H.Twin Lake Villas is a quiet, secluded place perfect for the family, away from the bustling city (just 12-15mins). I stayed here with my family of 5 and we loved it.
The unit was very cozy, had an AC and was spot clean it definitely gives you a fresh feel. Host Sheree is an amazing person, she helped us feel right at home, making us feel welcome.
The resort features a tennis court, hot tub and pool perfect for making splashes with the kids or just relaxing in the evenings after a long day. The restaurant also has a variety of delicious choices, and a selection of beverages.
As I mentioned before my family and I LOVED it, we will definitely be booking with Twin Lake again.
L.The villa we rented was really clean and in a great location facing the lake. The host was really gracious and always available for what we needed. The place was well stocked with extra pillows and blankets, kitchenware, and fans in every room. The only thing that was disappointing was that the geothermally heated spa on the resort grounds wasn't warm by evening, though this isn't in the control of the Twin Lake Villa managers.
W.This vacation house is very quiet and tidy, the host Sheree is very friendly and sincere, she can provide all our needs. It's really a good place for a holiday.
E.Came with the family. Blown away. Villas are so nice, very unique. Loved the wrap around board walk. Beautiful view of the lake and has canals for paddle boarding etc. Beds were super comfortable, and everything was clean. Loved the amenities they provided. Very generous with the hot drink sachets and milk. Great value for money as it feels very international. Information package is super handy & town is close by. Sheree is very helpful with local info but she did make some off colour remarks about Maori & local iwi which made me uncomfortable. Hope she doesn't make others feel unwelcome.
C.Our 20pax group enjoyed 2 nights staying here in Dec 2017. The owner is very friendly and kind. We were impressed when she voluntarily provided the Kayak free of charge and guided our children how to use. This place is one of our best choice for accomnodation in our NZ road trip. :-) Will surely book this Villas again if we come back to NZ.
M.Very nice place for a family with decent size rooms and good view. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and if you need anything, they can reply back very quickly.
The location is not that far from the city and there is an huge entertaining center, like 15 minutes away.
The prices are reasonable for that size of a room and it's very safe.
The only drawback I can say was the WiFi internet connection. The internet was not working both times we went there but that doesn't stop us going back again. You can get unlimited data from Spark and it's solved.
E.Loved it! Very friendly staff. Great size apartment with nice canal views. Pool and tennis court were very nice with great shaded areas over the pool
a.A little gem of rotorua, nestled between the beautiful Lake Rotorua and Lake Rotoiti. The surrounding view was awesome and amazing! Love every bits of the villa..will definitely come again. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a peaceful and scenic view!

T.这个酒店怎么说呢……里市区、温泉什么的都比较远，相当于闹市在湖的一侧，这个酒店在湖的另一侧，进城要绕着湖开半圈。而且严格来说不能算个酒店，水边排屋，一个小老板自己拿了几套房，放在网上做民宿，没有前台什么的，我是直接到老板的房间去拿钥匙。不论如何吧，房间还是不错的，楼下是起居室和厨房，楼上是2间卧室，比较干净整洁，基本的住宿需求能满足。老板是个女的，挺热情的，一直叫他儿子拿这个拿那个，儿子也挺顺从的，一直在帮忙。老板不停地介绍着设施，介绍着当地。退房时也是往车上搬行李时开间老板在门口跟别的房客或者朋友在聊天，直接把钥匙交给她，就走了。
A.(Translated) Visit in February 2019, unfortunately only one night, not easy to find, as there is a larger Ramada resort on the site with identical houses, check-in after a phone call with the owner in the house, great encounter with an interesting personal conversation , House perfectly equipped, very comfortable and clean
Conclusion: absolute recommendation, but you should spend several days there and enjoy the comfort and the area

Besuch im Februar 2019, leider nur eine Übernachtung, nicht ganz leicht zu finden, da es auf dem Gelände mit identischen Häusern auch ein größeres Ramada-Resort gibt, Check-in nach Telefonat mit der Besitzerin direkt im Haus, tolle Begegnung mit interessantem persönlichen Gespräch, Haus perfekt ausgestattet, sehr komfortabel und sauber
Fazit: absolute Empfehlung, man sollte aber mehrere Tage dort verbringen und den Komfort und die Gegend genießen
