Loved our stay..really lovely..will definitely book again. We brought bikes with us and that gave a wide range to good walks and rides. Local shops are handy..beach is fantastic. The unit is roomy, well equipped, super comfy bed and couches. A great spot for a break.

Lovely large renovated units, warm and very comfortable. Own spa, nice staff. 5 minutes walk to beautiful sandy beach.

Great childhood memories of this place, we've been coming since I was about 6. Lovely to share with my family, great pool although it can get busy during summer. Tennis courts sadly underutilised, lovely units although bedrooms could do with updating and better aircon system.

Position is perfect for both golfers & beach worshippers. Omanu Golf Club is on the boundary. The beautiful Omanu beach is a walk across the road. ('George' Cafe has divine food & coffee) - just across the road. The units in the Lodge are well presented. Facilities include an ensuite for each bedroom. There is a spa attached to the unit that I was in. Only one problem for disabled & elderly - some of the units is the stairway to access the bedrooms.

It was our first time staying here and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Very spacious and clean unit with everything available to use. We have a 3 and a half year old and 8month old girl and we found it very safe for them to move around in. Enjoyed the catchup with the owners and other guests. We are definitely looking forward to spending more time here with our girls over the years. Good location with access to shops and restaurants and a short walk to beach which we made the most of. See you in 12 months.

Our first time staying at fairway lodge and we were there 7 days. Had everything we needed, very clean and spacious. We have 4 young children between the ages of 9-3years old and the unit was very safe for them to be in. Spa to each unit was great, tennis court and bikes were accessible and perfect for each of us, washing machine/dryer even better when on holiday with children. Beach just down the road great fishing spots, bayfair mall just 5mins down the road. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall was a great family holiday will be back.

Such a great place for family holidays. Private spa for each unit is fantastic. Plus there's tennis, swimming pools, bikes and sporting equipment to use. The beach is a 5 minute stroll away with surf lifesaving facilities and flags.

Staff not very welcoming. We were not told that the spa had been emptied and that the water wouldn't be hot enough until the next day. Also rubbish hadn't been emptied in the bathroom. It's a lovely spot so will come back

Great place to chill out code to a few local shops and eateries and only 4 or 5 Ks by bus or car to cafes and shops etc.

Lovely spacious accomodation with more than one tv and a private spa pool. There is also a communal pool and BBQ area. Fairway Lodge is well situated for easy beach access and straight back roads to the main shopping areas. A wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday.

Very nice resort. Quality of fixtures and appliances was of a high standard. Location was good, near to to the beach and golf course right next door.

The refurb looks good, but it's lost a bit of its gloss with the new owners. Arrived to find a half-full takeaway coffee on the bench, the frying pan was still dirty, and there was bits of something stuck to the bench and the fridge door.

I have been visiting this place each year for over 35 years as a child and now with children, I've always had very good memories of this place, always been clean and tidy, spa pool per unit is awesome, learnt to play pool here could go on and on. Love the place
