N.We stayed one night this past long weekend. In Room 18.It was a lovely spacious room very neat and clean. The shower was nice and big, but water pressure was terrible! The room was big enough to have a bigger bed, a double just wasn't good enough. It was also very soft and uncomfortable. I am glad we only stayed one night. To make it more comfortable for guests as a standard, one needs to find out what the best beds are for guest as a concensus, a headboard would finish the room off and would be way more comfortable to lay in bed and read a book. We were also disappointed that you had no access to the balcony and really the view was not so great from our room. On the upside. Their products used in the shower etc. Are amazing and I really liked that you could purchase them at the reception. Their chocolate chip biscuits were amazing too.
M.We had a 2 night stay in a Premier Studio Room with Patio and couldn't fault a thing.. The huge bed was super comfy, we had a great supply of teas, coffee and even snacks. The view was the icing on the cake sitting out on the patio watching boats, people fishing and the trains go by. Would highly recommend this room to anyone enquiring and have already discussed returning!

S.We stayed two nights at room 5. Very spacious, well equipped with wine glasses, cutleries and the view from our room was brilliant. This is basically a no fuss stay. We were not really troubled by anything. Dont forget to enjoy a nice glass of wine at the patio facing the water.
A.We booked room 5 and it was devine for our stay. Room was clean and so comfortable. Super king bed, aircon, quality toiletries, spa bath, nespresso machine, great lighting for doing make up in bathroom, private patio over looking the water, we swam at the private jetty. Cant recommend this place enough. Great location too!!

L.The food was absolutely delicious. Well worth the price. Probably one of the nicest restaurant meals we have had for a long time. Was as little disappointed when we first arrived, as we stood around waiting for a staff member to attend to us and show us our table, while several of them milled around ignoring us. However, once we were shown to our table, our waiter was very good, and he went as far to advise us when he thought that we had ordered too many sides for the number of people at our table. He was right btw. A good dining experience overall, but the awkward wait at the start lets the establishment down.
C.I used the conference and accommodation facilities for a business meeting over 2 days. Nikki and her team are professional and extremely supportive, the conference facility was well equipped, the catering was fresh and tasty, the room were neat and tidy and the beds high quality. Thanks Nikki for making it so easy. I will use your facilities again.

A.Really lovely place to stay, we had a few groups staying here and it was easy to meet up and park the cars as the whole complex isn't too big but each stay has its own parking spot which was great.
Liked · The room is large and spacious along with all the things you would expect. The rooms do differ, but the Queen Studio had a comfy bed, decent TV with heaps of channels (HD and Fox equivalent).
The bathroom was large and had hot water and good pressure. My room had the toilet and shower facilities separate which was a plus.
The room also includes a small kitchenette (minus stove/oven and etc.) which a great selection of teas, coffee and biscuits. The surprise was the plunger and quality coffee. They also provide you with fresh milk in very cute bottles :)
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is on the quiet side which is good and close to the main strip.
Overall, great value for money :)
Disliked · Rooms are slightly older but that isn't always a bad thing.
Location could be better as it is a bit of a walk to the more lively beachfront area.
The prices did skyrocket closer to our trip so I don't think it's worth 200+ a night stay to be honest. I got it around 150 which is about right, and if it's around 100, go for it!
H.My husband and I had a lovely stay here. Very warm welcome on arrival loved our room with the beautiful view. Comfortable bed and a lovely hot shower. Nice and close to walk to the shops. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Tauranga.
M.Only stayed one night so not much to say other than although the feel & decor was a little dated (80s), our room was clean & comfortable. Our bed linen could do with renewing as it didn't have that crispness and was just %99 white. Staff seemed friendly & it's a good location for the town and the Strand.

P.Excellent well equipped accommodation, in a quiet cul de sac. Most rooms have a view of the harbour. Room includes basic cooking facilities, and separate shower and toilet facilities.
Highly recommended.
B.Comfort, cleanliness, decor and linen were excellent. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The pillows were a little too hard for us. If you are looking for a bit of luxury combined with superb views, a peaceful haven just a few minutes from the town centre, then book this motel, you won’t regret it.
A.My family and I only stayed a night and had a fantastic time. The room was cosy and quiet with a fantastic view of the waterfront (bear in mind there is no access to the water front from here).
The reception staff was fantastic - incredibly helpful and jumped the opportunity when we had trouble with our cable TV. She was super helpful and made the only stay we had a great experience!
L.Excellent service from reception. Phone answered immediately and positively both times we called - spare towel brought over immediately to our room and beach towels brought straight away.

