D.Nice an cosy people friendly nice place to put the feet up an relax after a day out down the mount an exploring tauranga moana 😊😍
S.suited our needs well, warm thermal pool beautiful for the family at night. The private mineral pool could have been more inviting, the unit a bit outdated not modern but clean and tidy.
H.Lovely warm room, umm bed comfy, very tired looking decor, hot tub could do with fresh paint. Door was broken that lead to hot tub.
B.Nice location and friendly service but the room was dirty and the furniture was heavily stained.
Sadly I would not recommend this hotel.
