H.On visiting there I felt the motel lacked storage space for groceries to be stored a small fridge no oven. Compared to some motels . That have pantry and oven
If they look at adding these I'd happily stay there
N.Very friendly staff, attentive without being intrusive. Stayed 2 nights. It was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Only gave 4 stars though because toilet paper wasn't topped up while we were out day 2 and we ended up running out overnight. Not a major but a hassle nonetheless

G.The bathroom needs a redesign, shower door should open from opposite side so you are not having to try and squeeze around the dripping shower door, the floor in the toilet has ants running along it and it is mouldy and water damaged. The toilet room itself , if you are not a super model is not comfortably big enough. The bed was the nicest surprise, I enjoyed 3 rest full nights sleep. Very comfortable. The room itself was very nice. The managers are lovely very pleasant and friendly.
G.While the location was great and the beds were comfortable, the room needs updating. The toilet had rot from water damage around the floor, the shower head was old and didn't work well and you got a bit stuck when opening the shower door as there wasn't a lot of room to move between the bathroom door and shower door. Staff were great and very helpful. A bit of maintenance and it would have kept to the "4 star motel" status.
m.It was a great stay with friendly service by nice people. The Spa was awesome. We will stay there again.
I.Was the cheapest hotel when I Googled accommodation. Would highly recommend staying here. Staff were friendly, check in was quick. Unit was clean and nice decor. Two minute drive to local amenities. Great value for money especially for families.
H.Spacious room, very comfy bed, awesome spa bath in the privacy of your own room. Central location, friendly and helpful reception lady. Fully equipped kitchenette if you like cooking your own meals. We struggled a bit to get the tv going, but why go on a weekend away to watch TV anyway?
Was worth the price paid and a great weekend spent in Rotorua despite the weather
N.Loved the private spa pool and room space. Kids liked it too. Good for our lil family. Only one parking space was allocated to us. Clean, decent and good space. Close to town centre and stores.
M.Welcomed by the owner at reception. Room was O/K. I did have to ask for a few thing to be done, but noe all good.
J.Rooms aren't what they look like on pictures. Spa pool is actually spa bath inside, part of the bathroom, not outside. What we expected was private spa pool in private courtyard. Interior is dated. Kitchen knifes blunt. Lights dull. Bathroom not very clean. Show pressure weak.
Mattress however was nice and firm.
But:
Clean bedding. Extractor fan in bathroom works.
We booked from pictures and were slightly disappointed. Stayed in worse places but its the little things that add up.
O.We booked online- They were very helpful as we needed to check in earlier they had our room cleaned and ready for us.
This is our 2nd stay at Rose Court Motel.
We came back as we really enjoyed our first visit. However the room we had this time had a indoor spa but the room had no working venting which caused steam and condensation on ceiling. Could get oven top working either. Other than that we did have a lovely stay. Next time we will ask for a room with outdoor spa bath. Nevertheless the
Staff are friendly and welcoming.
We would still stay at this Motel.
Affordable and clean units /has own kitchen facilities and tv, iron/board, extra blankets, comfortable and clean beds.and a hairdryer.
D.Friendly staff. We arrived quite late and staff was very welcoming. Comfortable, clean and tidy.
D.Great friendly service and helpful when having issues with stove top. Problem solved really quickly. Offered help if we ever needed it.
G.The Rose Court place is a basic motel in Rotarua. You pay for what you get with this Motel. It offers all basic facilities including a bed and bathroom, but also includes a small kitchen and access to a large bath/hot tub in the bathroom area. The service on arrival was great and very helpful.
The rooms are clean and well kept. They also have access for a TV, the beds are comfortable and they even offer a electric blanket as the rooms can get quite cool due to the low insulation in the apartments. The room also offers free Wifi to guests.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a lavish stay, this is a place as its for covering the basics for a place to stay in Rotarua.
W.Easy to find and good location. Road traffic noise a bit loud if you're not use to it but it didn't affect me. Nice neat and tidy room with great spa. A must do. Could not fault this venue. Friendly check in with no hassles.
A.My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. The manager and his wife went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay, and even ran us to a restaurant one night when we didn't want to drive. The room was was very well maintained and serviced everyday.
I couldn't fault this motel, it will definitely be my first chose of accommodation the next time I'm in Rotorua.

The nicest managers ever, Gary and Sheila, treated me like a family. That's the only place I will stay while in Rotorua. Smell the roses :)

M.Tidy motel in central Rotorua. Some loud noises during the night but essentially that's expected in Rotorua with all of the geothermal activity there. Loved the hot pool in the room!
