Went here with my family for a small vacation. Excellent customer service the staff told is everything we needed to know and provided continental breakfast to our rooms before we arrived. The room we booked was cozy and the area was quiet. Perfect for our family of. I will say however that the pool entrance is through the main lobby area which can become very awkward, since there's people eating food at the tables. That's why they lose a star, but apart from that I recommend this Hotel.

We had a nice stay at the Jet Park Hotel. Stayed one night my husband and I and our girls and our little dog. Had a great time. Friendly staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Pet package was nice. Our dog loved the treats x. Nice continental breaky in the morning. Would definitely stay again. Thank you jet park hotel.

Great family hotel, the kids outside play area was awesome and there is also a toy/book/puzzle corner inside. Excellent service. We arrived early and the manager, Sujita Thapa, went above and beyond for us; checking with housekeeping to see if our room was ready and even upgrading us from a standard room to a family suite. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

Booked a superior twin room for my birthday for 3x nights.. spacious room with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Had a very pleasant stay. Prime location and friendly staff! Will keep on eye on their special deals for upcoming stay:)

i liked it. there were two rooms in the hotel room so i didnt have to hear my parents snoring. and once you get used to the smell of farts its very comfortable and nice

Clean room, quiet, close to town, we loved the pampered pet package that came with our room, the greeting card for our kitties, their own beds, bowls, blankets, toys and treats were so cute. We really enjoyed the breakfast bags filled with yummy healthy goodies and well stocked brekkie items in the fridge with the barista style coffee in the room. Absolutely loved our stay and am so happy we could take our gorgeous furbabies with us. Thank you Jet Park 😁😁

Easy to find, ample free parking, close to town & convenient to have Countdown supermarket across the rd. We had a standard twin rm. It was small but had everything we needed. The hotel was modern, clean & the staff were very friendly. Our rm price included breakfast & there was a lovely selection of healthy foods to choose from. Overall, we were happy & would recommend this place to others

Staff were friendly and helpful. The in room breakfast was perfect and made the morning easy 😊 The rooms are a tad dated, but presented well and very clean. Will definitely be returning.

So good! Welcoming, easy parking, decent sized room with a comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. The only annoying thing, no where to hang your towels in the bathroom! Not even a hook for the hand towel, which was a pain. But otherwise, awesome 👌🏼

Room is nice and clean, the beds are comfortable as loads of pillows and spare pillows, the outside kids area is nice and clean. Maybe need a bit more lights for the pool area for the night time as my mum fell cause she walked into a black table but she's fine thankfully. The continental breakfast is quite lovely too all kinds of cereals, toast and fruits. Even some pastries

Fabulous stay. We had a very quiet nights sleep in a comfortable clean bed and room. Service was superb when we ordered room service. Best burger and chips I have had in a long while. Continental Brekkie great and food was fresh. Staff polite and professional. ****Only one complaint, we wish we could have stayed longer.****

This hotel was excellent. They marched a cheaper internet room rate and are pet friendly. The room was very comfortable. Nice bathroom and a decent continental buffet breakfast. They even had a bed set up in the room for our dog, complete with a tot, dog food and bowls. We were very impressed.

Lovely staff, wouldnt really call this a hotel though. Seems very outdated, would be great if upgraded TVs and put hooks in the bathrooms to hang your towels up rather than the floor 😊 oil heater is a bit odd and very little bedding.

Great place to stay with your pet. “Pampered pooch package” made our scottie dog very cheerful, and we were warmly welcomed too!

Lovely hotel, tidy and friendly staff. Weird that the 2 single kids beds are in the main lounge and the queen in the bedroom with no tv. There's a pool and spa, an outdoor kids area plus an indoor kids area, access for free to gym down the road, free wifi, spa barh in room and a bar/eatery on-site. Breakfast is thrown in and is continental. Really lovely place to stay.

