E.Very clean, comfortable bed with one exception, wish they had provided softer pillows. Pillows in room was too firm for my preference, but i could had requested🤗 Loved the geothermal spa, that was a bonus. Highly recommend.. Great motel & reception was very friendly.
W.Love the layout and privacy and customer service was great. But as a family we wanted to make our own meals and the kitchen equipment was basic and the oven element is missing so couldn't use it...the spa was okay but no bubbles and very basic.
We will be back but I would suggest to the owners to supply fry pans and cooking utensils without broken or loose handles and an oven that works
B.As part of my job I stay in a lot of hotels/motels every week around the country. This motel is obviously in the process of being upgraded. It was clean and warm and staff were extremely helpful. As I arrived in a classic car I was happy parking was off and hidden from the street. I would definitely stay here again.
K.The layout of the 2 bedroom spa Apartment was really good. The room was clean and well organised. Bed were OK, extra blankets were great. Spa was lovely and hot.
The room was cold when we arrived, the windows had been left open. Some of the kitchen utensils need replacement along with the towels. Hosts were very helpful and lovely to deal with.
B.The one bedroom apartment was very clean and tidy. Bed was pretty comfy and the added luxury of having a spa pool off the bedroom was lovely. Thanks for a lovely time of R&R with hubby. We had a nice relaxing time 😊
A.Advertised four bedroom family room with second floor. Unfortunately, obtained a first floor only room with 3 standard beds and a cheap fold-out bed that had a large stain. However, it is in incredible spot to go exploring and doing nearby attractions (please note I had a rental car).
J.We have booked a six people suit, it the a nice motel. Have spa as well. Bed is nice, but for me is too soft. Nice and clean environment and smells good. And have enough car park for two car each building.
M.Nice place, complete facilities, including a warm private spa! Problem was, we did not know how to operate it, the knobs did not have labels and we did not know how to turn on the jacuzzi. We just soaked in the very warm water and did not know how to turn if off, the owners did not explain it to us and the office was already closed when we used the private spa.
There were 6 of us and we had enough beds: two bedrooms upstairs for five people and there was another bed in the living room downstairs.
A.Average. The pictures are very flattering and maybe slightly too expensive for a room without air-conditioning and limited air circulation. However the owners welcomed us warmly and with the fan we had a comfortable night. The place is a bit old but clean.
T.We were down for 3 nights for the IPS touch tournament. Our room was big and the hot tub was great after a long day. We chose this place because it was close to our venue. Just a few improvements would be the towels, they were ruff not soft, the pressure of shower was low and the shower door didnt close the full way. Also the floor was so slippery and u couldnt see water on the ground. Otherwise was a good stay. 😉
C.We had an enjoyable stay at Apex hosts really helpful & friendly. The Royal High Tea a great touch. Loved having a private spa to relax in before bed great when you have been driving and sight seeing.
T.So I've been staying at apex for one week and it's that bad myself my partner and babies have come down to the idea that we wanna stay for another week. This place is so beautiful the owners are beautiful people. I wish I can just live here now that would be a dream come true. I would like to thank the owners for. making our stay so lovely and for been so good to my babies. I feel like I don't wanna leave yous.
J.Great family unit with heaps of beds. Seems to have been recently decorated and taken care of except the shower in the bathroom which needs replacing. Fantastic price for a good family room.
V.Friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Furniture in the room was outdated but it was a comfortable stay. Good location.
