S.I did not sleep for the week we stayed there due to domestics going on in every other unit my mother and I never felt safe as people were trying to get into our unit while I was out my mother was on her own this happened twice in a week. Just prior to staying there the people before us stole the TV the dinning suite toasters linen and anything not nailed down.you will not get business with these kind of behaviors going on . On the upside the units were beautifully clean . Staff were lovely.
S.i stayed for 1 week recently and i loved it the receptionist was very polite and very cheerfull to welcome me on my first day the manager also love the customer service i enjoyed my whole week there would go back again 🙂 thank you to the staff at ascot keep up the great work
A.Great location, really pleasant and very clean room, the owner are friendly and incredible helpful. My 82 years old mum enjoy the private spa pool! good bed and pillows. Great WiFi, Stay in the motel once a year and will definitely stay again in future.
S.Great for a simple weekend away. Would definitely consider returning on my next holiday to Rotorua. The rooms were very clean and maintained to a high standard. Rooms have a simple kitchen and mini fridge for food preparation. Reception and staff members were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very spacious and laid out in a way that didn't feel cramped. Rooms have a personal spa bath that is covered. The location is great and is close to the town centre.
F.The rooms are a bit older but extremely clean. Excellent service and location as well. Only about 2 blocks from the main town area, we were able to walk around very easily. The in room spa bath was fun. I wish the sulphur smell wasn't so strong but that's true of most places in Rotorua.
W.Great place to stay without all the silly nonsense. Clean, tidy and the personal spa in each unit. The manager is very friendly and very obliging with service. We stay here often now by choice
B.Stayed in apartment room with my parents who loved the private spa and friendly staff! Another plus is all rooms are on ground floor if you're concerned of elders going upstairs.
Recommend to people of all ages and groups.
P.It was awesome had a very relaxing stay. Room was clean spa bath was awesome man at desk was very warm and welcoming would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everybody. Also close to town, supermarket across the road and very close to restaurants
S.Have stayed here a quite a few times over the years. Firstly after our Wedding and the service was wonderful we have never been let down. Clean, tidy and great outdoor spa area in your room which is the main reason we love it. Close to everything and just a really nice place to stay. We always stay here when we go to Rotorua ever since 2007.
L.A throughly enjoyable stay. Lovely host, very clean room with fantastic comfortable beds. Thermal heating very welcome as was the spa. Ideally situated close to Rotorua Central Mall and supermarket. Would stay again anytime :)
I.Ascot on Fenton 3.5 in our opinion. Very comfortable beds, good supply of towels and good size spa bath. There is not air acond but it is still ok.
H.Very friendly staff. Good location, close to town and restaurants. Spa pool was nice. Interior a little dated however.
