B.Kasia and Shane went above and beyond when we stayed at Victoria Lodge. They made our visit that more enjoyable and accessible. Very friendly people. Definitely recommend staying at Victoria Lodge. The rooms were lovely and clean we had our own living room. I'd stay here again.
B.Carpet, bathroom fixtures & fitting very dated, plug needs replacing. Old & tired, carpet should be replaced, stained and underfelt worn flat. Loved outside spa, quaint , slept soundly. Hostess very ameniable.
K.We loved this place! 2 bedroom unit with quaint downstairs was exactly what we needed for our little family! The manager was a lovely woman who went the extra mile for us with helping with our laundry and fixing the lights when they weren’t working. The car park was a little tight for our large car- but there was plenty of nearby on free parking. Really close to shops and ammenities. Would recommend!
S.Great hot spa in each room using local hot springs water. Best at night. Room very average/dated. - dark, tiny bed not a lot of room to move around in. Was clean. Fine for a one to 2 night stay. Host was great.
A.Great location and a very enjoyable stay. The hosts went the extra mile to make sure everything was ok. Room had been redecorated and was really nice. We were also able to relax in our lovely private thermal pool.

P.Pleasant small motel, clean and well kept with bonus of thermal baths in each room. Probably one of the older hotels in the area so no air conditioning but there was a room fan. Receptionist was friendly and extremely helpful. Easy walk to town centre and eating places (Eat Street). Good price compared to other big hotels.
Y.Well situated, with all the expected amenities for a comfortable stay. The (very hot) spring water spa bath in our rooms were an enjoyable bonus. Great service but irritated with reception for suggesting a Maori Village experience option as cheaper than the other (NZ$93/95) only to be charged NS$119 when we arrived at the venue.
A.This place is awesome!!! The owner went out of her way to make our stay great, accompanying our dog and storage for our bikes. Epic private hot pools inside the room was a huge bonus. Super clean and nice decor for the low price range. Partner and I have stayed in loads of places and this exceeded our expectations (even he commented on how great it was). Will 100% be back.

T.Good location. Near grocery stores and plenty of fast food just by 5.minutes walking.
Facility bit old and need some maintenance. Make sure to close all the windows and doors before sunset as there will be lot of bugs attracted by lighting in the room.
Overall all no complaint on the location.
A.Great location and friendly efficient staff. Our unit was on 2 levels with 2 bedrooms which was good for our family (2 young ones). However, the unit was "cosy" to put it generously. Cramped is another way of putting it. It's was a bit tired as well. Clean though which was good. The property has no real other amenities other than a guest laundry. The free WiFi was inconistant and not secured.
If location is most important to you then this might be a good option. Otherwise you might want to look further out for better value.
A.Both the twin rooms we booked came with own bathroom, coffee/tea making facilities, minifridge, toaster, microwave, Sky TV as well as a private outdoor thermal spa pool. Fans were provided to cope with the summer heat however AC would be better as the rooms were still warm and stuffy with doors shut. We weren't able to get an apartment unit so the friendly staff very kindly placed the family in rooms next to each other. Rooms were clean and tidy, serviced daily. Conveniently located near supermarkets and shopping centre. On site carparking available though the driveway is very narrow.
D.The room is lovely, comfortable and clean. The 'hot tub' is a strange concrete courtyard that you half fill with hot water, hilarious and quirky at the same time. Parking by the front door. Would recommend, excellent placement for city centre.
T.It's good for ones needing their own space things could be a bit better there but all in all my girl liked it
c.This place is located in the centre of everything. It is good value for money and the people at the reception is very accommodating and helpful. The room is not that best but everything you need is there, heater, TV etc. I have nothing to complain. Car parking next to our door. all good. I recommend this place to everyone visiting in rotorua..

s.We stayed there last year and we loved it. Everything was clean and tidy. For me I felt like home :) I loved the set up and the orange colors. Very close to town. I loved it and would go back any day.
J.Stayed there for new years eve. The apartment was nice looking but for 7 booked people very cosy. The kitchen was also to small to work in there together. But it was in walking distance to the city center and right next to a shopping mall witch includes ATMs, countdown and warehouse. So overall it was not bad but by far not enough for the price.
A.A great little motel near the heart of Rotarua. The hot natural spa was a nice surprise and to us was a unique experience. The rooms were a good size and were also well equipped with a good selection of channels on the TV.
M.Great staff but the rooms can be dodgy. They have everything you need but don't expect bleached sheets or the bells and whistles. The spa needs a rinse out by yourself which isn't hard to do but could be prevented if they just cleaned the eaves trough haha. Also if you have trouble with finding the right water temperature in any of the taps, turn it off first. Set it to the spot you want it(around the middle), wait 2 minutes and turn it back on. Don't move the tap! It runs on geothermal heating and is hard to get back to the right temperature once you pump the heat. Otherwise it was really close to everything we needed. Didn't drive once during our stay👌🏻
D.Very comfortable compact studio rooms, personal spa pools outside are wonderful (though not so easy for short gals like myself to climb in/out of... a plastic stool might have been handy).
G.The property is fantastic, Quality fittings, lovely staff. Absolute 5 Star. The Best is hotel I have stayed in Rotorua, New Zealand. It appears to be newly done-up, and it feels good. They have private SPAS, very relaxing

L.Booked this place on or way back fm taking in the Maori village and other sights. Good facilities. Served our purpose. Its close to many varied food outlets/eateries.
J.Great facilities, free wifi, excellent pricing and pet friendly. Close to Rotoruas main mall and less than 2 minutes from Polynesian Spa and geothermal fields.
N.Beds were nice - the spa the oddest thing I've seen with access by climbing out the window 😂
D.Pretty nice place, quite simple with comfy beds. Only problem is the parking and drive is quite tight. So problem is some cars wont fit.

Das Motel ist soweit in Ordnung. Sauber, gutes WLAN, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Geschirr sind vorhanden. Dusche ist so naja. Der Raum ist sehr eng und vollgestellt. Supermarkt ist fussläufig. Wir würden es nicht noch einmal buchen.

Prisvärt boende centralt i Rotorua. Slitage kan ses(eluttag, soffor, väggar). Ingen luftkonditionering. Bra wifi. Något låg vattentryck i badrummet och lite svårt att justera vattentemperatur. Ett stort badkar med lite plats för toastolen. Städning var nästan perfekt.
