S.Have had such a lovely 2 night stay. Unit was very clean and had everything I needed, even has a bath tea bag for the spa bath very relaxing experience. The free wifi was very fast which is fab for work on the go! 100% coming back. Thanks all staff for such a lovely time

K.We stayed overnight and appreciated that it was a pet friendly and clean motel. However for nearly $200 it had one room, limited tv channels, very basic kitchen and bathroom and no ability to adjust the heating in the room. It was advertised as a luxury studio unit but this was not the case
P.Nice accommodation. Animal friendly ''BUT'' they charged me $40 extra a night for my dog . So be aware of the animal surcharge.
K.I highly recommend the Cottage park thermal motel the staff were friendly and welcoming. The motel was clean and tidy with our own spa. The pool area was beautiful. Thank you so much.
A.Clean, spacious accommodation. We were three adult family members and each had their own space with a two-level unit. Nice views over Tauranga and the Mount. Everything you need in the kitchen. Good beds. Will stay again.
R.Such a quaint place really. Though there a quite a few rooms,and traffic is near? You are able to rest well. Enjoyable!!
C.It was good only stayed 1 night very good price for a family.
Definitely need more towels and the water in the private pool could of had bubbles and the temperature was only just warm and the water for the pool shuts off at 10pm 👎

T.Stayed in a room with x1 queen and one single. Tiled floor but feels heated so no nasty shock for bare feet in the morning. Private semi enclosed spa. Kitchen and bathroom facilities. Nice use of space.
