P.Stayed for a night, last minute booking for us. Really really nice place. Very clean and modern. Owners were awesome hosts. Location is awesome too. Highly recommend
C.Was an amazing place to stay. The room was huge with a lovely little patio area. Couldn't hear anyone else in the house except when they checked out (our room was close to the door). The gentleman who runs it was very friendly and helpful. Had the heatpump going just before we were due to arrive so it was warm and cozy when we got there. Only thing I didn't like was the shower head keep turning 🤣 but the water pressure was fantastic and even had massage setting.
D.After a rocky start to a 4 night stay in Rotorua by ending up at an awful hotel, we had to quickly book somewhere for the remainder of our trip. What a blessing to discover this lovely B&B and at such a great price. The room we stayed in had been refurbished and was very clean and tidy. Great little breakfast included, which was a lovely way to start each morning and Trevor was a great host. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Rotorua. Thanks Trevor and Rose!

D.Lovely quiet, upmarket, residential area of Rotorua. Rosemary was so welcoming and helpful that we immediately felt at home. Huge room, spotlessly clean, armchairs plus table and chairs ideal for relaxing or having a meal. Would definitely stay here again.
J.We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our 5-week tour of New Zealand. There is so much to do in and near Rotorua: many lakes, sulphur pools, walks and restaurants and to come home to such a fabulous place, sparkly clean and welcoming with a great breakfast. Highly recommended. Excellent hosts.

J.Nice large rooms and very clean. Also a good bathroom and everything provided for a nice breakfast in the room with tasty fruit. Very wellcoming hosts who provided helpful information. A bit farther from the centre than other accomodations, but the 5 minutes drive pays off for a good rest. Recommended.