On a arrival we were meet with excellent friendly service. We have two coeliacs in our family and the staff were so accommodating. They made toast in a seperate toaster and giving us condiments separated to avoid cross contamination. Breakfast was included which was amazing! Rooms were clean and tidy and well maintained with daily replenishment. Would highly recommend and will return again ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing price clean rooms aircon coffee making. Play area and the all important pool and spa. Food if needed across the road big countdown. Big thanks to staff very friendly. Bonus was breakfast included.

Awesome location, excellent staff. The breakfast was fantastic. Bed was a bit too firm for me. Some of the rooms are being renovated which did not bother us at all. I would definitely stay here again. I felt it was good value for money. Very handy to the supermarket, shops and restaurants.

Amazing hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff especially the lovely lady who welcomed us on arrival (sorry I forgot her name) and Inus the hotel manager. My husband and I were delighted when we got a surprise upgrade to the executive suite. Loved the free continental breakfast and barista coffee. We highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here the first weekend of December 2020. Pet friendly is an understatement, our fur-baby had 5 star treatment. They accommodated our fur-baby with a bed, dog food, bowls and toys. You can take a quick walk around the block for your fur-baby which was so convenient. The venue is perfectly located to all the main stores, supermarkets and restaurants (within walking distance). Yummy breakfast, easy access to shared Spa & out door pool. Thank you for accommodating our fur-baby one of the best hotels i’ve been to that actually considers all your pet needs. We will definitely be back and I have already recommended you to other pet lovers. See you again soon.

Its ok. Pool was amazing for the kiddies and our greeting was great, well informed with what the hotel had to offer and alot of information on what attractions were around. buuuut the Rooms were small for the price. Not much parking. The atmosphere Felt odd and tense, internet didn't work and some light fixtures didn't work.

We travelled from the Wairarapa. 4pm still hadnt found anywhere to stay as alot of places advertised pet friendly but when we called they said no!? Called Jet Park they said come see us right now. As we drove in the main sign said Pet Friendly!! They took us straight to a room which was perfect. Offered us a dogbed and dogfood! Spa was great can see the stars. Pool was quite colddd but not ice cold lol. Breakfast included. 10 out of 10 service from reception. Thank you so mucj we will be back! Close to town and food and supermarket!

Husband booked room for Fri & Sat as was attending a conference. Was told could he have the room for Fri but to be out of that particular room as not avail Sat but could have a suite for Sat instead. So, packed up gear put in car, then on Sat went back to check in again and was given the same room he was told to vacate! We were trying to get ready to attend the Sat night dinner, the room had no towels - husband was in the shower and asked me to get them, I was ironing his shirt with an iron that was leaking water badly - yes, it was on the correct setting for that particular shirt - I had to iron it twice and time was running out. I quickly went to phone for the towels, the hotel room phone was not plugged in and charged up, it was totally flat, so, causing further delay, I had to look up on my mobile phone the website for the phone number to make the call to ask for towels. A lot of inconvenience. Thankfully, the towels came up immediately. After all this, I phoned the Manager - not to complain, but to give him the 'heads up' insight on all this, and he was very nice and said he would look into the matter and asked if I'd like to be phoned back with the outcome, to which I replied 'yes'. So now I'm waiting.... UPDATE: As far as my memory goes, I don’t think they ever did phone back! Wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent location as close to shopping mall where there is a wide variety of shops. Staff very friendly. Great room service. Clean & tidy pool/spa. Rooms very clean with modern bathroom. Will happily stay here again.

Excellent staff. Rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast is good and there are cozy places to sit with books in the common areas. Swimming pool is small but children can enjoy. It's cycle friendly which means they allow parking.

Really amazing customer service. We received great service from the moment we called up, to the moment we left. They were happy to make changes to accomodate our needs. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Also, handy location and tidy facility. Would highly recommend and will definitely return here next time we are in Rotorua.

