B.We rented the 4 bedroom Villa
Very unorthodox design and comfortable with air conditioning, washer dryer and a kitchen. It has everything you need to prepare food and a fridge which is super handy.
Showers pressure was good and it comes with body wash and shampoo dispensers.
Beds are very comfy and the pillows are to die for.
All and all a great stay with private parking a and a keypad gate to get in and out.
J.Awesome find!! Great motel right in town. I can walk to the shops and the Waterfront or a park across the road. The rooms are fresh and very clean, not to mention the staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and will be back.. Did I mention easy parking? And a pool? What more could you want 😊
A.I always stay at the Durham Court when I am in Tauranga. The hosts are great people and very accommodating and the rooms are always incredibly clean and well appointed. Great central location as well.

m.One of those properties that are the "Best Kept Secret" of the town they exist in. Brett is an exceptional host. The Property is well kept. The rooms are immaculate and well stocked with the basics you need. So incredibly close to the city, but tucked away from all of the noise. I highly recommend you choose the Durham Motor Inn. F.This is a great place to stay while you are in Tauranga and can’t be bothered with the crowds over at the Mount. The clean, spacious and comfy units are built around a swimming pool (perfect for those hot Tauranga days) and there is off-street parking for your vehicle.
The motel is located just a few minutes walk from many of Tauranga’s best restaurants and bars. Just across the road, Café Demitasse will provide you with a great early coffee.
Also, check out the historical information about Cameron Road on the panels just outside the motel walls. It's a fascinating story about the early colonial history of Tauranga.

C.My husband and I booked in for one night . This motel would have to be one of the cleanest that I have stayed in. Absolutely spotless. Close to all facilities. We didn’t use the pool but the family beside us certainly enjoyed it. Spotless laundry too.
J.Called in there last night to visit a family. The manageress showed me to their unit. She was so friendly. The Moto Inn is very well looked after, clean and tidy with all th mod cons. Located close to restaurants and cafes.

R.Good sized rooms that have a very modern design and for out. Room was very clean, functional and had everything I needed. Good to have full Sky Service including previously recorded movies and a good sized tv on the wall. Wifi was easy to connect to and fast enough to handle my work needs and YouTube Videos.

J.We have stayed here at Durham Motor Inn a few times over the years,mainly because of it's close proximity to the shopping centre and the rooms are a good size, and we enjoy the pool.
The complex was getting abit sad and tired looking.
Our visit this time was vastly different from previous times.
New owners, new vibe,the motel complex has been smartened up,very friendly staff.

R.Management Are very friendly and welcoming,rooms are very tidy and not to compact,beds were pretty comfortable great location close to most that is on offer, overall a Nice place to stay,only problem was you don't realise how good mixer Taps in the bathroom sink are until you don't have them 😀

J.Good location..Room slightly old but well clean. Handy parking and close to eateries, waterfront is in a walking distance.. only downside was the wifi.. though it's free the signals are weak and keeps on getting disconnected.. otherwise a 4 stars.

J.This place is showing its age (who isn't ? ) in several areas but the whole complex is to be renovated in June 2018. Sounds like it will be back to a 5 STAR place again.
Hope there will be new beds. Ouch !!
