A. B.We had an awesome few days stay at Rotorua Motel. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool and spa was used daily and very much enjoyed by my kids
The owners were very accommodating and friendly.
The Motel is walking distance to all shops and hesps of choice for eating places all around. Would definitely come stay again

Our room also has a private spa. We had a full kitchen with the oven, microwave, and utensils. There are comfortable seats in the rooms we stayed, water heaters and electric fans.
Close to supermarkets, warehouse, Kmart, and eating places. We will come back here.
R. A.This budget hotel offered excellent value for money. Our room was warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a couple of nights' stay. The staff were very accommodating, and the beautiful swimming pool was a real highlight for my kids.
W. B.This is an awesome little getaway not too far from the town center. Walking distance to the local shopping malll and restaurants, not much further to the town center. Relax in the spa or a cooler swim in the heated pool after a day of sightseeing.

M. R.Pleasant motel, comfy bed and great hot tub. The rooms need a maintenance check. Lots of loose fittings and fixtures, things falling off etc. Recommend spending some time tidying and fixing up the rooms
J. W.Not as bad as some reviews make it out to be. The host was very friendly & accommodating. The rooms my family and I were in, were clean & tidy. The spa was nice too, especially during these cooler winter nights. The only little downside was the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils & cutlery - these need to be checked by staff and cleaned more thoroughly before the next guests check-in. Overall, it was a nice comfortable stay 😊
D.We stayed here for 5 nights. I would say I feel it has more potential. It does have everything needed, basic kitchen facilities. However it’s quite basic. Cleanliness is lacking. Mould in obvious places in bathroom, dishes needed to be checked from previous cm. They did have staff who did regular service but would always miss a lot of messy places.
The host was nice. But definitely think it has more potential, staff needs to check that the place is thoroughly cleaned before next guest arrive.
T. M. T. B. (. T. B.Stayed here a few times. Decent enough place for an overnighter and close to CBD. Cost is relatively cheap overall. Facilities are good. WiFi is patchy in some areas of the motel. Carpark is tight so either have a smaller vehicle or avoid larger Utes and SUV types.
b. r.Manager Service:||||Good, very polite and apologetic but not good enough if they're not doing anything about the issues within the motel.||||Internet: ||||Terrible!!! 3 routers but only 1 is working and disconnecting every 10 mins and terribly slow. its 2022 upgrade your system.||||Cleanliness:||||POOR, they don't change the linen and from day 1 the floor is gross and dirty and never attempt to vacuum for my 4 day stay.||||Location: GREAT.||||Facility:||||Very thin wall, god knows what was my neighbors are doing but I can definitely hear everything, unable to sleep properly.||||OVERALL: FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, EVERYTHING IS BELOW STANDARD.
M. W.This motel is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Excellent heating and modern appliances. Lovely comfy beds and great decor throughout. Very helpful staff. Has an excellent heated spa available to guests. Well located and easy walk to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend for a Rotorua stay.
f. K.Easy contactless check in ! Room very clean and warm albeit tired/not like any images online. Comfy bed. Paid for two nights but left after one due to other guest domestics/screaming inappropriately at each other for 3 + hours during the night and continuing on after guest arriving back next afternoon.
F. M.We had a double room with a kitchenette that included a fridge, microwave, basic cutlery, knives, electric stovetop, and kettle. It's nothing too fancy but it had everything we needed to make basic meals. The location is close to groceries, liquor store, and the downtown area and attractions. Room was a good size and we used the heated pool and hot tub. Parking is available at the back of the property and we did not an issue with noise during our 2 night stay.
D. R.Have stayed at the Rotorua Motel several times and have always found it good value. My unit has always been clean and with everything I needed. Water pressure in shower is fabulous. A real delight. Very handy to town and a Countdown supermarket.

R.I booked the Executive Superior Tub Suite and to be honest I’m glad I did because if the standard of the room was superior I’d hate to think what other rooms are like. ||The place was clean, but the reception was left unmanned both for my arrival and departure. Staff I did see were friendly.||The bed needs replacing and the room cost was out of step with what you can get elsewhere.
T. H.Great hospitality!!! Wifi a bit dodgy was going in and out when I stayed. I found the beds really comfy!!! Had a family room and the facilities were good. Pool and spa small but nice... tucked away as well which I quite liked.
S.Good place for a sleep over. Kitchen ok for cooking although kitchen floor was an old sticky plastic carpet. Best rooms on the second floor with outdoor chairs and table on the balcony. Easy to parc the car and the location great, close to many things.

s. A.We stayed for one night.its an ok place has all the basics and a pool(heated) but for the value for money factor is lacking. Place is ancient and not super modern. The family studio is very small. It was clean
M. A. J.Got a four-person one-bedroom for the three of us. Kitchen was well-stocked, even including real milk with our coffees. The water was hot, as it’s heated by the nearby hot springs, and it was cool seeing steam come out of a tall pipe in the parking lot. Only downside was that while we were able to connect to the WiFi network, we weren’t able to use the Internet at night, as it seemed there was something wrong with the router. (Our devices recommended resetting the router, but at 10pm, this wasn’t really something we could do...) WiFi was working just fine in the morning, though.

The accommodation was one of the very best I've ever stayed at in Rotorua. I totally recommend this motel to anyone wanting to stay excellent facilities

If I would go back to Kaikoura I would definitely want to go back here!
