have stayed in this hotel around 6 times, it is a great place, the rooms are clean and modern and the staff are always so welcoming and helpful. it is close to everything as it is right in town, and they even valet your car and are always willing to help with luggage and bookings. the food is great and the place is looking better than ever now since the upgrades
T.
I love staying at the Sofitel and Queenstown certainly didn't disappoint. At reception they found out that we were in New Zealand for our wedding and we received several letters from ***agement to congratulate us as well as a few extra …
Z.
We recently spent 6 nights at The Sofitel Queenstown and Spa. I have to say, that it was the most incredible holiday of our life.
The staff in the bar downstairs were so welcoming, especially the french lady, and even brought out complimentary champagne when my friends arrived as a surprise for my birthday from the UK.
Seamus the concierge helped my boyfriend arrange the most amazing, romantic proposal on Mount Cardrona and we received a beautiful card signed by all the hotel staff to congratulate us, as well as more champagne and cheese and macarons.
It was the most personal experience we have ever had and the hotel was beautiful. We will be back!!
T.
I think this was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, at least in a very long time. The bed was comfortable and beautifully fitted out with quality linen and pillows. The location is great as you are only a couple of minutes walk away from the shops and lake.
H.
Great location, great service. Good restaurants.
K.
Excellent service, the Left Bank restaurant is amazing, hands down one of the best places I've eaten.
Room is well furnished, spa bath in room with a television is nice.
The TV inputs are locked, so if you want to watch Netflix on the TV you need to unplug the sky box, not a problem, since it's such an edge case I'm not surprised it isn't supported.
Many TV channels and easy access to the snow fields.
T.
I found that this hotel very much lives up to the Sofitel reputation for style, quality and service. The rooms are large and well set out. Checked in and was told that our room was available. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. ***y Thanks Vincent and team.
T.
Lovely Hotel in the heart of Queenstown. The location is in the centre of town so just walking distance to all the restaurants & shops. The rooms are spacious and all the amenties you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Our room was amazing. The moment you walk through the door you are treated to amazing courtesy.
J.
We stayed Friday and Saturday night and can’t talk highly enough. The staff were amazing and very friendly we dined in the restaurant and were well looked after. Thanku so much
G.
Went there for dinner. Food and service very good. Staff pleasant. Environment "up market".
T.
Magic location only 50M to town centre. The treatments received were very good and the facilities excellent. We had to tell some teens to please keep the noise down as they were playing in the corridor for about 20 mins at midnight and people/groups coming back having conversations after a few drinks.
T.
As members of the Accor club (it costs nothing) we were invited to wine and cheese in the lobby and met the guest coordinator who was a gracious host. The little things such as heated tiling especially in winter was really welcomed. ACCOR membership very worthwhile. Very well ***aged hotel which we highly recommend.
L.
From an extremely warm welcome, to being escorted to one's room and given a explanation of how everything works in the room. The Queenstown Sofitel ticks all the boxes as a five star hotel. Well done everyone. You are very much appreciated.
S.
Our stay at the Sofitel was amazing! The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff were all very hospitable. Great location and is central to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel.
B.
Wonderful food. Awesome ambiance. Delightful staff
W.
Can’t say enough about this hotel. Awesome location. The staff are accommodating beyond our expectation. The room & the bed are 100% perfect. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.
S.
Definitely worth upgrading to the option for the lounge and breakfast!! Awesome
E.
Food at 1789 restaurant was very good. Had the lamb rump and partner had the salmon.
D.
Best Spa in New Zealand! I've visited before and it's never disappointed. This time I had the 90 min pregnancy massage. Wow I was blown away at the experience. Highly recommended!
C.
My Son is Currently staying there as part of his Honeymoon with his Wife 😍💍. He has Travelled around the world a couple of times & more! To 7 continents And he states their Room at the Sofitel Queenstown is the Best Hotel Room he has ever been in!! Congrats Sofitel!!!
A.
Wonderful location in the heart of Queenstown. Sizeable and luxurious rooms, with very attentive staff. Free WiFi and complimentary access to the fitness centre! Made for a relaxing and pleasant stay in Queenstown.
T.
Queenstown is an action filled city and to be perfectly located in the middle of town is an absolute advantage. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in the bar, concierge and at breakfast. The best hotel in downtown Queenstown, we'll be back here when we travel down under.
T.
Great service and excellent personnel from those who welcomed us on arrival, bar/cafe staff etc. The rooms were to die for and the cleaning staff worked at such a high level of standard. As soon as we checked in, we heard the hammering and power tool noise next door.
A.
Beautiful hotel that is hard to fault. Very nice rooms and excellent service. If I had any small comments it would be that club lounge could be executed better.
M.
We checked in here today for 4 nights, love everything about the place. Friendly and helpful staff, awesome location, very clean and modern rooms, will definitely be staying here next trip to Queenstown. Would very highly recommend to anyone coming to Queenstown.
V.
One of the pricer hotels in the area. However the rooms and bathrooms are large. Was surprised you had to pay more to get a king bed instead of 2 queens. Good location in the center
J.
Had the pleasure of doing the journey for two at the spa. It was absolutely amazing. Sandy who looked after me was an absolute master with her hands - all my tension fatigue went away and would highly recommend this when in Queenstown!!!
C.
Absolutely lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Warm, generous rooms, excellent bathrooms. Hotel is ideally located in Queenstown. I will gladly seek out Sofitel hotels in my future travels.
B.
Loved my time here....totally spoilt
beautiful bed and drinks hour
C.
Great to be back staying with you again
M.
It's a great chain and we enjoyed our stay, but it wasn't up to their usual high standards. Things like single ply loo paper, broken umbrellas, dirty floors in the public toilet area, staff with dirty Uniforms isn't what you expect
T.
I use the word canapes lightly as it was the most disappointing array of any club room I have ever been in. We dined at several places recommended by staff at the hotel and they were all great. You simply can beat the location right in the hear of Queenstown. Not worth getting too worked up about.
C.
The rooms and location are great but the standout for me was the service. Every time we left the room stuff was fixed up, wierd at first but after while totally appreciated. Well looked after.
V.
Slightly disappointed with the room. It should have had a juliette balcony and didn't. Finding the in house cafe open isn't easy either. So far this hotel isn't as good as The Langham.