Stayed here one night this week. The room itself (upgraded to an apartment) was OK. It seems a little on the older side which is partially due to the amount of sulfur in the air in Rotorua. I'd put the room itself somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Where this place exceeded was the staff. The front desk was very nice. We had a very good breakfast and were able to get a late check-out. Everything is walking distance from here which makes night time enjoyable. About a 12 minute walk to Eat Street.

I was very pleased with our stay at Jet Park Rotorua. The staff were excellent at helping us with our needs, and giving recommendations for local activities. The rooms were clean and cozy, but the walls were a little thin so you could occasionally hear guests in adjacent rooms. This wasn't a problem for us though: we had respectful neighbors. Breakfast is 18NZD or about 12USD per person which is a little high but no more than you would expect eating in town, and the spread was quite nice. The location was wonderful- it was easy to walk to and from the city center, and drive to activities a bit further away as parking was always available when we returned. 4.5 Stars!

Excellent facility. Room was wonderful, clean and the bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The in-house cafe served excellent meals and the room service cannot be faulted. My thanks to the staff for their service during my five day stay.

1) No (NONE AT ALL) clothing handle, hook or rack of ANY SORT in Bathroom / Shower (been told that since it's new so ain't there!!!); 2) There wasn't ANY towel in room on arrival (was quickly given once asked for and Catherine confirmed the absence of towels); 3) Light on top of Coffee / Tea making place doesn't work; 4) Was greeted with a Non Working Toaster in Breakfast (when requested replacement; was told that was working yesterday! SO? and was subsequently replaced); 5) Cheese Board gets topped up really slowly in Breakfast; 6) Mouldy sort of marks inside room. Should be rated "1 or 2"; BUT ""STAFF SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING"". THEY ARE SUPERB. With possible limited resources; does their level best. Hence the rating is "3".

Nice clean tidy place to stay. Very kid friendly, with pool, spa, play area, computer and continental breakfast included. Very reasonably priced and staff very friendly.

2 adults 2 kids reasonably affordable. Didn't stay long enough to use pool or kids areas. Clean and reasonably modern. Comfortable beds with pillow menu. Service was ok. Not amazing. Breakfast was included and was high quality. Would consider staying again and can recommend.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the a/c was working well. Wifi gets brutally switched off at 10am check out time! Breakfast was basic. A block away from a mall, for those who like shopping. A short walk to a "food street". On the day we were there, a street market was enjoyed by all.

A lovely well-kept hotel. Swimming pool was heated and the kids loved it. Wish the pool area had a changing room as it was necessary to wander back through to the second floor to our room to get changed again. Car parking is very cramped but ample. Rooms were lovely.

Well located. Nice big parking lot for the car. Staff was friendly and effective. Bedroom was good, although the shower was old style the room was spacious and well equiped. Breakfast was very good and have a variety of options.

Great value option for Rotorua This hotel is in a great location just on the edge of town and an easy 5-10 minute walk into the centre. Our standard room with 2 double beds was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom although a little worn was spacious. We had tea/coffee making facilities, reverse cycle air conditioning, fast WiFi and satellite TV and the continental breakfast was excellent. The shower pressure was a little low and the beds were on wheels which meant that they moved around every time you got in or got out of them. This is a great value option for Rotorua!

Service is great, staff are friendly. While some facilities are lack of maintenance. Outdoor playground for kids are full of rubbish and spider net. Outdoor pool just in front of the entrance so many people can walk pass and see so I concern about the privacy. Finally the bath in the room do need improved.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff, especially with our two dogs rooms were so clean and comfortable even beds bowls towels and blankets for Maggie and Louie 🐾🐾. It was such a treat to stay in a new pet friendly motel. Thanks Jet Park.

We booked a family room which appears to have been an old room plus ensuite kitchen with a sleeper couch and extra bed in the kitchen. Furniture and wall paintings a bit old. Location is good. Service was very good. I do recommend sugar bowls for the cereal instead of sachet's. Lots of choice for a continental breakfast.

