L.What a hidden gem. So peaceful & quiet with easy access to the city centre. The modern updated interior made for a very comfortable environment to unwind in after a busy day. The water views added to the calming effect you felt as soon as you arrived. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The team here is great, very friendly and welcoming. They kindly had all the heaters in our room turned on so the room was nice and warm when we arrived early evening.

E.Looks nice from the outside well maintained grounds and situated on a very quite side street a stones throw from the water. But as far as anything eles goes I wouldn't know.
j.What a pleasure to stay here, so beautifully clean and comfortable. Lorraine and Athol are so hospitable and friendly, nice to have met them both. Would have loved to stay longer, as it is so relaxing, but circumstances didn't allow the time, but there will be another time when I will be able to hopefully. D.Nicely situated in a cul de sac near the estuary. Hosts Athol and Lorraine could not have been more helpful. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with a double bed in the sitting room and two singles in a separate bedroom. Big bay window overlooks the estuary. Lovely stay.

Athol and Lorraine were wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts, we are out at several places Athol suggested at check in, and incredibly impressed with their proactive approach to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. Look forward to staying again when we are up that way.
D.We loved staying here! After a day of photographing a big wedding it was so nice to come into a warm and welcoming environment. The room was quiet and had everything we needed. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and warm and we made use of the nearby shops for some late dinner. Would stay again : )
H.Have to say the most delightful accommodation I had stayed with during these 2 weeks trip.
Location: Very easy access with car, the sign is so clear which u won't miss the entrance. Long walk pathway is 3 minutes away, u can basically walk to the water front without a sweat!
Host: The owners were super friendly and explain to us where to go for food , other stuff clearly. Plus, they have two nice cats for a good company.
Kitchen: All well prepared, salt/pepper/ pans/knife and all you could think of. Supermarket is 5 mins drive.
Bedroom: The bed is super comfortable and spacious.
Bathroom: Clean, but shower is a bit small. The rest were great.
T.Myself & 2 friends took an amazing girls trip to New Zealand & we all agreed the was the CLEANEST hotel we have ever stayed in! (we are ICU nurses & scrutinize cleanliness pretty harshly) We had a Cape Cod style unit that was wonderful! it's near the water & the hotel had an outside sitting area that was like a lush little retreat. This is not a giant chain with a spa & restaurant, so if that's what you are looking for it's not for you. If you desire a lovely, clean, and tranquil accommodation where the staff is wonderful, this is the place for you! Oh forgot to add our stay was from February 17th-19th, 2019

T.As a whole, this small Property hotel was very clean and the roooms looked as if they were recently painted. Our particular room on the 2 floor had a great view of the harbor and made for a terrific view of the sunrise. All in all this …

T.Perfect! Quiet, Private, Beautifully appointed rooms. I booked for 5 nights and will definitely return. Our Hosts Athol and Lorraine were friendly and helpful. Although I had a hire car, it was an easy walk to Tauranga Central and to the Strand to the famous Bobby’s Fish Market for Kinas, Raw Fish and for real Kiwi Fish ‘n Chips. Just a few paces from the Asure, I was able to sit at the Water Front with a glass of wine and look out over the Harbour. Such tranquility. Highly recommended

T.All I can say is WOW!! Got to motel late after work and was met by Athol and Lorraine at the office who couldn't do enough for us. My room was welcoming with the lights on, the curtains drawn AND the heaters on. And unbeknown to us, they had phoned ahead to PHOENIX restaurant to let them know we may call in for dinner and boom a table was reserved for us when we turned up. Awesome Hospitality & accommodatiob !! Recommend to others!!

M.I have stayed at this motel on several occasions and I am always impressed with the excellent standards Athol and Lorraine maintain. Superb levels of cleanliness, excellent facilities and wonderfully comfortable beds. I always look forward to my Tauranga visit. The city is good, Asure Harbour View Motel is outstanding!
E.I've booked out the hotel for our guests for our wedding next year. The owners are so friendly and helpful and the units have been renovated beautifully! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
A.stayed for a conference on seventh down from auckland, checked in 920pm friday asked for a spare ipad charger, Management gracious and wen out of their way to help. checked out late felt my pillow behind they couriered it up asap. I was a pain they were great. also they have just renovated the kitchen and bathroom excellent!
