T.Rooms were clean and adequate, but on our second stay room 10 was overdue for a new mattress..look closely at the attached pic. Milk was free for coffee etc on the first day but $2 charged for the second day.
P.The staff was great the unit we got was very large and the beds very comfortable. A little traffic noise but then it is on the main road. Has a pool so that is a great thing with the kids. We will be going back there again.
M.It was ok. Advertised as having sky tv but only had 2 sports channels and no kids channels. No booklet of info in the room so kept having to go to reception to ask questions. Pretty sure I got bedbug bites here.
C.Basic motel but clean and tidy. Friendly staff and the pool is a great addition on those hot summer days. Pillows weren't great but spares provided so several together are OK.
R.It's a great lodge and the owners are kind and lovely, "Thank you Katrina" They also provide great cleaning and room services. I got my money worth! Worth every cent! A real great team!
J.Chalets expensive for the quality. I would rate this place about 2 star hotel level in the UK . It's clean and tidy and comfortable but expensive. Expect this is because its in Auckland.
K.Jason was fantastic, excellent service, I turned up at 10am asking if I could put my belongings in the room as I had to go back to work and he allowed it . Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Excellent will come back!!
