A.Very good and helpful hosts. Nice grounds and facilities. Units had everything for a comfortable stay and being able to travel with small dog was a bonus. We will stay again next time we return to Raglan.
K.Honestly one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. Service is excellent and couldn't have asked for more - I love this place so much and would recommend it to anyone going to Raglan. Also, there is a very friendly tabby cat that hangs around (we named him Jacob) and he is a total gentleman. Soaked up the sun and then soaked in the hot tub (Jacob did not come in the water).
M.Fairly quiet and comfortable stay. No fan or air con in the bedroom though so sleep was a bit restless. Air con in the main room had to make its way in to the bedroom if you left the door open. Friendly staff.
L.What lovely people.we planned on staying one night, as soon as we got there we made it two nights as the view was outstanding not to mention that on check out day we decided to book another night, couldn't help ourselves. The view was great, had our own bbq and spa outside our room. the spa was awesome, Even when it rained I was still in it, there is also a bbq area which is well kept and shaded with bbq tables. Town was not far. Couldn't ask for better price especially with spa outside room, (we've paid more for other motels for less in them) room was clean and tidy, service was awesome. Nothing was to much trouble, very friendly, lovely people right down to the gorgeous cat. Thumbs up to this place we will definitely be back, it's like a home away from home.

Location of this place is magnificent with a beautiful view of the lake beside. With a wharf nearby offering some kayaking fun, It was splendid.

L.Yes it's a motor Lodge, but WHAT a motor Lodge! I wish I could convey how surprised at how much I really liked this place. We've stayed at a number of meh motor lodges across New Zealand so the bar had been set pretty low, however Palm Beach Motel exceeded all expectations! 1. Allowed pets but was clean as a whistle! 2. Hot tub overlooking Tasman Sea Inlet! 3. BBQs for guests use 4. Kayaks for guest use 5. Air conditioning! 6. Large, comfy beds! 7. Gracious and helpful host!

M.(Translated) Positive: friendly staff, free washing machine. Room was spacious (bedroom + living room), well equipped, although not up to date. Nice garden and BBQ area facing the harbor or the lagoon. The surrounding area is not particularly interesting and there is no busy city center, but in a few minutes you are at the picturesque Ngarunui Beach.
Negative: optically and technically not up to date but in order. The price is okay.

Positiv: Freundliches Personal, kostenlose Waschmaschine. Zimmer war geräumig (Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer), gut ausgestattet, wenngleich nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Netter Garten und BBQ-Bereich zum Hafen bzw. der Lagune ausgerichtet. Die Umgebung ist nicht sonderlich interessant und es gibt kein belebtes Stadtzentrum aber in wenigen Minuten ist man am pittoresken Ngarunui Beach.
Negativ: Optisch und technisch nicht aktuell aber in Ordnung. Der Preis ist recht okay.
