M.WiFi was reasonably good, the heated pool was cold. The spa was far too hot, when asked to reduce temperature it was then too cold. The bathrooms are extremely nice but the kitchen and living spaces are a bit dated. Pleasant stay and reasonably clean but could have been a bit better
G.The motel is suitable for my family stay. I highly recommend it. The staff was very kind and friendly. It is not luxurious but has very strong basics. The bathroom is fully refurbished.
D.It was lovely Quedos to the cleaning ladies at present 🌹. Sky reception awesome no issues. Unfortunately if people are having fun late at night, please be patient there's air conditioning that worked 'thank you! '. And Sky... there's worse things in life than hearing laughter and singing 🎄🎉❤.
L.Easy check in, polite staff and a very comfortable room. The shower was lovely and the bathroom quite luxurious. Another positive was a comfy bed and good pillows. Heating was great with both heat pump and stand heater for the two different areas. Easy to find and walking distance to the Greerton Village shops.

D.We stayed on Saturday night and there was no water from 4-11pm. The owner was not helpful and we had to go ask him for bottled water after it had been two hours. There was no urgency to get the water fixed and the lawn mower man was trying to fix it, they finally decided to get a proper plumber in later at night. There was also blood on one of the throw pillows. The communication leading up to the stay however was prompt and professional, allowing us to reschedule when Auckland went into lockdown. Really disappointed with our stay :(
N.Great customer service - very friendly owners and staff - very clean and cosy rooms - excellent WIFI, thermal pool, spa and one TV in the bedroom with another and all Sky channels in the main lounge. Conveniently located on main road but rooms are quiet and only a short walk to shops and amenities. Will stay again and suits lone travellers/couples/families/groups
l.We were disappointed to find that the thermal pool that was mentioned in their name was going to be empty from November 2018 to the end of April 2019, during the hottest summer in years. Check out was 10am so imagine our surprise when the cleaning lady, who was lovely, knocked on our door at 9.30am to clean our room! We waited at reception along with another guest and rang the bell so many times and still had to wait for quite a while before someone came out to take our key and he certainly wasn't concerned about our earlier than anticipated departure. The place was nice and clean but attention to other things may also be a good idea.
A.I stayed in the motel the new owners and staff are fantastic, anything you want or need is a no trouble to them at all. The rooms I found to to spotlessly clean. All the cleaning staff were very friendly I would not hesitate to recommend this motel to anyone wanting a well priced handily located motel to stay in.

H.Spa broken smell of fish in one of the rooms we had 3 .and stove was dirty in that same room.
J.Motel has seen better days although comfortable, good parking for Trucks on the roadside. Rooms are okay for over nite stay. Great shower, 50 channel sky TV also. Service was good.

You can't call this a professional business when you can't even get your bookings right.
As we booked 12 months prior for a wedding party, and the wedding party was booked for 5 units.
14 people squashed in to 2 rooms and the bride was stuck in a small unit with 6 people the night before the wedding .
On these occasions you would think that they would be more on to it obviously not.
Poor Service and the lady that runs the place is absolutely horrible with no skills in customer service or speaking politely in any matter.
Was not compensated in any way and a phone mysteriously goes missing whilst they were doing room service.
I'm not a big re-viewer but on occasions like this I would like to worn people prior booking.

All I got was a refund of $50 from $180. This owner is a scammer. Don't give this man your money. Hes shady about giving you, your change, if you pay cash.

The sheets were TERRIBLE. The worst I've ever had. Like sleeping between sheets of hard sand paper.

C.Thoroughly enjoyed staying there on several occasions! Has pool and spa, close to bar, restaurant,TAB, and liquor outlet. On main road to downtown Tauranga, and Mount Maunganui, with bus service to take you to both, right outside the front gate!

I.Older style interior but very clean . Quiet . My only negative comment would be to say the mattress was soft to "sagging." However, still good value for money.

G.Miss the old couple as new owner are very rude staying for two weeks and he's made my son not eat lollies in motel and told us that we had to keep it clean as cleaners get mad when there's mess also not to mention no pool until Feb very unorganized for cleaning motel forgetting things like toliet paper ,tea towels ,oven dishes Its really disturbing and has killed our christmas holiday never coming back!
