This hotel is situated nicely out of the Queenstown city centre and offers a comfortable and affordable environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, however the customer service was severely lacking. Pros - >Rooms were disability friendly with bathroom handrails and seat >Strike bowling alley in the hotel >Well insulated >Very spacious hotel and rooms Cons - >Unfriendly service and poor communication >Cleanliness could be improved slightly

Very nice place to stay with super nice stuff. Good thing is they allow pets but with each pet charged 50NZD, which is reasonable considering the pets might make the room messy. There is a bowling place with food can be ordered next to the lobby, and also some arcade machines. Very big car park which was super convenient, and the hotel is 10 minutes drive from Queenstown city.

The place was average but we loved the staff accomodating our needs and very helpful. The food was served as breakfast in every room if you didn't got to be on the buffet. The price was also cheap and the location was very handy.

Pros: You get what you pay for. Hotel room is nice and has good heating, bed is nice and comfy with heated blankets. Breakfast room is really nice and cozy, with great views and a fireplace and they have vegemite! Cons: Shower temperature changes from hot to cold all the time. Hotel is severely under staffed and the shuttle bus is not available most of the time. Usually 9:45am - 3:00pm during the week and 11:45am - 5:00pm on weekends, you have to schedule around the short staffing. Breakfast doesn't include any hot food, mainly toast, cereal, yogurt, muffins, some pastries and small selection of fruit. Only instant coffee unless you pay extra. Can pay $10 extra for a full hot breakfast but you're better off going into town if you're going to pay extra. Also the hotel lobby has been moved to the bowling alley presumably due to the short staffing which detracts from the experience and makes service very slow at times.

It was our first time staying here. Our room was spacious with a good heater to compensate for lack of double glazing on the windows, so we were never cold. The staff were great, even went the extra mile to help when they were clearly swamped by bowling punters. The hotel is clearly feeling the effects of travel restrictions but this hasn't effected their service. Only complaint was breakfast felt a little expensive for what was on offer.

Honestly i was going to cancel my booking after reading the bad reviews and not canceling was the best decision i made. Room was spacious warm, clean. My only complaint is the shower it goes from hot to cold in a metter of seconds i found it really annoying. Also sure the place is under staff but it only took 5 minute wait for me to check in i didnt mind after that it was perfect. however i was on holiday so i didnt use any of the facilities like the shuttle or the restaurant as i wanted to experience queenstown not the hotel 😉 Rented a car an eat at different places around town. Room was perfect 👌 Thank you to the team Will definitely comeback

Wonderful location for our family wanting to ski most days up Coronet Peak, just a few minutes up the road! Great clean family resort, especially enjoyed the 10 pin bowling on site. A small thing, but disappointed with the poor organization in running out of coffee beans so no coffee for the first three days we stayed there!

Great location. The hotel is a little tired, but is clean and we enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely stay there again. The 10 pin bowling on site was a bonus.

Great place to stay! Highly recomend, the room was spacious and comfy. The bathroom was a little dated but clean so a non issue for us! I would not waste your money on the breakfast. For a buffet breaky it should never be a first in first served deal. Over all good value for money

Great service. About 10min drive to Queenstown City. The resort was across the road from Olsen Pool which was a bonus less then 5min walk. 2min drive to Coronet Peak. We drove up to the peak to catch Sunrise it was an amazing experience & the view was breathtaking 🙏 The beddings were made, new towels & milk were provided every day while we were there. I highly recommend this place to stay. Great for families, couples, friends etc. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I am noting another big shout out to the team (esp Dhanu) for the prompt response/assistance when I had to cancel my 27/8/21 booking due to lock-down - I just needed to contact the agent and she will approve/put my booking on hold How easy and incredible that is as this is not the first time it has been changed since last year. Appreciate it is real challenging times for everybody but they rose above it - what more can we ask for??? Again let's all support each other They are amazing

This is definitely the best place to stay around Queenstown. Good value for money, close to town but just far enough so you don't have to deal with the noise of people partying and coming back late. The staff provide the best customer service, all throughout the night even!

