K.Was a nice stay. Few issues with the tv not working, wifi not connecting for us and oven not heating up. But management were super helpful and moved us to another room and paid for our data on our phones which was a plus (we didn't mind). But overall a good stay! Bed was super comfy! Pity the building is going up next door, otherwise the view wouldve been cool! Would stay again!
P.We had an awesome time, in a large apartment with amazing sea views, comfortable beds, off street parking, full Kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry. Simply the best.
A.Nice set up and room,close to all the town amenities.A pity the gym is not open and I didn't see this on the website.
D.We arrived at the apartment at 7pm tried to get in one of the 3 doors and the guy at reception just pointed to the door and we still couldn't get in and he told us to use our swipe card which we didn't have one. Once we got in I did't feel welcome as he didn't say Hi, Sorry or Welcome he just looked me up and down.(Great start to my stay). We paid extra to park in the parking garage and it is on my bill, but the receptionist told us that we can park for free across the road. Went into our room and it was very nice. When we check out there was no thank you for staying with us or did you enjoy your stay....Hmmm, I have stay at a lot of apartment in NZ, Australia and South Africa and this is my first one that has never asked me and that is why i have put the rating above.
A.Very well presented studio room for family of three (sofa bed). Clean and felt secured.
One downside extremely difficult to manuver underground carpark if you have an SUV...
P.Good room we stayed in. Nice looking place, very welcoming service here when I arrived. Being our first time staying at a Hotel enjoyed our time, underground parking not free, but there is free parking outside of Quest of Durham. People were nice, and will be back to stay again 👍🏼🙂
J.The managers make your stay a whole lot better, they are so incredibly helpful and kind, that true kiwi spirit- a real 5 star experience. Thanks for going that extra mile for me to organize parking for my oversized vehicle!! The location is super handy to everything and fab eateries all around.

S.Nice location. Friendly staff. The 1 bedroom apartment is smaller than you'd expect but then it was clearly marked on the website. The beds weren't all that comfy (different than a few other Quests I've been to). All in all a good stay.

C.Not the best or the worst, long term apartments as well as hotel rooms, very strong cooking smells in the corridors. Spa bath in room not well used as chunks of crud came out of it and heater was only small (but electric blankets on bed). Nice service at front desk though and great location.

C.Very warm and comfortable rooms, extra star for the sauna. Smokers might not appreciate that even the balcony is out of bounds for them (a little hysterical) but by far the biggest downside is the nightclub nearby that pumps until 4am.
c.Spacious room, nice location, good service, stayed here twice, and the experience has been very good.
Only one thing to pick on is that there have always been some heavy curry smell from the hallway on level 1, I guess the ventilation needs to be improved...
I.Reception and hotel closed after 7 p.m. Let them know that you will arrive or you will sleep outside, because you can't get inside without card of room.

It looks like place after apocalypse in evening, because nobody from staff. It's really strange for such big hotel
But I like the room, big, clean with kitchen
S.Was very lucky to get put up here touring with a band for 5 days in town. Very smart, great facilities, so close to town centre and right next to Baycourt venue. Good staff, lots of marble floors.
a.Great location to visit Tauranga really close to CBS and shops however did not provide car parking and the rooms very small like an Ibis hotel. Also very disappointed had no proper air conditioning had a portable unit on a chair in the lounge only. Very loud
P.Rooms are tidy and very nice. The charge for WiFi and parking, which is uncomfortable to know when you are there. Bathroom had a broken valve, bathtub was not working properly.
R.Really nice complex with very tidy units which are fully featured. It's located within 2 minutes walk to the CBD which means you can leave the car and walk into town for a nice meal.
S.Reasonably comfortable serviced apartment within walking distance of Tauranga. The Quest rooms are on the ground floor and first floor, although even the ground floor rooms were reasonably secure with a shared balcony above the parking lot.
The staff at the front desk were really friendly, and went out of their way to see us happy.
Secure parking is available at $18 per night, but we parked opposite which is free after 3pm through to 9am, then only a couple of dollars per hour after that (and $6 for the day I think).
We did end up driving over to the Mount Maunganui restaurants which are a little more upmarket than the restaurants in Tauranga town, but it's a fairly quick 10 minute drive (as long as you dont hit peak hour when everyone is leaving the port).
C.This is a really nice but affordable place to stay. The bar and restaurant over looks the water and on a nice day you could just stay there. The hotel also had some really nice anmenties. Service overall was great

T.Dropped off a car for a locum Dr staying there. Carpark was very tight to manoeuvre. Very hard to get out of car park area on foot. Reception staff was excellent.
V.Nice and Clean Roon, this was a our first time, kids enjoyed, staff very helpful, closer to city centre, would stay again.
