W.I arrived around 7.30 pm. The room was clean and tidy. The lamps were on and the heater had been set to warm the room for my arrival. The manager is so welcoming and lovely to talk to. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 day stay. Thanks for being such a wonderful host :-)
A.Very nice room. Very clean. Nice setup as well. Nice owner and nice staff. There was ants in the room tho. Annoying while cooking and not able to have bread out of the fridge. But at least there was a fridge. Enjoyed my stay a lot and the ant problem will probably have been fixed 🤙🤙
M.We received a warm welcome, a free map and milk at the check in. The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent! It was clean, cozy, tidy and there is everything you need. We were very happy with the kitchen and utensils. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended!

T.Staff was friemdly and polite. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Nice quiet area not too far from the shops. Shower pressure is weak. The room could do with modernization and get rid of old worn out chairs. Tv could do with more channels
L.Stayed here over the busiest time of year, the staff were so helpful and made the stay fantastic. Comfy, clean beds at awesome value, couldn't ask for more.
K.After a couple of less than appealing stays in Airbnb flats, this place was a godsend. We stayed in the cottage unit, very well supplied and decorated. Service was exceptional, Ruben and Meri went out of their way to accommodate us. They picked us up at the bus stop, gave us late check-out, and drove us into town. Motel had many extras, such as free use of bikes, trampoline, pool and hot tub, and laundry. So glad we stopped at Wairoa Motel.

M.We stayed only one night on our way into Te Urewera NP. The motel suited our needs perfectly, was comfortable and clean. Would happily stay again in the future.
R.Clean but basic motel. Very quiet with a lovely pool and private spa pool. If you need anything the staff will supply it.