The place was almost in mothballs due to the lack of tourism in NZ right now, so it was hard to judge it properly. The price was amazing. The location was very good. The facilities were reasonable. The internet was rubbish. (4mbps and only one device at a time) I'll definitely stay there again when things are back to normal and hopefully will be able to improve the rating once I see if it was just Covid that was causing some of the issues.

Great budget accommodation! Humongous, quiet room with super comfortable heated bed. Scrupulously cleaned. Lovely staff. Stable wifi. 24h reception.

Given the night rate and for 4 people in one large room this place is the best we have seen. Many over charge and under deliver. We loved the room and very clean and well presented, subtle inclusions made it wonderful. Thanks guys and well done...

Parking area needs filling in if the lakes that form after rain making it hard to get to your vehicle. Our first room which was an upgrade was missing furniture and felt a bit tired and faced the carpark and road so didn't feel private or appealing. They happily moved us to a room with a better outlook and feel so that was nice. Restaurant was booked out on first night of Our stay and reception hadn't asked if we'd be dining in when checking in so make sure you book to get a time you want. Service for breakfast was brilliant and variety of food was excellent...10 out of 10 for the service. Going to the spa was interesting as signage is either wrong or hidden ie. First sign says spa and swimming pool - there is no pool!...next spa sign is hidden behind the door stating sauna so have to go in the entry room to find the door to the spa. Overall they do look like they are slowly updating rooms so things are getting better and the service was always friendly and accommodating. So some minor niggles but overall good😁

Loved the place once I found it, someone made the booking to our group and I had some missing info. My bad. Anyway another place in town with similar name... confusing. The car park a bit rugged, be careful with low ground clearance. Handy shuttle service, very good food. Rooms are airy and clean.

Large rooms and bathroom. Beautiful and calm. Though we didn't checkout but the restaurant and bar seemed nice. There was a gaming area. Everything you need and at a reasonable cost. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay a little bit out but the shuttle runs from morning to night. Or uber 25 bucks if you wanna stay out later and party. Good arcade and bowling to keep kids entertained for very reasonable price. Overall its a tad on the old side but comfy bed.

We stayed 1 night as a couple. Very convenient stay. They hace some good facilities, laundry etc. Also a bowling alley for lolz. Very large room for a cheap price that is well equipped. We payed $90 for the stay. Very happy, will stay again.

Staff were friendly but the room was a bit of a let down. Drafty windows and a heater that didn't fully warm the room, only a small section in front of itself. Breakfast had a good selection but was generally cold by 0730 when we went through, which wasn't great. Food delivered from room service was cheap and plenty of it.

Nice large rooms. Good bathroom. Shower goes hot and cold. A lot of doors to get to yr rooms felt like Maxwell Smart. Restaurant service very good but food very basic.

On arrival i was pretty happy. There had been a recent upgrade to the courtesy vehicle which gave a comfortable commute to and from the township-proper, which was offered as near as possible to being ""on request. Considering the price I think it was good value. The buffet breakfast is heaven on earth with a view to match.

We got a grabone deal which included breakfast during sept at a good accommodation price. Lovely staff service and great complimentary shuttle service to town and coronet peak. Didn't bother use the spa tub though. Also enjoyed a free game of bowling.

Very large family room. I can pay that for a decent room at a hotel in Christchurch. Considering the price and the reviews I was not expecting very much but we were pretty impressed. I'd stay here again, in no small part because the staff made it such a comfortable place to be.

A very averageish hotel, a little bit tired in the public areas and quite bizarre having to walk past/through the in-house bowling alley and bar. Close to Queenstown by car (hotel offers a free shuttle each way if booked at least 1hr in advance).