D.A great place for a quiet drink and a meal. There are numerous bars/eateries so plenty of choice. Lovely views of the sea but ruined by smoking in the outside seating areas forcing non smokers to sit inside. When the bar owners stop smokers smoking in the best sunny areas more people will drink there. Still well worth a visit.
S.Great view, clean, and great staff! I enjoyed a lot at the room and see outside. What a peaceful room! Also thank you for the free milk, capsule coffee and snacks. I will never forget this room! You should come this hotel if you visit Tauranga. I really recommend this hotel!

J.Stayed for business purposes and with no car, this place is perfect. Prices were actually more favourable than most of the other accommodation in town and yet much more accessible to central Tauranga than others. In a quiet side street so no through traffic. Nice views over the water, free (stable!) wifi and sky in the rooms as well. Would definitely stay again.
T.Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating once I arrived to find there had been a issue with my booking due to a mistake by our travel agent. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable only downside is the WiFi reach and speed, location is close to the CBD and waterfront, walking distance to multiple supermarkets and shops.
L.Nice and relaxed hotel on the water front. It's located at the end of a street thus quiet. The room we stayed in was suitable for 3 people; however, theres other rooms suitable for more people. No lift so stay on main floor if you cannot manage your luggage (or ask for help ). Our room included a kitchenette, spacious bathroom and eating area, comfortable beds and fantastic view onto the water. If you can afford to pay a bit more - do so as the view is spectacular
B.Great location, walking distance to downtown, nice views of the harbour. It is a little dated but clean and tidy. Breakfast a little expensive for what it was. No milk in fridge for tea/coffee making.

S.I've stayed here twice and both times I was lucky enough to be in a first story room overlooking the harbour. These room have ceiling to floor / wall-to-wall glass windows. On both occasions I went to bed with the wooden folding doors opened all the way back and just watched the night happen out on the harbour. I really enjoyed watching the occasional train roll over the rail bridge, its headline shining forward in the dark as it rolled across the bridge.
Visual poetry can be had here. The rooms were fresh and beds comfortable. The bathrooms have saloon doors, though, so you need to know whoever you're sharing the room with very well. There are glass bricks in the wall between the room and the toilet......so best not to look that way if you don't want to see - distorted - whatever is happening in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay there again.....

L.Great place to stay if visiting Tauranga. We stayed here as a base whilst we married (on Papamoa )and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They upgraded our room for free and were very polite and helpful. Room was great. Very roomy with plenty of cupboard/storage space and a king bed. Tv, tea making facilities ceiling fan all fine. Bathroom was great with lovely complimentary soaps etc. Nice quiet location just away from the main town with steps down to the bay. Highly recommended.
D.A great location. Our room overlooked the inner harbour from right at the water's edge. Comfortable and good quality room, has microwave, fridge, Nespresso etc, but no cook-top. The motel has private stairs right down to the water. Can look down on the stingrays and kingfish from the first floor window.
L.Room and equipments are not newish and no air con but has free wifi and Sky TV that makes the night more bearable. Very close to city centre, literally 5 minutes walk so pretty handy position, would definitely stay again and recommend.

C.The room set up was great- you could almost live here. However, the twin beds were hard and springy, and the sheets were terrible - they almost felt starched. If coming here for a weekend trip, bring your own sheets!

S.Recently stayed here for a couple of days. Really smooth checkin with lots of information about the local area provided, taken to the room and walked through the facilities. The room itself was a ground floor unit with a very amazing view that could be enjoyed from the small patio / deck. Ground floor units are deff the way to go. The advertised spa bath was easily filled with an abundance of hot water. More than enough room for two people. Could do with more bubble bath being available. Only real 'complaints' are the strange see though wall and door and the oddly low shower head. Neather detracts enough to really matter. Nice little kitchenette in the room - kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge. Plates, cutlery even salt and pepper are also included which is a nice touch. Only suggestion would be them adding tongs to the equipment. The highlight of the room is the floor to roof windows letting in the amazing sunrises or stunning night time lights. Bi-fold doors allow the light to be controlled as desired. Chilling out on the deck with a wine / beer is the way to go. I would absolutely stay here again. The price means it cant be a regular weekend away option, but if looking for a premium experience you cant really go wrong.

I have tried the rest but When I visit Tauranga on the Waterfront I feel as if I have stayed at the best.
d.Room comfortable unfortunately found dirty dishes from previous guests in microwave. Hopefully hotel owners will deal with this issue. Close to town centre.
