A.It was so clean and unit was very comfortable, private. Lovely to walk around the lake. The pool was clean. I would definitely stay there again. Special thanks to Li, he helped us alot as our car broke down. Such a gem of a person.
L.Leon and his team were so helpful accommodating our family, we are not the usual 2 adults/2 kids. The grounds and rooms are great and being located right on the lake was awesome. There are also signs of work being done to upgrade/renovate. We will definitely be stay there again. Thank you 😊
C.five star for the room and lakeside view. But the air conditioner in the room 4 is broken. Error code number 12, you need to call support to fix the out machine.

A.This place is awesome. We have a 2 bedroom fully self contained unit with air con. Really comfortable and enough space for the 6 of us. The lake has a jetty that you can jump off to have a swim. The pool + spa are really clean, a bbq to cook on and tables to sit around. The driveway is a big loop so it's good for kids bikes/scooters. Washing machine and dryer at $2 per use. Nice deck for sitting outside, a constant breeze on a hot day. The owners are so lovely and keep this place looking great. I'll be staying here from now on rather than all of us cramming into a hotel room.

P.Cedarwood is always a safe bet for clean, comfortable accommodation. And the location right on the shore of the lake is perfect.
I've stayed here 3 times and will keep coming back.
k.We stayed here during winter and it was lovely! Our three children loved the lake, playground, DVD selection, spa and the nice warm beds :) the workers are all extremely friendly and helpful whenever you need it! Thanks for having us and we cannot wait to return :)

T.Highly recommend this venue. Super comfy rooms, clean and tidy. Room servicing done promptly. Pools and both spas well maintained and owner takes time to stop for a chat. Very friendly and helpful.

E.I attended a Conference and stayed the night here. I was given a magic room with lake views.
The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was he Heating was electric heating and the freezing cold conditions meant it struggled to keep the room warm. I would have thought a good quality heatpump would have been better especially when it gets Hot in Summer for Cooling.
The wharf was good to get out over the water. I did see they had kayak hire available but it was a bit cold for me.
The Conference facility was good with everything required.
I enjoyed the stay and it would suit someone who doesn't want to be in the middle of town.

Leon was an attentive and helpful host, offering assistance when required. Nice site for kids and families but space and peace if you were child free. Easy drive into town but perfect distance to feel away from it all, well positioned for all major attractions of Rotorua
B.Picked this Motel because it was Lakeside and we thought it was close to downtown Rotorua. It was not and not near many eating options. McDonald's was at the end of the Street. It was a reasonable price, and kid-friendly having a playground and pool area. It has a dock on the lake which allows for great Scenic shots of the lake. It was a place to rest your head and for the kids to stretch their legs and play. Definitely not on the fancy side.

Q.Have stayed here for the last three times we visited Rotorua. Great accommodation right by the lake with just 10mins drive from the city center. Recommended to a few relatives/friends and the feedbacks are all very positive. Some of the amenities(a small pool and spa) are a bit old and usually in maintenance when we visited.
S.This place has stunning views. We love the motel so much, it has complete facilities and worth every penny. We can't remember how many pictures we took just at this place.
M.Nice lakeside accommodation located in a quiet residential area. Eateries and groceries are a short 5 mins drive away (but not really within walking distance). Many troutflies in the evening though. Other than that, our family had a nice stay.

I.After booking a place in the centre of town which was aweful, we found cedarwood Lakeside. This is set in a beautiful location by the lake with great BBQ and pool, lovely lawns, great Lakeside walk. It is perfect for people with a car. McDonald's is at the end of the street. Highly recommended.

Apart from that, the accommodation is highly recommended - with its own kitchen (including cooking facilities), heated pool and whirlpool, location right on the lake and very rarely comes here the smell of sulfur.

Relativ teuer und nervige Fliegen - Insektenschutzgitter wären hier eine super Investition. Davon abgesehen ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert - mit eigener Küche (inkl. Kochmöglichkeit), beheiztem Pool und Whirlpool, Lage direkt am See und nur sehr selten kommt hier mal der Schwefelgestank an.
T.老闆非常的親切,地點離市區有點小距離,但是地點在湖邊的環境很好,清晨起來可以去湖邊走走也有大草地,非常舒服, 只是夏天會有小蟲子比較惱人
