H.We have stayed at the Manhattan several times. Each time we have been made to feel very welcome. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Thermal pool fine for an evening dip. Handy to all amenities. Good rates and quiet location. We will be back.
F.Great place to stay in rotorua. Quiet and with a hot spa thingy. Don't expect modern looking rooms though, it's quite dated. Mr Park that manages the place also does bookings for activities here and gets 10-20% discounts on some of the attractions. Highly recommended.
S.Management Mr Young was very understanding the day my car broke down & needed to be towed to AA Automated Garage in Rotorua, also being my last day in Rotorua offered me my room until my car was fixed. That took a lot of stress & accommodation concerns away.
What a blessing & kind people are out there, thank you so much
