M.Kris is the epitome of what great service is.
Had a very enjoyable stay for up to a week while in Tauranga for work.
Very comfortable room, clean & tidy plus bonus with Sky available in both the lounge and bedroom (this is a long overdue review - it was great to watch the international cricket in early hours of morning).
Highly recommend to stay! Great value & service.
Kris & his team maintain this motel to a very high standard.
H.This place is amazing! Chris and the team are super friendly and go the extra mile to look after their guests. The room was very clean and spacious and came with little extras like cotton tips which was a nice surprise. Great location and facilities. The moment we arrived we knew we picked the right place. The vibes were great and I could feel that Chris took pride in delivering a service and experience to remember. The AC worked very well and the room was spotless and setup nicely. The spa worked perfectly. The TV and Sky box had no issues. They also have DVD collection to choose from. Everything you would need was there. There were so many things that could go wrong when you try out a new place but this was not the case at Colonial Court Motor Inn... I have absolutely no complaints and wished I stayed longer. I will definitely be coming back here and can’t wait! Keep up the amazing work team.
L.First impressions awesome. Kris showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. Unit was immaculate, with lovely furnishings etc and so comfortable. Stayed 4 nights. Great service. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend . Thank you Kris and Team

A.I can't believe I haven't stayed before when coming to Tauranga. Will be from now on. This is a home away from home. Stayed in the 1 bedroom premium. Lovely set out lounge area, 2 tv's big bathroom separate kitchen area, really comfy king bed. Good selection of Tea/Coffee even a couple of complimentary cookies and chocolates. Own private back courtyard which will be nice in Summer. Swimming pool, the grounds and room are immaculate. Chris(owner) was so welcoming and told us where to go for dinner/entertainment etc. We will be back with the kids as they have 2/3 bedroom houses you can also rent as its not far from attractions. Booking through their website was actually cheaper than Booking.com

F.Kris and Tracy run this wonderful, clean and friendly lodge. Excellent hosts, very helpful and accommodating. Convenience is a bonus: drive up, park your vehicle, check in, wifi, kitchens, comfy beds, go for a swim then explore Mount Manganui or Rotorua further south. Highly recommend a stay while touring this area.

R.Have enjoyed three short visits here and have nothing but the highest commendation for the manner in which I was accommodated each time I booked. Kris delivered the highest of service on each visit and gave an unexpected extra little benefit last time. The last two visits were for sad reasons and it was important to have somewhere well located and familiar. Kris can be proud of the courtesy he extends to his clients and is assured of patronage in future
C.I travel here with work and it is always clean, comfortable and a home away from home. Chris is always friendly and the amenities provided (range of milk, teas, coffee, toiletries) are just what you need when traveling. Highly recommend for business travelers or holiday makers.
N.Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Close to plenty of places to etc. Room are a very high standard. Service was extremely good. Only issue was the shower didn't hold it temperature. Would go very hot and then very cold then very hot. Would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone.
R.This was my best experience of accommodation in a motel or hotel. Fabulously clean, very spacious, with everything you could want or need - and more. Nice touches - like the ground coffee and plunger, chocolates, the quality linen, a front and back door. I will certainly recommend to others and hope to get back myself too!

Heat pumps in each of the units so you'll always be comfortable no matter the weather.
Ample internet speed and allowance. Sky Digital decoder in the rooms, so the picture quality is better than other motels/ hotels.
When traveling for work, this is a perfect option. Happy repeat customer.
B.As someone who travels a great deal this has to be the best motel I've stayed at. Why? The management of the motel go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The units are super clean and have everything you are looking for. You will not regret staying here.
E.As always, Colonial Court Motel is excellent. Units have everything you need - and more - for a pleasant and restful stay. Hosts are very accommodating to all requests.

Grande chambre pour 2, parfait pour se reposer après une longue journée de conduite/marche/... Situé dans un quartier résidentiel donc accès aux commerces limité mais au moins la tranquillité est de mise. Un patron super sympa, encore merci à lui pour ses conseils !
