E.Rooms were lovely and clean. Staff so friendly, The Shower quality in any stay location is always what lets a location down, most have a trickling lukewarm faucet but our shower was amazing. heaps of pressure and hot. Stainless steel in the sink and shower was well polished and clean. Double Bed - So So.. we could survive on it. I see others described the decor as Dated - but it wasn't in disrepair or messy. For this price bracket I'd rate it as top notch - Even into the lower end of a higher price bracket.
Easy Walking distance to the shopping mall, supermarket, fast food.
Only downside - Fight for parking, but that's a given anywhere.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very tight. Room was very tidy but very musty smelling could have done with a good airing and dusting could have been a bit better. If you like cats (which I do)this is the place to be as there are plenty of them but I will say they do not climb over the vehicles and are very stand offish and are well looked after. I would stay again as pricing is reasonable for what you get🙂🙂

M.Excellent place to stay with you pet, and wow the host are very clean, and the spa was relaxing.. not over priced, nothing fancy but really close to everything. And all the pets Mr guss and I met looked really relaxed and chilled. And the host are really friendly and helpful, if you are bring children id suggest requesting one of the back rooms.. swimming pool is only open in the summer.. Well hope this helps all you pet traveling families.

R.Staff were welcoming and polite on arrival. Room was extremely neat and clean, with the little things - like heater being turned on before arrival and a small jug of milk - taken care of. Parking was a little tight though. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area.
B.The hotel is conveniently located close to shops. It has all the basic amenities and is clean and presentable. No air-conditioning so may get a little warm in summer but the rooms are large and shaded from light, so stay relatively cool during the night. Best of all, the hosts are warm, welcoming and super friendly. Would stay again.
R.This place is situated across the Rotorua central mall which is quite accessible for the tourists. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a 32inches lcd, wifi, desktop computer, round table, and a small kitchen area. The bathrooms are well maintained. The best part is the tremendous balcony view from the second floor. The swimming pool services are only available in December and January.
J.Tidy good central and quiet location. Spa old filthy and un maintained. No air con. Hot cinder block construction. Beds average.
F.Pet friendly, clean, had everything you want and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. The couple in the reception was very friendly and accommodating.