The breakfast was the highlight. It was very yummy and the included coffee was great! The room was comfortable and spacious. The in-room spa bath was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was nicely presented and had all the facilities I needed. It wasn't quite as close into town as I thought when I booked it but it was ok and close to supermarkets which was quite helpful. The outdoor hottub was covered up and closed off the whole time I was there which made it fell inaccessible.

Good location in Rotorua. The hotel it self was very clean and tidy. FREE to walk amongst the monsters sharing some big hugs. The breakfast was more than sufficient for a continental. Staff are pleasant enough though rtecent experiences indicate some further training might be advantageous. We were very happy upon departure.

The accommodation is ok, a little aged and rough around the edges but good. The free breakfast is great, David who looks after the breakfasts is amazing, he goes way above and beyond. Jet Park needs to look after David, he creates this great breakfast atmosphere.

Very close to restaurants and cafes . A new hotel with comfortable beds . Had a small library so it was relaxing to catch up with some reading. The best part was the breakfast which was included in the hotel stay unlike other hotels in New Zealand. In all enjoyed my stay . Would surely visit again . The staff was really friendly and felt at home .

Nice hotel, with big rooms. Good price. The hotel restaurant unfortunately didn’t have our meal choice and drink choice available, but what we ordered instead was nice. The continental breakfast was basic, but nice.

Pros: Clean, sizeable, well-appointed room. Efficient, friendly staff. Cons: No bus parking for groups. Breakfast is great for kids and anyone not on a lowcarb lifestyle, but if you want eggs, bacon, or anything hot you'll have to pay an extra $18-$20.

We stayed for a couple of nights in this great hotel, room right opposite spa & pool both heated. We had the most pleasurable stay 5+ star with friendly customer service..bent over backwards for us. Would definitely return & recommend Jet park Rotorua.. Breakfast is terrific too!!!! Nice work Jet park👍

Nice clean rooms which included breakfast that was a bonus. However cleaning staff left dirty spoons. The receptionist advised us that room was not ready on arrival when it should have been but never offered late check out or some compensation without us showing that it was not acceptable.

We recently stayed at Jet Park Hotel and were pleasantly surprised. It was a great place to stay - the beds were super comfortable, the wifi was strong and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend it.

Wow. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and motels and I've eaten at a lot of breakfast buffets but the one at Jet Park takes the cake. Best one by far. Everything you could ask for in a brekkie buffet plus more! And it was all included in the room price! Also the rooms are very nice with some of the most comfortable beds around and they even give you a selection of pillows from their "Pillow Menu". Very quiet rooms. I will definitely be coming back to stay when I'm in Rotorua 😍

We booked one of the pet friendly dog rooms and couldn’t be happier with our stay, not many pet friendly places unfortunately but this hotel was great, clean and comfortable room and bathroom and the spa was a bonus, nice staff also.

I have been to Rotorua many times, and this is the best hotel I have ever stay. Their room is newly refurbished, toilet is super clean, the room is very modern. Their service is well beyond expectation. The price is well cheaper than the others, I will definitely stay again. You have light up my trip. :D

It was clean and tidy and modern. It was central to everything we were doing. Walking distance for most things l.e shopping center fast food and groceries shopping

We booked a family room for 2 nights. The family room is basically normal room with some toys, while at the corner of the 2nd floor, there are toys available for the kiddo to play. Our kiddo loves the toys available and she loves the bathtub at the room. The room is clean and tidy. But the door is not able to lock inside as keyhole is changed (there is no additional hole for the lock). And there are bed bugs at the rooms bed. My kiddo got bite on her feet at the 1st night, while I shifted her out to another bed and I tried the room bed. Myself got bitten on few location on my feet and waist too. The washing machine was out of order for the 2 days we were there. So, not sure how long it will get fix. The breakfast is great with sufficient items to served. But we were unsure why Asian were being separated from others races as the Asian is to dine at a room beside the main dining area, while others are dine at the main floor area. But, it’s notice that there are slightly more selection (hot food like scramble egg, sausages, hashbrowns, and bacon) at the “Asian” corner or room. The waitress are very friendly and pleasant, they greet everyone with a big smiles and helps with the request quickly. Checkin is smooth when we checked in late at 9pm, the front desk is operating at 24hrs, and there are plenty of carparks onsite which is very convenient too. Counts supermarket is just opposite, and there are plenty of eateries just a few blocks away on Fenton street. We recommend the hotel due to the best CP value provided. But, just hope there is no bed bugs.

