The room size is good and convenient parking space. Love the heating system in the bathroom which is really great for winter. Close to Kmart Woolworth new world and a lot of food option nearby.

Always have a great experience here. It's my 5th time staying over the last 3 years. Rooms are neat, tidy and clean. Great neighborhood, quiet. 2 minutes close to amenities - food places, countdown, petrol station, chemist. Family friendly. Plus very close to both main access roads into Tauranga coming from Auckland or Waikato. Friendly reception too. 😀 Will definitely come back and stay.

Nice tidy room, I slept on the pull out couch, and it was actually really comfortable which was a big surprise, I was expecting it to be a terrible few night sleep. Staff were lovely, even the cleaning staff were nice when I stopped and had a chat. Tidy rooms, everything worked and the shower and bathrooms were spotless.

Awesome first time staying there 100% will be back thanks for accomodating us last minute when we had a tangi to attend. Also the lady that looks after the place is super friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms, shame there are ashtrays outside the windows. Had a couple sitting outside my window smoking and chatting. There is a guest laundry with an honesty box but I feel this should be included in the price of the room. Good selection of tea and coffee but milk should be replaced daily by housekeeping and the tea/chocolate should be stocked up daily too. Towels are changed daily not sure about the bedding as not been done yet. Parking is ample outside the rooms. I’d say it’s Great value for money.

Stayed here for my brother’s wedding in te puna, location, facilities and everything was great. I couldn’t comment a bad thing about it. I would recommend having another queen duvet for the couch bed, apart from that its good.

We arrived the hotelier was super helpful - showed us to our room and car park. The two bedroom studio was perfect for our family of 5, it had a lovely spa bath, plenty of towels and they had Spa Pool towels at reception! Love they had an iron that worked well too. The Spa bath had an issue so they fixed it (had to turn it off) so they have us a bottle of wine and some money off the room! Amazing service! Thank you!! I would recommend this place as it was family friendly and it was lovely and warm without the heat pump even on so that was nice!

Very comfortable bed and cleanliness was exceptional in the room. The old guy at reception was very kind and helpful. The spa bath was really good to soak in and relax. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. We would return again.

Clean tidy room (unit2), clean tidy & presentable Spa pool & pool. Easy access from the road, plenty of parking. Local shopping center is walking distance. Friendly & welcoming staff. Our sky TV didn't work, but within 10 minutes the problem was solved. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure, plenty of tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate & we were offered milk when checking in. The only reason i have given a 4/5 stars is because nowhere at the time of booking (before presenting credit card details) did the website inform that there is a $300 bond for the room!!! as well as the room price. However, unlike other motels, the staff did inspect the room on checkout, so the bond served its purpose. It was then refunded within 24 hours. Highly recommend staying here, we will be back.

The location was great. Just a 5 minute walk to the shopping center. The motel was relatively quiet and the bed was comfortable. The gentleman managing the place was very friendly and happy to answer any questions. The biggest letdown was the lack of cleaning from the cleaning staff. And the bathroom was in need of updating.

Stayed here on many occasions. Always clean and tidy rooms. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, they even managed to move stuff around to fit me in an extra night.

We stayed here for one night in a two bedroom villa. The thing I liked the most about this place is the fact you could head out the back garden and pick fresh citrus from the bushes growing in the garden. The rooms are a little on the old side, however they are spacious and have everything you need. There is a great little garden center across the road that does the best coffee. Our host was lovely and welcoming, and looked after us very well.

I booked for two nights here by phone, no problems, I arrived late but the instructions I had as to the unit and where the key was all worked out, as the office was closed. However I became unwell and decided to cut my stay short and only stay the one night and head for home. When I went to the office the next morning they were very polite about it, there was no fuss a great respone. The bed had crispy clean white linen and the white towels in the bathroom were fluffy and wonderful after a great shower. Thenk you Behtlehem Motor Inn I will be back.

