L.Highly recommend Baywatch - incredible view (the only view like it in Timaru!) Beautiful clean facilities including full cooking facilities and spa bath, kids had a blast running around with Blaze, the wee dog that lives there. Warm family atmosphere - Ray and Debbie are so helpful and their staff are just as awesome. Loved our stay here!
E.We stayed for a night with our 2 young babies, staff were great, greeted us when we arrived, got toys for our daughter, let my daughter run around with the dog that lives there (blaze) very friendly. We enjoyed our stay would definitely stay again.
e.I would recommend Baywatch motel to anyone who is wanting to stay in Timaru the view is to die for the hospitality is very comfortably welcoming rooms are beautiful feels like heaven and most of all they have a very friendly dog whom me and my partner call FUFU 🤣🤣. Thankyou so much owners we very much enjoyed our stay we shall be back in 6 weeks 😁

V.Great motel love the view. Didn't like there had been a guest the night before smoking in the room they had tried to hide it with a scent but you could still smell it should have given us another room they weren't booked out. But other than that it was good
B.The only place around that had a reception open past 10pm for a relatively cheap price. The elderly man waited for us to check in when we called around 9:30pm to get a room. We arrived around 10:45pm and checked us into the studio room. He even gave us free milk. It was better than expected. Prior to check in, we saw the photos on the internet but it didn't look enticing. The room itself included amenities such as utensils, refrigerator, microwave and satellite TV. Furthermore it was clean and very large. When checking out, the elderly lady was such a sweetheart. We had small talk about the recent Christchurch shooting and gun control. She recommend a brunch place for us to visit in town called Sopheze which was amazing. I will definitely come back if I am ever in Timaru and will book the villa instead. Pro tip: book with them directly and not through an online travel agency (Expedia, Agoda, etc) for cheaper prices. The only complaint I have is the road noise and occasional trains but for the price I can endure that.
B.Stayed here for two nights on 8,9th November 2018, wow what customer service, as my husband had a sore back and I cant lift our bags we went to four other motels for a ground room ,they couldn't be bothered to help us, but when we turned up to Baywatch motor lodge, Robin showed us 4 different rooms till we found one that was suitable to our needs, nothing was a problem for Robin she made us feel like home, all I can say is wonderful, the room was fantastic, extremely clean, serviced daily to perfection, every thing u need. If you want value for money and wonderful hosts u got to stay here. Thank you Robin we so enjoyed our stay with you.regards brenda & wim

C.Beautiful view from my room of Caroline Bay room is a good size clean with sky, bathroom is a little dated and parking is tight but I would recommend this hotel.
