S.I was very fortunate to meet Jim from Vendella 7 years ago who has been an absolute pleasure to have as my “go to man” for all my hospitality linen, beds, cutlery, kitchenware, furniture and more for all motels and all accommodation.
Vendella are a real team who work for us the customer.. The advice and knowledge the team have is second to none and I personally consider Vendella the reason why I personally have had so many positive comments and reviews about my rooms. Vendella have furnished all and the quality of each purchase is extremely high.
I have complete confidence and trust in Vendella and hospitality are so fortunate to have this top business to call upon. All staff are so friendly and helpful.

They have empathy and care (only Supplier to make contact during lockdowns to see how we were managing then sent chocolates). Innovative and fresh thinking. The delivery (even in the hard times) was always on time if not ahead. Considering Vendella are at the bottom of the South Island our requests were met with ease. we have ordered heaps in the last 10 months as we just took over a holiday park. they supply us with fast delivery and awesome costumer service. to give you 1 example we had ordered 20+ single mattresses. when they arrived we opened 6 of them but after a week we found that they where to heavy for our bunk beds to make. (Jim from Vendella had already advised us that his might be the case and did advice us to buy different mattresses how ever we did not listen) so we asked jim if we could return the others and buy the ones he had advised us. and this was not a problem and everything was for free and they gave us a credit as there was a difference in price. We are really happy and will defiantly order again soon. ps. they also put Whitakers chocolate with your delivery :)

N.I've always thought that the mark of a good business is not what they do when things go well, but how they respond when things go wrong. I placed a relatively large order with Vendella, it was filled and shipped quickly, and I could track the parcels on their way to me. Most of what I received was correct, and of good quality. However there were some items that were not what I ordered, or were the wrong size - only a small fraction of the order, but enough for me to want it fixed. An initial email to them was not replied to, but a phone call very quickly sorted this out. They paid for shipping back the incorrect items, and the new items were shipped out immediately. Mistakes happen - but in my case the customer service was excellent, and I don't hesitate to recommend this company.

A.Absolute Faith in The Makers Eclipse Bed
We like value for money, long-lasting products that work. No hassle and no fuss. So, we bought 3 Makers Eclipse bed sets from Vendella. These have a 15-year warranty and the base is covered with black macro suede, so no valance is required. And the price was right. It suited all my likes.
I have faith in this product and will soon be ordering a whole lot more of these beds because, to work without a valance, is a huge time saver!
This is my story as to why I have complete faith in this product and the Vendella team.
We bought 3 of these beds and were excited! Imagine my absolute horror when, 3 months down the line, the suede started to pull away from the undercoat! It looked like the cord from the electric blanket was wearing away the fabric of the base cover. There were actual holes in the black suede. The white was showing through! I could not believe it! My faith in this product fell dramatically. I contacted Vendella, sent them a photo and waited. 2 days later, the rep arrived here. He needed to see for himself what I was complaining about. He took his KEY (!) and rubbed off the offending mark made by a correction pen??!! I would never have been so rough with the fabric! I was sure that this fabric was very delicate. It had just worn away from an electric cord rubbing it, hadn’t it?!
The end of this story is the representative had such faith in his product, that he knew it would never have “worn away” from a cord rubbing on it. He knew how strong it was that he could confidently rub it with his car key. He explained that it is a heavy-duty fibre and would never just "get holes" in it. And for me, my faith has been fully restored in the product and we will soon be ordering more of these bed sets.