Although some areas need a bit of TLC the staff more than made up for it. They were really friendly and Kerry even gave us extra directions to travel to our next destination. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, just hope for better weather next time!

Very neat, efficient staff and amazing Spa and heated pool facilities. They even provided a nice place to wash down your mountain bikes outside too. Would definitely book here again!

Great hotel for a decent price. My only downside is that they don't have a single corkscrew in the entire complex. So be ready with your own or find an alternative method to opening your corked wine. (we pushed it into the bottle)

It's ok, Abit of a delay on getting my room sorted even though we arrived there an hour after our check in time. They need to update their breakfast menu as well as keep their breakfast topped up at all times, instead of waiting to be asked. Service was moderate, compared to the last time we were there. Will look elsewhere next time.

A value for money place,we liked the rooms which were comfortable and clean. Would recommend them to families, a lovely breakfast was included in our rate..and it's handy to lots of amenities.

Children under 16 stay FREE. Hotel room was clean. A few prints on the wall or some fresh flowers would have lightened it up a bit. Any staff we encountered were very friendly. I am saying that I woud recomment this hotel to a friend, but with certain reservations.

Small clean hotel with simple breakfast, friendly staff. Clean small room shower head comes out with very less fine misty water, can't take shower easily. Free parking is available on hotel site. Walking distance to fast food and supermarket.

Thank you so much for our recent visit. Jet Park is situated in a great location. Standard coffee or tea is free of charge and come in a coffeeplunger. Breakfast was nice but orange and ***go fruit juice not labelled and I have a ***go allergy as well as real arachnaphobia.

Im from Indonesia and I love this hotel. The breakfast are real fruit and real juice. The kiwi is very sweet different from jakarta. The hotel is quite big and toilet are clean. The staff are smiling all the time. We borrowed a whole day umbrella. Apples and bananas are provided for free. Just ask them they will give. The chocolate powder taste awesome! Good location is good near the BK, MC Donald, pizza hut, cobbs and co, valentine buffet restaurant.

Stayed here regularly, clean new hotel , great staff , close to town and shop 1 min walk . Beds are very comfy , free wifi . Well worth the great room rate .and the complementary breakfast buffet is delicious

Can’t fault it. Guy at check in (Kerry I think) super nice and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, shower head a little broken in 108 I think it was. But nice place with great staff, would def stay here again.

I was quite concerned after reading the reviews of this hotel before my stay but overall I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is approx 10-15 mins walk from the main restaurant strip in town. I think it would be good for people in a weelchair or eldery. Bathroom fittings old.

Thank you for a great stay... the only thing was a rather busy breakfast period ... had a bit of a wait for tables, crockery, coffee/tea. However the staff were wonderful and attentive.

While I understand that things in Rotorua (known by some locals as "Stinky Vegas") must be hard - the smell, the hard water... We have stayed at other Quality Inn sites and found this to be below the typical quality bar (pun intended) we were expecting. This was the last location for us in New Zealand after a road-trip around the South and North Islands for our honeymoon. The staff upgraded us to room 106 which had a spa, but we found the bathroom to be a bit grimy and and overall the room was a little unkempt. On the other hand, the hotel must have one of the best locations with regards to the town centre, and the staff really were lovely and extremely helpful. Despite the cleanliness issues overshadowing out stay, this place was just fine. Stayed January 2013.