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in Queenstown. It was very clean (the cleaners were amazing), well presented and the staff (particularly the waitresses) were so friendly and helpful. I encounted the best service I have ever had in any accomodation setting, so in my opinion that deserves 5stars in itself. This hotel is incredible value for money, they also include a courtesy shuttle service to take you to and from the town centre daily, and their electric blankets make it hard to get up every morning. The games room and bowling alley were a hit with our family. I had also read raving reviews about their amazing buffet breakfast and boy were they right about that. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will most definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends and family.

Friendly staffs & nice room & free parking inside the hotel. Good 12mins drive from Arrowtown after we visited there. Most attractive is that the hotel has free shuttle to Queenstown on hourly basis. Dining in the hotel is also pleasant , cheaper & quieter than the town center.

Rooms are a little dated but overall a comfortable stay. Didn't enjoy the huge pot holes at the carpark though.

The location is 15 min drive from the heart of Queenstown, but the price was good for a booked out weekend and they did have an indoor bowling alley. Big, comfy room. The hourly shuttle makes it easy to reach town center and come back. Quiet location away from the crowds. Room service was decent.

The best part about the stay was the staff rather than the actual hotel. Lovely attitudes and they helped so much throughout the trip. The hotel itself wasn't grand but worth the money.

Agree that the rooms were a bit tired but if you can look past that they were clean and comfortable and overall we had a great stay. We were in the upstairs East Wing just ***** from an open exterior door that could not be locked or closed that was not good. Avoid staying here.

We had the best experience at Swiss-Belresort Coronet Peak in Queenstown. The location has something to do with the lower price than ***y of its competitors. Perfectly clean and tidy. Perhaps if you haven’t got a car it would be hard to get around the town as the shuttle to the city only operates every hour.

Great time. Good location out of the town enough to still be close to access but not so close to be in the traffic. Great service. Good restaurant and awesome buffet breakfast.

They are currently going through some renovations. I have stayed in an outdated room and a renovated one. And I'm please about the newer rooms. The swiss-belresort still needs a major facelift but the newly renovated rooms was very nice especially compared to the 20/30 year old rooms. The shuttle down to Queenstown was very convenient. The WiFi was very slow.

Our whole family had a great time there. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.. definitely will come back for the next vacation.

Great place to stay with families

Interior decoration of room is old with TV of at least 20 years ago. We stayed for 3 nights without changing the towels by the hotel. Location not good as it takes 10 drive to downtown. Better not to book it unless you cannot find one with similar price.

Warm welcomed when check in by Janice, good service by Angle of restaurant. Large room, clean and tidy. Value for money! Will recommend to our friends to stay here when visit Queenstown in the near future!

Good service + hospitality. Food at restaurant was affordable and tasty (dinner). Room was overall not bad but too warm at night - small fan in room didn't do much.

good place to go to in the summer when the queenstown cost is to high. but it feels low quality and i don't look forward to staying in this place at night. but if you have a family or are a group of people this is perfect for a 2 night stay

Big place. Out of town but free shuttle bus which is great. Large well equipped rooms and ours had new carpet curtains and bathroom.

7 minute drive from town, superb view of mountains, free shuttle bus service and hot pool/sauna. Staff are friendly and hotel is clean and tidy.

All the stains are gross but I believe an overhaul is in the pipeline. Bed sagged so not good nights sleep. I do not understand why hotel choose to provide a hair dryer that is so awkward to use with tiny buttons to operate and wires that are difficult to extend.

自驾游住这里挺好，泊車免費，酒店有shuttle bus去皇后镇(10分鐘車程吧)。附近安静，要逛街吃貨看景只能在皇后镇了。晚上在酒店餐廳吃過，没人，安静，份量多。

一番良いホテルだと思います。部屋の広さはちょうど良かった。スタッフは丁寧で、笑顔が素敵。非常に便利な立地だと思います。

素敵なホテルでした。部屋は十分に広いです。チェックイン時の対応が、とてもスムーズでよかった。立地がよかったです。
