S.Awesome place to stay! Me & my partner stayed one night for our spontaneous trip to Rotorua, we loved it! comfy beds, an awesome spa, clean & tidy and really friendly staff, the only downside is there was no aircon, it was a little hot but apart from that would definitely come back to stay again! 😊

M.We stayed in a comfort studio with a spa. The room was roomy and had everything you need. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was minimal noise. It wasn’t quite as beautiful as the photos on Booking.com but was good for its age. The owner said it’s soon to be given a much needed upgrade :) definitely adequate for a short break away the spa is a bonus!

Only thing the didn't have was heating apart from 1 wall heater that took to long to heat up other that would completely recommend staying here, oh forgot to mention that the spa in the outside area of the room was the highlight

A.The shower needs an upgrade. Part of the plug was missing so the top kept popping out so could be dangerous. Plus the shower needed a very good clean. The tv in lounge looks like it's on its way out it has 5 or more lights permantly showing on screen when tv is on.

A.Lovely place we stayed for 3 nights, rooms are very quiet and you can hardly hear the road noise. The spa bath is awesome as well. Beds are very comfortable. And rooms are lovely and tidy. Room service everyday. Only downside is no air conditioning, but at least there was a fan in the room to plug in 🙂

D.We stayed in Unit 14, a ground floor unit for 2 nights. We’d read a couple of negative reviews so asked to inspect the unit before completing registration. The friendly receptionist was happy to accede to our request. We found a roomy, spotlessly clean unit and while the furniture is due for replacement it was comfortable and adequate. The bed was excellent with A1 linen and a range of comfortable pillows. The kitchen was well equipped, and tv’s (2) easy to operate as was connecting to the free wifi.
We were disappointed on the first night when the spa jets wouldn’t work. Next morning revealed a faulty pressure switch and a tripped circuit breaker. Frank, the manager, showed genuine concern and he promptly found a new switch and all was fixed by lunchtime. We would have been relocated to another unit had the spa not been fixed.
It would have been useful if there had been a night contact number we could have called. It was only 8.15 pm when we discovered there was a problem.
The complex was almost full but the units were soundproof and there was no noise from traffic. We’ll stay again in this we’ll situated, friendly motel.
T.Had a special night here with my fiance. Place was clean and peaceful. And the staff were friendly and helpful. We spend the night in the hot tub and had a well deserved peaceful sleep. Definitely be visiting here again next time we in Rotorua :)
S.Best thing was the big spa, very clean rooms and very honest staff. As I had left my brand new laptop behind and the lovely woman alerted me to that.

I left my almost brand new shoes in a hurry. It was posted back to my address in Auckland without any charge. Hence I'm giving them 5 star.
The room we stayed in was decent for its price. Affordable for the family if traveling by group. Quiet place not to mention the jacuzzi ( automatically shuts off by 12mn - as to not disturb other occupants perhaps.) Will recommend.

C.Wow.. Where to start? Firstly I would like to thank everyone who works here and a huge appreciation thank you to Matt.. Who gave us an upgrade Unit which was perfect all round..Especially for my 1year old baby.. We travelled from Tauranga.. was so clean, tidy, and relaxing with loads of space.

R.Had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay, including a bluetooth speaker in each room as well as a spa in the back. However, everything is somewhat dated and the bedding is on the underside of comfy. Overall it's a decent place to stay in a good area if you're enjoying the many sites and activities Rotorua has to offer. Updates to the decor and utilities in the rooms could easily make this a preferable motel in the area.

J.Spa was awesome 🙌 mattresses were.. too soft, not good for people with bad backs or need to sleep flat or on firm mattress.
Also, milk should really already be in the fridge or given in containers, not poured out infront of you 😂 then to carry to your own room.

J.Great place to stay if you are wanting a a hot tub. Room are bigger than the pictures posted online. Very quiet here even on a main road as well. Would definitely come back
T.air conditioning would be great if installed in the room, would have got 4 stars, 31 degrees day we stayed.
S.Lovely spacious and clean rooms however we did experience a few frustrations. We had booked three single beds as it was a girls getaway only to find a King size with one single bed. When we showed our request which was on our booking was told they don't have that configuration and blamed this on Expedia. We asked for discount and were offered another box of truffles. lol They did offer a rollaway bed which we took but were disappointed that our booking request had not been fulfilled. Then we went to turn the lights on and found only 2 of the 5 bulbs were even in the light fittings. They did address this immediately though and we then had all lights working. The hosts were lovely friendly people.
