J.Wonderful new hotel, comfortable room and brilliant shower!
Was a bit disappointed with the restaurant as we experienced long wait times for your average style breakfast. Did have beautiful presentation I will say.
Dinner was a step up, with faster output and much more impressive flavour.
Was disappointed there wasn’t any communication regarding building work in the unfinished retail store under our room as they begun work early in the morning and woke us up. (In the past hotels have let us know or left a letter explaining what was happening and detailing work hours)
M.Lovely new hotel, impressive dinner; the entrees were beautiful presented and the mains were amazing with lots of flavour. The service was incredible with the chef explaining details about the ingredients and the waiter/ barman was able to made me a special non alcoholic drink.

C.Great service and lovely staff. Room was clean and spacious. Only negatives were the restaurant and not being told about construction right under our room. I’d personally avoid the food and go elsewhere. It took over an hour for breakfast at a quiet period and food was sub par. A menu that tries too hard to be fancy without delivering. Definitely don’t go if you’re hungry as you’ll need the 24h McDonald’s afterwards.
Make sure you ask about the construction as we weren’t told and both mornings were woken up to the sound of drilling and hammering at 7. The staff were very apologetic when we told them at checkout.
F.Great service, welcoming and just great hosts. For a new hotel that is still in process of getting everything up the staff are just so warm and welcoming. The restaurant serves excellent food, beautiful and delicious. The chef certainly knows what he is doing. I am so glad we had our dinner experience here.
N.We really enjoyed our stay. We ended up booking for an addiontional night. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming. We enjoyed an amazing free breakfast including room service. Overall very happy with our stay. Was amazing!

The shower was to die for and the room had an Alexa in it which was such a bonus. They had USB and lighting cable plugs in the wall - super handy. The pillow menu was really the cherry on top. Great experience!
K.Lovely new place, great rooms for couples. Even though it is in a shopping centre, no noise as such at night. Had breakfast everyday there during our stay and had drinks few times. Amazing treatment by Ralph and a Indian girl from Delhi ( I am sorry I have forgotten your name darling). You both were amazing and hubby and I sending you best wishes ❤️
j.Really impressed with this new sudima branch in queenstown:-)) clean rooms lovely staff really cheap prices and breakfast was really yummy. We served by staff name Ayna:-) what a great service. She sure need and pay rise for the wonderful service;-) we will sure stay here again.
