t.We only booked one night, wish we booked two! Didn't want to leave. Rooms were warm & very tidy. Had our own private spa in the outdoor court yard. Heated pool was nice. Amazing stay!
T.Booked for one night and didn't want to leave! so we asked if we could stay again (last min) and the wonderful staff at reception worked their magic did a lil shuffling around so we could stay in our same room (which has its own outdoor spa) and to our delight booked us in for another night and gave it to us at a cheaper rate 😊
Awesome service,friendly staff, beautiful rooms,awesome facilities we honestly could not fault this place. Will definitely be back!!

Our stay here was the best! The staff are so amazing and helpful. We arrived 4 hours earlier than check-in time (my mistake) and the lovely reception lady got our room cleaned and ready for us in 2 hours so we didn't have to wait the whole 4 hours 😊 Our room was very clean and tidy, the beds were so comfy & the bathroom is quite spacious and flashy 😍 Our room had everything we needed & more! Definitely our go to from now on. Love this place
L.Such a pleasure to stay here and honestly, probably the cleanest accommodation I have stayed in for such a long time being a frequent traveller. Judith is amazing; not only did she ensure I had an awesome room but she made sure it was all ready for me when I arrived. It was hard to find accomodation at such short notice and I am so thankful I got a room from here as I never would've known how amazing this place is. I will definitely come back here without a question. Thank you Judith you're a gem 😊
W.Greeted by the loveliest Lady Judy at the front desk, who was so helpful. Room was amazing and so modern. Had everything you needed. Location was close to shops and the Luge. Spa was in perfect condition and looked better in real life then in the pictures. Colin was so friendly and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful place 💙

D.Super clean, up to date interior, awesome pool, but what makes it stand out for me is the amazing staff. We checked in and saw the owner the next day and they addressed us by name which was impressive.

S.We came here after being extremely disappointed with the first accommodation we booked. We were allowed to see the room and other facilities before booking and I can not recommend this place and the staff /management enough!! Everyone was extremely friendly, the apartment is beautiful, clean and practical. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is bright and modern and the outside spa is lovely. There's also a small gym (small treadmill, workout station and exercise bike), a pool and a cafe (which wasn't open during our stay). There's always someone at the reception and everyone was helpful with any inquiry we had. We even extended our stay. The bed is comfortable, the AC works well and you're well situated to do a lot of activities. We loved staying here! :)
l.What a wonderful place !!! We stumbled upon this motor Inn while travelling around. We are from Australia and had no idea where to stay..
To be honest I am really fussy. I totally love this motel. So much so we came back a few days later for another stay. We took the spa room. So worthwhile!!!! Michelle was so friendly and gave us tips on what to see and do. She was super friendly and so much help.
I have never stayed in such a nice motel.

C.After a minor mishap, front desk were very welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Free wifi, sky tv and the spa pool was awesome. Close to our activities and reasonably priced.
S.Stayed two nights and was very surprised at the very high level of cleanliness and comfort. The rooms are immaculate and ours had an outdoor spa which the kids loved. We also enjoyed the 30° pool and complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Our room had mysky a small kitchenette and small dining table. The motel is conveniently located opposite a service station and is within a 2 minute walk of countdown, and a number of fast food restaurants. Can't recommend enough... A+++
E.Modern motel on one of the main roads out of town. Large modern and clean rooms. It get quite hot in the rooms during the day as the sun burns the whole day on the windows. We closed the curtains. The allotted parking space for the car is far too narrow and congested. We had to park on the road. We had a room in the first floor; but there are no lifts.

R.The place was just as advertised and was a lovely stay. The service was a bit late as we expected the cleaner t0 visit everyday when they didnt. But after we went to the front desk, they appologiesd and came to clean our room right away. From then forth the service was pretty good.
The location is good and close by to many great cafes and restaurants. Also gives you many discounts and ideas for what to do during your stay. Also is easily within walking distance from the skyline luge. Great place to come for your holiday stay. Would come back again.
R.Highly recommend staying here if you are ever visiting rotorua. Immaculate rooms, comfortable beds and excellent service. Took us in last minute late at night due to our previous accommodation not having any hot water. And a spa pool to top it off.

O.Arrived not long after 2pm, my wife checked us in took all of 2 min the lady at reception came out and offered to take our bags upstairs in the rain to which we refused but appreciated the gesture all the same. Room was an upstairs one bedroom with a pullout for our daughter, the place was spotless, everything was like new nothing to fault and the Wi-Fi is excellent quality and speed never dropped out at any time. Priced well for the style position and quality, do yourself a big favour and drop in for a night or two you won't be disappointed let me assure you.

-.All aspects of our stay here were top notch. We both had to stay overnight in Rotorua because we would not be able to drive home after our appointments at the Rotorua Eye Clinic. The Clinic is within easy walking distance of the Inn, which made it the obvious place to stay. Michelle took great care of us and made sure we had a downstairs studio suite, and was ready to rescue us from the Clinic if it had proved necessary. She went out of her way for us and we couldn't recommend this Motor Inn more highly, partly because of the quality of the accommodation, but largely because of Michelle's hosting qualities. Thank you from both of us!
B.Brand new motel with very comfy bed and spa pool on the back door. This Rotorua flagship motor inn in my opinion. The price is a bit on the north end, but you get what you pay for. All and all very lovely stayed and would love to come back.
