Great place to stay, owners friendly and welcoming. Stayed with our 2 boys and hubby, had the best sleep ever after that amazing spa. Great location, close to everything. The most comfy beds and pillows. Definately would be back and highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay guys.

Hosts were amazing just lovely. We traveled and stayed 3 nights with our 6 and 8 year old. Facilities are great if you want to cook breakfast or dinner, everythingyou need is there. Hot tub and private patio area was awesome great if you wanna just chill back and have a beer at the end of the day. Will definitely be back.

Agree with what others are saying, the owners and staff were awesome - they went out of their way to help us and were super friendly and welcoming. Great location and facilities for a perfect weekend away hitting the mtb trails! Highly recommend - thanks so much for looking after us :)

Lovely stay in beautiful Rotorua, the owners are super friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable stay all round, plus we were able to have our wee pup with us during our stay which we are super thankful for. 10/10 would stay there again.

Nice little motel friendly owners. Rooms a little dusty. Other than that a great little place with a hot tub outside your back door and all private working from 8am-10pm. Chocolates on arrival. Close proximity to places to eat and town centre and parks. Really enjoyed our stay. TV in bedroom didn't work, forgot to tell them....as we didn't need it. You could order a continental breakfast and cereal for $12. We were going to but kept forgetting to order. So ate out at some great places. A few places deliver and some do through Uber eats or menulog. Just make sure you can't order straight from the place and either pick up or have them deliver as both Uber eats and menulog add between $3-5 onto each item and often charge delivery too. Zoo, rotorua heritage park and gondolas about 5-15min drive 🚗 would stop there again.

Check in was quick and easy, my family and i stayed for 2 nights. Our pooch was unexpectedly dropped off to us and the owners were happy for her to stay with out warning. Our room was clean and warm! Perfect for us 4. The spa was amazing and the kids loved it too. I would definately stay again. The owners were friendly and absolutely wonderfull

Lovely warm and quiet room with a super comfortable bed, full kitchen so we could cook and spa pool outside was incredible. Anja was an awesome host and made us feel at home and comfortable, would definitely stay again!

Lovely motel with friendly service. Stayed one night in the twin spa room. Our first stay in Rotorua, I feel it was value for money. Outdoor area had leaves and a little aged but spa still works a treat! Would happily stay again. Bed was super comfortable and has everything you need.

This is a clean tidy and very handy motel. We were in unit 6. The bed was comfortable. There is a neat outdoor private courtyard area with a spa bath. Our shower was a bit dated and a tad small probably for a man or larger person. The owners were very nice & helpful and allowed us to leave a car there after checkout, while we went and had breakfast.

Lovely owners that were very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and tidy with everything we needed. The spa bath was awesome! And they give you a generous amount of milk, not just those little plastic pottles. We will definitely stay here again

This is our third stay. We arrived and after booking in the car would not start as lights had been left on. Got a taxi to our destination. Motel Owner was very helpful and went way and beyond. When we arrived back from our Hospital appointment he had jump started the car and had it running for us. Thank you So Much. The room in the Motel was very very clean. Everything was laid out for a lovely stay. We can recommend Palm Court to any potential visitors to Rotorua Sue and Trev

Anya and Mike are wonderful hosts, we arrived at 8.3pm and even at that late hour Anya had a smile to welcome us and direct us to our unit, the 2beddy was spacious and warm. Our troop of 3 adults, 2 kids and a baby was very comfortable for the night.

I highly recommend Palm Court Motel. Excellent facilities. Love the private spa pool. Even though its right on Fenton St very quite, excellent location. I arrived a couple of hours early before my check in time ,not an issue.

Great service, considering Palm Court is one if the cheapest motels in Rotorua. The room was fine, exactly what we paid for and clean & tidy. Harder beds as a warning if you like yours soft. Would stay there again, mostly as the owners were really helpful and gave some great advice on places to visit that were slightly off the beaten track(and generally less busy and expensive).

Mike and Anya are totally fabulous! They have taken fantastic care of my wife and I. We came for a couple of days but ended up needing to stay a lot longer. They made space for us and covered our every need. Couldn't recommend a better place to stay in Rotorua. Awesome! You guys rock!

Mike and Anja are great hosts. Great family room plenty of room and the big treat is the private spa tub at the back great way to relax after going out and seeing the local sights. Happy to return again .

Thin walls it would seem, loud snoring and water tank started filling about 6 am from neighbor flushing the loo that creaked in the wall loudly for the next 45 mins. Wall socket for iron was dodgy. Had own spa but didn't have time to use. Host was lovely though, lovely service with extra attention to detail.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. We traveled from Auckland to Rotorua with our two furbabies. It's so wonderful to have a place that allows pets to stay as well!! Loovveeee the spa bath and very thoughtful owners who places us in a wonderful little room. Couldn't be happier xx thank you so much. Will definitely be back!! ❤️

Having stayed at many establishments of the like across NZ, I will highly recommend the Palm Court Motel. Staff and amenities are excellent. The hosts Mike and Anja are knowledgeable and eager to assist. The bacon and eggs were perfectly cooked! Great place to stay while experiencing Rotorua.

We always come here. Its warm and cosy and has off street parking. The new owners are lovely and friendly and are very welcoming. The spa was so relaxing.

What a splendid place run by great hosts, I would thoroughly recommend anyone to come here, the amenities were excellent and the overall experience was better than can be expected. I travel to rotorua for vacations alot and I will only stay at Azure Palm court from now on. Thank you for the holiday Stephen, Jenny and Thea.

Friendly staffs.. allowed to cook in their kitchen.. secluded small pool inside the room itself.. best for romantic stay.. except the sulphur smell which comes from the thermal wonderland..