The service was amazing. I felt super spoilt and enjoyed every moment. Staff looked after us extremely well and I will be staying here again in the future and recommending it to anyone and everyone who is looking for somewhere to stay. Good location, very near to local supermarket. There's no toothbrush and you have to ask for it at the front desk. Not so much selection for breakfast but tasty and you have to come early otherwise you miss some of the choices

The ***agement and staff of this establishment went out of their way in an effort to assist us when we recently arrived for an overnight stay. Our room had a wet area bathroom that looked old and dull with little space for our toiletries. The breakfast which was included in the room fee was unorganized and a bit chaotic.

We have stayed other Quality Inns and this hotel/motel is not the usual QI standard that we are used to. We stayed on the ground floor in a "spa" room. The room was dated, the pillows uncomfortable and the blanket was yellow and had coffee stains on it. The whole room felt dirty. The "Spa" bath was not used as was not cleaned properly. Having said that, the airco was quiet and efficient which was essential as opening the windows in this town is not a good idea. The only saving grace for us was the staff who was friendly and accomodating. Stayed January 2013, travelled as a couple

We stayed here for the weekend recently and were suprised how nice it was considering the price was only $89 per night. Staff friendly & very helpful. The staff are ready to answer any questions you may have about experiences in Rotorua and are able to guide you in activities.

Location is awesome, handy to town as well as the sports field we were visiting. Clean facilities, awesome continental breakfast included in room price and super friendly efficient staff! Nice work guys, will be back if we are in Rotorua again :-D

Was a decent hotel with slightly work out amenities. Rooms were above average but slightly dated. For it's price it was a solid 7.5/10

Basic accommodation with basic breakfast. I love the hotel's location which is just right at the city center. The hotel is very near to 2 big supermarkets: countdown and Pak N Save (both are within 5 mins walking distance). If it's your first time in Roturua, do know if you choose to stay at any hotel at the city center, most likely you'll still smell rotten egg (sulfuric smell) in your hotel room. It's normal. So if you're sensitive to smell, you may want to consider staying not at the city center in Rotorua. If you're ok, I do recommend Jet Park hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, plenty parking space available.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, good location, and the continental breakfast was exceptional. Great service at the desk by the older gentleman.

This is actually a quite nice hotel. An actual hotel,not a motel. The staff were excellent with our special requests. Room was clean, tidy, and all applicances were working perfectly.

Staff are very helpful, had a TV that didn't work properly and they fixed it in less than an hour! Pool and Spa are both outdoors.

Highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Rotorua. Staff were very friendly and professional. It's allmost reason enough to spend more time in an allready amazing city. Hotel rooms were clean and serviced regularly and continental breakfast had a generous varity of options.

Good enough value for a couple nights but a little bit light on the sound insulation (could hear cars coming in and out of the parking lot very easily) Good breakfast tho and friendly staff.

Great location. 10mins walk to the Polynesian Spa and Tamakai Maori office. 15minute walk to Eat Streat. Large rooms with nice little touches. Kids corner, small pool, great breakfast. All round good place

The bathrooms need a revamp. Staff were great and breakfast was wicked. Also had vouchers to attractions in the area. Nice touch

Everything was fine with the room. My only feedback was the that interior was quite dated and the breakfast was quite basic. Nothing about the stay stood out, everything was just okay.

Enjoyed staying at this place and complimentary breakfast was very welcomed before the start of the day. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to go to the pool, but it looked very attractive.

My wife and I looked for a good place to stay as a ''visit the relatives' base. The next morning, I brought some bread which I had bought from the grocery store across the street to use the toaster in the breakfast room. Front desk could not do enough to help you.

Clean and the rooms are well set out for a family. Buffet breakfast was an added bonus!

Great location and clean room. The cheesecake shop and fastfood restraunts are 3 minutes walk awah. It is also a short 10 to 15 minutes walk to the duck tour office and night market.
