H.We've had a great time. Our lovely host Rosanne is very helpful in suggestions for places to go and things to do in the area.
The rooms are cozy and it's lovely having a lounge/TV/ dining room to hang out in.
I have recommended this place to some friends to come who liked the look of the photos I sent them of the beautiful stain glass windows in the lounge.
I am so impressed with the location too, not too far to drive to Hawea -South. And not far to New Plymouth to the north.
We will come and stay again.

R.The Stratford Heritage Lodge is a peaceful, comfortable, home away from home. I enjoyed my stay over Queen's Birthday weekend while competing in the Tour of Taranaki road cycling race. Host Rosanne provides many personal touches and is flexible to accommodate specific requirements of a guest where she can. This provides a more personal experience than at traditional Backpacker Hostels, Hotels, or Motels. Highly recommended.
N.We found the management to be very friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make your stay a good one. A great setting, very clean and Rosanne even did my washing daily while I was at work. I would recommend staying there to anyone
J.What a fantastic place, especially with the hospitality and home cooking of Rosanne and Ross (and the dog!). You could keep to yourself, stay in your room and get takeaways but you'd do yourself a disservice. One nice thing is that Rosanne actually asks "do you want to socialise", so if you want to keep to yourself, that's OK too.
A.Had a beautiful stay. Friendly hosts, very clean, quiet and with a warm ambience atmosphere. premises with good security system and plenty to eat for breakfast. we will definitely return.

Z.I stay at cadence for 2 weeks and I had an awesome stay my room was amazing which gave me some of the best sleep I have had in a while the food was amazing for $10 a night and I will be back to settle my board game score

Pulito, proprietaria simpatica e disponibile, ci hanno anche fatto parcheggiare all'interno della loro villetta. Colazione ottima e abbondante, prezzo molto contenuto. Consigliato!