This is my 3rd stay - all in different rooms. I found this to be an excellent all around motel. Service at the front desk is friendly and efficient. Rooms are spotless. Beds are comfortable with extra pillows if needed. Air conditioning was great and worked quickly. The shower pressure was outstanding. The parks outside the rooms are generous so no door dings from your neighbours car. I asked to be emailed an invoice/receipt and it was in my inbox before I was in my room. I was given real milk- not UHT. I have nothing to critise about this motel. It is simply 10 out of 10 outstanding

Best motel experience. I wont stay anywhere else in Tauranga. The beds are really comfortable. Showers have excellent pressure. Spa pool and pool are amazing - spa great when cold as it is enclosed and pool great to cool off. Rooms are clean. Air conditioning and heating perfect for room size. No road noise. Matt and saho are friendly and helpful. Guest laundry is also well maintained and tidy. All in all excellent experience. Thanks Matt and Saho.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff who were on during check in and check out were lovely and efficient. The room was quite spacious, well laid out and everything was provided. The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was immaculate. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommend Bethlehem Motor Inn. There was a pool, spa and tennis court that we unfortunately didn't have the chance to use. The location was perfect. Right in the heart of bethlehem. Kmart was a 10 minute walk away, alongside countdown and some cafes. Only a short drive from Mount Maunganui. The only downside was we had to pay a $500 cash deposit. We were unaware of this until AFTER we had booked and paid for our reservation. We understand the reasoning behind it. But thought it should have been apparent on Booking.com prior to making the reservation. The fee went from $200/$300 to $500 as we did not have a credit card and because of the weekend being Waitangi long weekend. Other than that, everything was good. No issues with paying a deposit, more so not knowing until after making the reservation.

We just came back from a short stay at the Bethlehem Motor Inn. We had been booked in to stay in march but the event was cancelled due to Covid. Bethlehem motor inn was so fantastic and refunded us in full, so it was a no brainer to rebook with such an accommodating business when the event finally went ahead. We stayed in the family unit (2 adults 3 children), and our other family stayed in two other rooms. The rooms were all very clean, spacious and modern. They provided a portacot and bedding for our infant also. Heat pump in the room and even a little outdoor sitting area at the back and front. Although we didnt use them, there is a pool, spa, tennis court and playground. Located a short walk from several shops. We LOVED the spa bath too,what an absolute treat! 100% will stay again, and 10/10 reccomend for anyone travelling through.

My daughter and son in law paid for a weekend away at the Bethleham Motor Inn. Its conveince to shops etc great . I have to say the owner was very nice and friendly. The room was lovely and clean and smelt fresh. The crisp linan & very comfy bed and extra pillows fab...free wifi great tv. All in all lovely . Unfortunatly on our second night it took a very roudy inconsiderate group of guests to ruin it for us ......with the slaming of the doors coughing spitting and very loud talking and laughing and crashing bottles out front and at the back of our room was annoying. The noise eventualy stopped around 2 am in the morning when some one screamed at them to @#%×÷# off. I didnt want to call reception and wake them. I hoped that they wouldve heard and come and sorted it out. The parking is convienant if we got there first but it would be good if there was allocated parking space with the room number painted on it as we reluctantly had to park our car in possibly some one elses space due to the space outside our room taken. ...otherwise apart from the inconsiderate lot.... the motel was lovely.

Lovely self-contained unit that really was a home away from home; from heated towel rails, liquid hand soap, daily fresh milk, plunger coffee, quality toiletry supplies, fluffy towels, handy laundry room, tennis court, trampoline... the list goes on. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bethlehem Motor Inn!

Units very clean and tidy and comfortable. The shrubs need to be kept trimed next to car parking areas as bushes encroach when opening car doors. You are walking through branches and there's a trip hazard.

I am a travelling corporate and found this motel in Tauranga very comfortable and well priced in comparison to others I have stayed in. ||Great shopping complex just down the road so you can get a easy take away if you are tried. Also it was a short drive to my appointments in Tauranga CBD and the Tauranga crossing.

A lovely comfortable resort at Bethlehem for the Wife's Brother's Wedding at the Native Gardens at Plummers Point in Tauranga.. All the amenities you need are right next door at the local Bethlehem Mall..
