E.Was greeted by a lovely, welcoming reception with her adorable dog. Rooms were lovely, she moved us to a better, newer room with more beds and a better kitchen! Beds were very comfy, bathroom had heated lights. Check in and check out care free, desirable location from city centre. Wasn't noisy, was a great stay! Recommend! :D

E.Nice little place. Very clean and tidy and really good value for money. Shower pressure in the unit was pretty good (despite ready a previous review) the only thing I noticed was thinner curtains that could have done with a few extra cm to ensure they stretched completely across sliding doors/windows). The rooms inside are quite modern even though there is a touch of retro in the kitchen we stayed in. Certainly very functional. The hosts are helpful and I would definately stay here again.
L.Great location for visiting Taranaki, the motel was very clean, comfortable with a full kitchen which I loved as you can cook your own meals. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and also stay again.
T.After a day of trying to find a hotel in Plymouth we were running out of options before dark so went to Stratford. We were greeted by the nicest lady in all of of New Zealand who presented our room which had accommodations that more expensive hotels didn’t like our own oven, fridge, and even a living room. Plus the price was highly reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
N.It was nice, they got us extra beds, the shower was nice, they called when we left things behind. Thanks : )

R.Clean well laid out, owner is lovely. Wi-Fi was quick ish $130.00 NSD for a family room with a fridge oven cooker etc.
M.Very clean and tidy, 600 meters to The Grouper takeaways. Good place to crash after doing the forgotten highway !

D.Stopped on the way to Kaikoura from Reefton. Has all the essentials and is on a strategic road, but would benefit from some facility upgrades.
